Both locations are really good and this location does have the same food quality and I like that there's a lot of seating indoors and there's some outdoors because it's tucked into a shopping center area so either location is great. This location of Le Buzz is a bit quieter than its base-of-the-mountain counterpart, and makes for an easy casual meeting spot for breakfast, lunch, or coffee in midtown. A friend and I met there for brunch recently, and I was excited to see their Sockeye Smoked Salmon sandwich comes on a Bubbe's bagel -- my local FAVORITE! The Bubbe's bagel of your choice is topped with cream cheese, chives, capers, red onions, cucumbers, & fresh dill. The sandwich was good, though I felt a smidge stiffed on the amount of cream cheese. There was only a very thin layer on just one side, rather than a good amount on both halves of the bagel. I still enjoyed it, though! My friend got the American in Paris (eggs, bacon, cheese, tomato marmalade & spinach on a croissant, with home fries) and liked it as well. My partner and I were looking for a place to brunch this morning and remembered seeing the sign for Le Buzz at Plaza Palomino. The first good sign was that it was busy! Front and back patios were full, and most of the interior seats also were taken. Fortunately, service was quick and friendly. We placed our order at the counter and found an inside table near the baked goods case (tempting!). My honey lavender oat milk latte was ready quickly, and it was delicious. Our food arrived just a few minutes later, and it was tasty and filling. My partner's omelette was amply filled and accompanied by beans, guac, and a giant fresh tortilla. My tuna Niçoise salad had a lovely lemon flavor and was accompanied by tons of pine nuts, olives, watermelon radish, and crispy potatoes. We really enjoyed our meal and will be back soon! read more

Le Buzz is so cute! I've been to both locations. I recently stopped by the Swan location for an early morning pick me up, since I was in the area. I enjoyed a honey lavender iced matcha and my son and I shared a delicious Nutella banana cheese danish! They have a huge selection of fresh pasteries it's almost hard to decide which ones to get! It was very crowded but they have two indoor and two outdoor covered seating areas! They also have a menu for hot breakfast/lunch options. read more

The breakfast food is pretty basic. Close your eyes and you might think you are at IHOP. But honestly, how much can you really do with breakfast food anyway? Not much. That said, the pastries are actually pretty good. The service is decent. Sure, someone could probably say it could be better, but they are always busy when we go, so it kind of is what it is. I really love the ambiance inside the restaurant, but the seating is limited. From what I have seen, there are also a lot of campers who tend to hang out for a long time, which is really annoying, but I cannot fault the restaurant for that. So far, if you do not get there super early and you are trying to eat breakfast between about 8 and 10, good luck finding a seat inside. And if you do spot one, run and grab it. read more

I'm genuinely saddened to write this, because this is a place my family and I have supported for a long time. We've always enjoyed their food and excellent coffee, which makes this experience even more disappointing. During our visit today, I placed an order for three meals and three coffees--one each for my husband, my son, and myself. The drinks arrived, then the food for my husband and son, but nothing for me. When I asked about my meal, the staff member checked and told me they had only rung in two meals. My son, who was standing next to me during the order, confirmed that I clearly ordered all three items. It appears the employee simply failed to ring in my meal, and I did not notice the mistake on the receipt--something most customers reasonably wouldn't scrutinize when ordering. Instead of acknowledging their error and simply preparing the missing food, I was told they could make my meal only if I paid for it since it wasn't on the receipt. I asked to speak with the manager, hoping for common-sense customer service. Unfortunately, the manager--while offering an apology--repeated the same stance: they would only make the food if I paid, even though it was their mistake and I had already waited while my family ate. Her attitude made it clear she did not care. For a place we have supported for years, this was extremely disappointing. Any self-respecting establishment would correct their own error and make the missing meal without charging the customer. After this experience, we will not be returning. It's sad to see a restaurant I genuinely liked treat loyal customers so poorly read more

Been here a couple times, and both have been lovely! The food and drinks are always delicious and the staff are always friendly. I paid for their Valentine's day dinner service, and boy am I glad I did! Our server that night was so sweet, the food was incredible, and I've been craving the blood orange mocktail we got ever since that night. Will definitely be back! read more

Service is walkup to order then they deliver to your table. So, not much interaction. We struggled to find a place to sit and the tables are tight in the three sections. Not a good thing for what we needed at the time. Our bad. Order was delivered in ten minutes with total accuracy. They have free soda at the drink fountain, thats cool. Our breakfast sandwiches were nice, prepared well, and with fresh ingredients. Just not exciting. We'll put Le Buzz on our routing to try again. read more

The vibe is nice for studying though it can get pretty busy in their indoor area. If the weather is nice, the terrace tables are a great choice. The pastries tried were delicious (blueberry cheesecake pastry and vanilla scone). Im not so much of a sweet tooth, so it the size was perfect for sharing. I was a bit disappointed with my Mayan Mocha. It wasn't bad, but I really love cayenne in coffee and this one was lacking. Hopefully an oversight and my next one will be better. Cute little spot. Great outdoor seating and food came out fast. The food portions were decent and there's quite a bit of options to choose from. I wasn't very happy with my Vietnamese coffee. Help out the staff and bus your own table :) also, if I had one bit of feedback, I would recommend removing the long decorative table when you walk in the door. Stopped on the way to the airport. They have a delectable looking display of pastries as you walk in. They offer food, pastries, and coffee type items. We ordered the smoked salmon bagel. Their bagels come from Bubbe's bagels. I liked that they were not super thick so you weren't eating all bread. The sandwich had a lot of flavor and was just the right amount to make you feel satisfied. I also tried the orange, beet, carrot juice. It tasted good. Not too strong of a beet flavor. It was a bit pricy for breakfast, but it seems like most of Tucson's restaurants prices have skyrocketed sadly. It makes it difficult to afford eating out nowadays. I went to Le Buzz before visiting the Flying Leap Tasting Room in Palomino Plaza. It's light and bright with great seating. The staff were all wonderful and the breakfast menu items looked delicious. Because we came close to closing time, we ordered the Le Buzz cookie and Vietnamese coffee and oh my gosh they were both delicious! The cookie was huge with oats, raisins, chocolate and just melted in your mouth. The coffee was a good blend of strong and sweet. We were actually bummed that we had never stopped by this place before! We are definitely adding it to our morning breakfast spots! read more

You order and pay first at the register, then the food gets served to you at your table. We ordered the calabacitas omelette, papacito chorizo burrito, and mayan mocha. Both the omelette and burrito were so tasty and filling! The sourdough toast that came with the omelette was really good paired with jam. The mocha was very rich and creamy, the clove taste really shined through. Our meal and coffee were worth every penny! We went on a Friday morning and it was packed! Stopped in on high recommendations. Great coffee, good vibe inside (bright, simple, scenic). Had high hopes for the breakfast! We went with the special (strawberry banana french toast with mascarpone and all sorts of toppings). Also just some plain pancakes with bacon...a great way to judge the kitchen crew. Honestly, the pancakes weren't great. They were thick and doughy...a little dry. The bacon was similar, dry and crunchy...thin as well. The french toast was very good, definitely seems like their specialty is the more specialty dishes. Honestly expected much better. Besides the french toast, I could do better in my own kitchen. My only thought is that maybe this place is better with the more savory dishes. Hope I just ordered wrong or caught them on a bad day. read more

Wow! What a great little place...I thought by it's name it was a coffee shop and while they do serve coffee, they are so much more ! It's a cafe/bakery as well. I think they are best known for the food more than their coffee and rightfully so! Menu is geared towards healthy options. (Protien, carb conscious) Open only for breakfast and lunch. We stopped on a Saturday afternoon(busy) for a little lunch. Luckily we were able to snag a table as someone was leaving. They do have outdoor seating but too chilly for us in January. You place your order at the counter, they give you a number for your table and the food is delivered to you. I ordered a slice of quiche which comes with a cup of soup. The soup that day was Chili. Mom ordered a calabacitis omelet which had a lot of other goodies inside (corn, poblano, avocado, tomatoes, beans) Both of our entrees were very good and we didn't have a problem polishing them off. Definitely worth ordering again but they have a lot of other delicious sounding entrees to try. Obviously we are going back...this wasn't our first time but only our 2nd. I had high hopes to come here for breakfast. From the paper menu, we chose eggs and bacon with toast. The eggs were small or medium, 2 bacon strips and 2 slices of sourdough toast. The toast was the best. This is like a cafeteria or a military food line. As you grab your number and find a seat , think McDonald's, you observe Patrons clearing their own tables. No wiping with cloth or sprays. No coffee refills. And your view is messy shelves and stored foods over a low green glass wall. So you wait. No bathroom to wash your hands. You have to leave the building and find it in the Shared courtyard. At 30.00 for two simple breakfasts, I think I can do a bit better. And, it was full inside with outside seating. Amazing. read more
