So happy we found this place. My friend and I both live in Irvine, but we used to drive all the way to Chocofruit Anaheim location until we recently found out that they have a location in Irvine. We recently went and the crepes are just amazing and delicious. This little cafe is super cute and even the box our crepes came in. Such warm and friendly people too. We didn't get the chance to get the name of the guy who took our order, but he also gave us free chocolate covered strawberries. Their coffee is the worst ever... maybe they use the stale old coffees from a day before. The crepe I ordered is drizzling with too much chocolate and creams. It's sickening... This review is solely on the Turkish coffee. Never in my life have I took a sip of something so heinous. The taste is reminiscent of dirt and cigarettes, but somehow worse than both. To be fair, my experience with Turkish coffee is limited, but I can say in good confidence this isn't what it's supposed to taste like. As far as service, everything was fine. The park this shop is at is very pretty and worth sitting at. I have no idea if the other drinks here are good or not, so please don't use this review to turn you off of this place. I love the quiet, calming vibe here. I found this place while I was browsing to find a place to study and spend some time doodling. It was great because they have various seating options. There's seating inside and outside with lots of trees and greenery. There's also a dog friendly park which is also a plus. It's hidden inside an apartment complex and finding parking close to it is kinda hard. I recommend parking inside the parking structure by the leasing office. It's free and it's in a cool, shaded area. This is one of the few cafes that made my iced green tea the way I like it. Not sweet, clean and refreshing taste! So nice. One down side is that they don't have AC but they do have a fan running so that's nice. But if you stay inside and let your body temperature calm down, it's actually real nice. I recommend this place if you're trying to find a nice calming location to study, catch up with friends or just chill with your paw buddy. read more

I live here and this little cafe is absolutely fabulous. They have everything from lattes to crepes, pizza. The food is AMAZING!!!

The drinks, desserts, and savory items were all delicious. Their menu selection is very large. I will be back again when I have a random chocolate craving. Their chocolate sauce is very decadent and they give a lot of it. Recommend to eat the dessert there instead of taking it home cus the chocolate sauce can begin to solidify if you wait too long. Love this hidden gem of a coffee shop! Relaxed vibe and unique lattes! The location is interesting as it is located in the Irvine apartment complex by the spectrum. There is visitor parking in the garages and around the park so we easily found parking. The cafe is small and has a few indoor tables and 3 bar seats. It has a larger patio with tables and a great view of the park. We sat outside and loved the view. As for the coffee, they have cappuccinos, espressos, lattes, etc. We both ordered the red velvet latte and were quite impressed. As for food, they have lots of breakfast sandwiches but no real menu. We only knew there were Belgian waffles because we saw someone order it before us. We got them loaded with chocolate and strawberries and it was delicious. The food and coffee took a little longer to be served but we went for the experience. They also serve beer and wine which would be so fun to go back for pre-dinner drinks. Met my friend Sarah for a coffee here and what a charming place! Nestled in a park within an apartment community is this cute coffee shop where you can sip a special latte, stare lovingly at your latte art while watching the dogs run around in the little dog park outside. We were really impressed with our latte art. One was a little panda...so sweet and hilarious! The other was a fancy heart with chocolate leaves. The creative latte art was served to us with a smile and we happily took our special drinks outside to enjoy in the sunshine. I have been here a few time and I took a while to write my review because I really like their Red Velvet Latte and the ambiance of the park it is located in, but I had absolutely nothing nice to say about their staff. I had to clarify if they ran out for the day or if they permanently stopped offering it. The guy working just seemed like a mess. And so I asked for a recommendation for a different latte and between the guy and the girl working there. They told me they can make me anything else... WHICH IS???? And it got more ridiculous... there was 4 of us, and when my friend ordered her drink, the guy who was taking our ordered asked if we wanted an item that a different friend of mine ordered... DUDE ARE YOU SERIOUS?? There is four of us... we are allowed more than one item!! And if he was really doubtful, the SMART thing to do would have been to repeat the order to us AT THE END, if he really wanted to check on that... Bliss was not working this day and I even asked if latte art was available... They girl says yes. I was asking because I would have ordered a cold drink otherwise, but she said yes so I ordered a Vanilla Latte? I don't remember because I didn't care to drink it... because it was UGLY. It looked like a failed apple maybe? Definitely not a heart... And even when Bliss is there, the "art" I get is a heart at the nicest... one time I got eyes in my heart latte and it just made it look CREEPY!! I never get any of the nice latte arts that Bliss uploads onto Yelp. So I can't say if any other customers have either. A bit odd in location and not what I was expecting to find, but they did have easy parking and the cafe itself had plenty of nice outside seating as well as a few tables inside. Service was fantastic, very friendly, just a bit slow, but since there was only one person working and everything is made to order, it is understandable. Great selection, we went with the monthly BOGO special, almond joy frappes. Excellent deal at around $5 for 2 large drinks, both very tasty and made well. This place is nice and quaint of a Cafe in the middle of an apartment complex. We ordered a Belgian Strawberry Waffle, Apricot Brie Turkey sandwich, and a latte. There was limited indoor seating and outdoor seating with a nice view of the grassy field where a group was playing soccer. The waffle and sandwich tasted decent, but the strawberries were a bit on the old side, and the sandwich... Well, I enjoyed the taste but suddenly with one of the bites, I had a hard object between my teeth. It was a plastic bag tag that was melted into the Brie cheese! Now, I am not the type who makes a big deal out of incidences like this and don't expect or ask for any compensation, but what worried me the most about this situation is that my 2.5 year old son could have been the one to have CHOKED on this object. Thankfully, he didn't have the appetite today and so the sandwich was all for me. Furthermore, melted plastic pieces could and probably was ingested since I still went on to finish the sandwich. I brought the tag to the attention of the barista and pointed out that it was part of the cheese inside my sandwich, and she flusteredly apologized. read more

Ashley had amazing customer service everyone was extremely nice and helpful, would 100% recommend the chicken and waffles, waffles are very fluffy and have a hint of vanilla which was amazing the chicken was extremely juicy and the sauce was amazing, The buffalo pizza is personal preference got tired of the buffalo sauce after 2 or 3 slices. The Oreo shake was really good wish they put oreos or crumbs on top of the whip cream but the shake itself was really good amazing restaurant and the experience was very enjoyable due to the staff how attentive and kind they are.
