This is truly our favorite breakfast and lunch spot during Covid times. We were so impressed how quickly they sanitize when customers leave, hand sanitizers at every table. Separated by one empty table and outside seating also available. Really makes you feel comfortable. The staff is so friendly fast & efficient fully & properly masked. Had the Churro French Toast shared with the table and they were okay. The Sir Benedict Omelet was okay at best. The food wasn't terrible but seemed very processed. Not something I would try again. 3 stars because the food wasn't horrible just not a wow. read more

I ordered breakfast for pick up for the first time and received two horrible breakfast and was charged $2.93 for a surcharge??? I picked the breakfast up & paid cash, so why the surcharge. I sent them an email about it on 4/15/22 & received no response. I ordered the Homestyle breakfast with biscuits & gravy & the biscuits were so hard that I had to apply hard force to a sharp knife just to cut them up. The scrambled eggs were hard and brown and the home fries were raw. The second breakfast was an omelet and once again the outside of the omelet was brown and hard, with a burnt english muffin and Raw Home fries. Once again I sent them an email about it on 4/15/22 & got no response . Needless to say I will never go back to this dump! read more

This was our first restaurant outing with kids in a long time due to the pandemic. We are at one of the patio tables out front and we're very happy with our service. It was a beautiful day but the patio umbrella was still necessary and did the trick keeping the sun off of us. I'm happy to have a breakfast restaurant nearby to westchase. I wasn't super impressed by my food but will still come back to try other items off the menu. It was family friendly and quick service, which is what we need with little kids - the ability to be in and out within an hour before the inevitable meltdown occurs. I ordered the smoked salmon bagel. I think I was expecting a traditional lox bagel. The salmon was fully cooked and shredded and you had to make your own bagel with minimal cream cheese. I don't think I'll order it again because of the salmon consistency. We also had the churros French toast sticks. They were good but nothing too spectacular. The atmosphere was great and the covid precautions were good which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. I'll be back to update my review when I can try a few more items off the menu. This Le Peep has fallen prey to the industrial noisy decor. The chairs screech across the concrete floor. Along with normal chatter and kid yells it's really difficult to hear anything from the person sitting across from you. May I suggest you put sliders on the all the chairs? That would cut the noise factor by 50%. A few wall hangings would soften the noise too. It isn't always possible to sit outside and I do enjoy the food, esp. breakfast on Sunday but I'm considering another place. Too bad! read more

I get a vibe of first watch which is totally okay. However, the French toast was rather blah... the over easy eggs we're turned to medium, the potatoes were very plain, and mushy. My wife's smoked salmon bagel was not good, salmon over cooked and warmed after being chilled. The kids enjoy their pancakes but they lacked having a kids menu and we had to ask what they had on the menu for them on the spot of ordering. Cups and silverware had rings and stains. Table was slightly sticky. I'm not trying to crush the owners dream of a nice restaurant but I expected better out of 4.5 stars on yelp. They do offer military discount. read more

My friend and I really enjoyed our lunch today. Everyone was friendly and attentive. There were so many interesting menu items it was hard to choose. I had the Rock Lobster Scramble. Our meals arrived quickly and they were hot and delicious. It was very flavorful and the portion was good. My friend had a skillet with chorizo sausage and eggs. I don't remember the name of it but she said the dish had the right amount of spice. We both liked the unsweetened tea as well. We could tell that it was freshly brewed. First time here and I won't be back. Sat down glass provided for my water was so dirty I could not see into the cup. I ordered hot tea and the cup given to me had coffee on the side of the cup the container with the hot water had leftover coffee as if it was never washed EVER. Now on to my food while decent enough. The food lacked any real flavor. However the lack of cleanliness didn't stop at my drinks. My plate came with a side of hair on it. The waitress while very quick to correct all these mishaps was backed by a manager who just didn't seem to know how to manage. He came over and said I heard there was something wrong with your food. When I explained to him what had transpired while there all he could offer was a sorry I will let the kitchen know. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I was visiting from 3hrs away and decided to choose this place. Smh what a waste. read more

Given the great reviews I had high expectations. Sadly, I was disappointed. Ok, maybe just a bad day so gave it a second try.......nope. Both times the food was undercooked. Usually eggs cooked over hard end up browned a bit as well but, seemingly, they almost seemed microwaved no "cook" on them at all. Way too many people came up as we were eating to ask how everything was. No less than 5 times! Mediocre at best in my humble opinion. When you go to pay you are blinded by the sun so much so that you can hardly see the touchpad to complete your transaction. That needs to be relocated or the sun needs to be blocked somehow, it's pretty brutal. read more

We were greeted promptly and the wait for a 5 person party was not too long (5min). Our server Salena greeted us as she carried beverages and returned to get our drink order. Prior to ordering she inquired how the bill would be split. She returned with a carafe of water and thermos pitcher of coffee. When the rest of our party arrived she got their drink order and allowed us enough time to chat and look over the menu. Everything was delivered to the table correctly. She even got the kitchen the split our order and served it on two plates. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant!! The only reason i did not give 5 stars is due to the restaurant temperature, everyone in our party got warm. Not sure if it was the piping hot food or hot coffee. I was there today with my son and a friend. The waiter clearly didn't want to be there. Was very eager to get us out. When it was time to pay, we asked to split the check. Then, they took a whole group of ladies before us and we had to wait. The food was alright, but the service was terrible. I ordered the bottomless cold brew and he charged me $9 for 2 of them when the menu said bottomless, when I asked about it he said it's for each drink. 10/10 don't recommend. read more

Driven past this spot hundreds of times, finally went for the first time yesterday on a Saturday morning and the experience was phenomenal from start to finish. Best place for Breakfast/Lunch in the area hands down. Great decor and atmosphere. Went in on a fairly busy Sunday afternoon with my elderly Mother who just had hip surgery and uses a walker. I went in first to check on the wait time to see if she could endure sitting. I was greeted by the Manager Flavio and explained the situation. He said please bring here and sat us at a 4 top in a closed section. I got my Mom out of the car and sitting. We were quickly greeted by our waitress Leah who picked up our table and had tables in another section of the restaurant. First she got our drinks and then took our order Mom got the hamburger with Angus beef and the soup of the day which she found to be very enjoyable. I've got the monte Cristo crepes which Leah said was a very good choice and she was right and she even brought me extra Jam. She always get my sweet tea filled and mom decided that she wanted some of their Italian imported coffee which she brought us a pot of and of course it was excellent! It was amazing to have such great service when you're sitting in an empty section and the person serving you has tables elsewhere. You would not have known it with Leah it was like we were her only table. It was an absolutely enjoyable experience service food an atmosphere all top-notch. After coming in multiple times for breakfast especially when they first opened I can confidently say I'm very happy with this place. Food is great and consistent, the servers are wonderful, and the manager is very accommodating. They help make things work whether I'm on a rush in time due to clinic or even getting an order that's not quite on the menu like the Tex Mex. I give them a lot of credit to make this place work especially during the time of a pandemic. You guys are great, definitely will be a regular here. read more

When living in Texas, Le Peep was "THE" place to eat breakfast and brunch, so when we spotted this one we knew we had to try it. It has only been open around 8 months so long enough to work the kinks out. Starting with the restaurant itself, it was clean and nicely decorated. There were tables outside but it was too cold for that, certainly next time. Second, they serve LaVazza coffee, so that's another plus right off the bat. Service was wonderful. Our waitress, named Storm (cool name) was professional, bright and funny. She was quick with the coffee (again a carafe of La Vazza is hard to say no too) and drinks. She answered all questions and within minutes our orders hit the table. The syrup by the way was hot and not cold like most places, another plus. The coffee and syrup may be small things, but it's attention to detail like this that make or break any restaurant. They bring their A game. The eggs cooked perfectly, over medium to scrambled. Pancakes, French Toast, Belgian Waffles were on point. Hash browns perfect. For the breakfast meats, we had ham, sausage and Turkey sausage, and by far the ham was the best, Turkey sausage came in 2nd, but reg sausage a disappointment. They were ok, just lacked flavor and the texture was similar to oat meal, this is what cost that 5th star. We will try the bacon next time and see how that is. The portions are high, and the price is very good. Overall this place rocks it and we will be back again and again. My memories of the Le Peeps in Texas were resurrected by this place. First time customer, we ordered the Baja Benedict's. We were super disappointed the potatoes were still slightly crunchy, we had paid for extra hollandaise and only got one small cup of sauce for the entire meal there wasn't even sauce on the Benedict's. The meal didn't have the paprika on top for 2 meals it was $30 and we just won't make that mistake again. Wasn't worth the money we paid. The one positive was the gentleman that helped me once inside was very nice. read more
