I had the Bistro Salad to start with ham, although there is a Shrimp as option. My wife had the Steak and Bacaras Bleu, the steak tips were cooked to perfection combined with in house made croutons it was a true delight. For an authentic taste of Germany, I highly recommend this hidden gem. Cumberland Plateau. Chef Kurt offers a different menu every night, based on locally sources ingredients available. For the main course, I had Kurt's Ribeye and my wife had the Grilled Chicken Breast with the fresh garden pilaf, for desert we had Crème brûlée accompanied with Cafe Mocha, that truly topped off a gourmet dinner. The decor amazing as it is located inside an 1800s school house, the decor takes you back to long ago around the 1800s. It is a charming restaurant with delicious food.

It seemed like a great concept, old school German guy pumping out awesome, unique German dishes. However, you will not get that here. The poor cook had Parkinson's Disease as noted by the waitress several times. The place was cold, dreary, and had a massive amount of issues. Literally there are so many I cannot list them. I just would not go. After leaving, I kept Googling to see if others had this experience. I came across this ghastly article: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.wate.com/news/food-for-thought/flies-expired-cheese-steak-intended-for-reuse-in-soup-earn-fentress-co-restaurant-lowest-failing-score-of-the-year/amp/ Like an old dog that can harm others, they need to put her down. It's a risk to people's health.

The food is always great, the atmosphere is fun and laid-back, and the staff are incredibly friendly--always smiling and welcoming. They also have board games you can play, which adds such a fun touch, and we've even caught some live music that made the whole experience even better. One of our favorite parts is how family-friendly it is. Our daughter loves coming here because she has space to run around on a playground area and a whole big yard and just be a kid. While we relax and enjoy ourselves--which, honestly, is hard to find. This is one of the few places around that truly feels kid-friendly and enjoyable for adults. So if you're not into being around families, there are plenty of other spots. BUT for those of us who are, this place is a gem. It's become one of our go-to spots, and we'll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!

The menu focuses on " Elevated Bar Food" and scratch made sauces. They serve Apps, Sandwiches, Salads, Sides and a couple of weekend brunch items. They had a Breakfast Burrito today, but I think it's a rotating option. They also have 13 local and regional beers on tap and serve cocktails also. This is a local place to bring the family as they have covered outdoor tables with a huge fenced in backyard. The outdoor area is dog friendly and they have a playground and activities for the kids. They have Live Music, Rotating smoker specials, Trivia Night, Karaoke and a Writers night. I would recommend going to their website to find out when these activities occur and when and who is playing Live Music. The service was very good and the employees were friendly and helpful. You place your order at the Bar, they give you a number and bring your food to you. You sit wherever you want. It does get busy. There were several people there when we arrived ( shortly after opening ) and when we left it was already getting busy. To finish the review--- They have a kids menu and the burgers come with housecut Potato Chips. The burgers are served on a Sweet Potato Bun which I've not seen anywhere else. I really liked it. It added a touch of sweetness to the tasty Burgers. Go check 'em out !!

I asked for a meatless option, and our waiter recommended the white pie. It absolutely did not disappoint. The crust was that perfect New York-style thin, crispy, sturdy, and no flop at all. Each cheese on the pizza had its own distinct flavor, and somehow every bite kept getting better. It's one of those pies you just don't want to stop eating. We also ordered their chili sauce on the side, which paired really well with the pizza and added a great kick. The only downside was the portion, they filled less than half the container, which was a bit disappointing considering it was an extra $3. Service overall was great, and they have a solid selection of beers to choose from if that's your thing. The space itself is nice too. My only small gripe is that I wish they kept crushed red pepper and Parmesan on the tables so you don't have to flag someone down for it. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would definitely come back, especially for that white pie.

We usually sit outside but sat inside today. Lots of seating options. Lots of of beer on top and they are all really good. Opted for the S&L Spaghett which is refreshing. Also had their ice cream which they make in house which was delicious! Really light, smooth and flavorful! I had the Roasted Banana Peanut Butter & Marshmallow Ice Cream and so good! We didn't get a pizza but they are so good and highly recommend!

This British pub gives you a nice break from the traditional Nashville chicken that permeates most of the menus in the city. Our larger party was seated in a private room, and our waitress was very attentive and friendly. We started with the Belhaven Beer Cheese and Fried Pickles. Being from Wisconsin, I'm used to beer cheese dip being served in the middle of a giant salted pretzel. Here, there were soft pretzel pieces and fresh veggies. Amazing. Healthy and indulgent! The pickles were hot and crunchy on the outside, and perfectly tender on the inside. The creamy dill sauce was the perfect accompaniment, and a nice change from the usual ranch. As a main meal, my husband had the Sausage Roll and I had the Nashville Hot Chicken Sliders (my first hot chicken experience in Nashville). The Sausage Roll was a nice take on the classic roll (which we've had in the UK), made of ground sausage instead of a full sausage link. It also came with two dipping sauces, since that's a classic American thing. The sliders were perfectly sized, and I liked that the honey was served on the side, so I could decide how much I wanted on each bite. Seating is available inside and out, so you can decide which way to enjoy your meal on a warm Tennessee day.

My hubby and friends have come to have a quick drink and bite and it's just always good vibes. Sometimes it's INSANE and LOUD and BUMPIN because of a game or match, and other times it's more chill and you can watch whatever is on the screen/tv and just chill. Either way, it's a lot of fun. The food is solid pub food -- we've enjoyed everything we've tried here and really don't have any complaints. I don't find a Scotch Egg many places, so I usually order when I see on the menu. Love it. Service is good, but also really depends on what is going on -- we haven't had to wait long nor have we had any issues with putting in orders or refills, but just manage expectations depending on why and when you are here.
