The salon is cute, clean, comfortable, and doesn't have that strong nail salon smell. They can be pricier but for me it's worth it for the service and quality. I believe they're appointment only. Parking in front is very limited and they're right next to an auto shop so there could be times the parking is not accessible. so be prepared to look for street parking. Then they changed the name, and I assumed it was new ownership, so I decided to try it out. I had THE WORST experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I'm a new mom and I don't get a lot of time to myself, so I was excited to finally get a pedicure and relax. I left this place more stressed than I was when I came in. 1. This place looked so unsanitary!! I should have walked out, but I didn't have a lot of time and decided to take the risk. Should have listened to my inner dialogue screaming for me to leave. She didn't wear gloves until she did the sugar scrub on my legs and then when she did that she took her wet gloved hand, that had already touched my feet, and put it in the communal scrub jar that looked watered down already. So every person she touches gets their germs mixed into that jar of other people's germs. None of the tools were in a sterilization pack. They were all out in the open, so who knows if they were actually clean. 2. The gal was so rough with my feet and when taking care of my cuticles. She was literally digging into the sides of my toenails and caused me to bleed multiple times. And then she kept pouring cuticle remover back over my toes that were bleeding?! 3. She filed down my nails sooo short that it hurt and she would use her own sharp nails to dig into my toes while filing, which also f***** hurt. 4. The paint job was horrible! I picked a gel color and instead of wiping off the wet paint that was on my skin with a brush and alcohol, she just let it cure under the UV lamp and then after she was done with the paint she took a nail file and tried FILING OFF THE PAINT THAT WAS ON MY SKIN!! Wtf??? 5. She started the timer for my massage on my legs, but then took her time wiping off her hands and rearranging things on her cart before she started and also she didn't use lotion. She used a tiny amount of cuticle oil which then turned my massage into a dry rub basically, and that didn't feel great either. 6. When I went to pay with my card, she was impatient for the card to register when tapping it on the machine and jerked my card out of my hand and was trying to do it herself. Overall- I will NEVER come back here. Such a waist of my time and money, and possibly got an infection. My toes hurt so bad!!! I went home and cleaned my feet immediately.

They recently upgraded all of their chairs and tables, and it really elevated the space. It feels so much more luxurious. One thing I really appreciate is how clean and hygienic everything is. You can tell they take sanitation seriously, as each time I'm getting my nails done, tools are opened fresh from the package right in front of me, which gives me peace of mind.
