We both had the Swiss mushroom burger. A soft, brioche bun, large, juicy burger and so many mushrooms that they were falling off of the bun. Greasy is an understatement but absolutely delicious is not. THIS was a good burger. The accompanying steak fries were kind of a letdown but the sweet potato fries rocked. We ordered the kids cheeseburger for our 4 year old grandson. The burger looked great but we made the mistake of giving him fries before he ate his burger. How embarrassing to make such a rookie mistake! We couldn't finish what we had but we also weren't going to miss the house made cheesecake with lavender syrup. This bit of deliciousness was a perfect addition to our evening binge of season finales. I am so very glad that we tried Southern Wagyu again. I'd skip the fries and just get a larger burger. Oh, they have vegan burgers. Can't vouch for their taste but was happy to see them on the menu.

I'm grateful that they have ample coffee and tomato juice depending upon my mood (I love tomato juice). The hollandaise didn't taste all weird and packet-y, and the eggs were a bit over but I'll take that over undercooked egg whites. The hashbrowns were CRISP, like better than Waffle House crisp. I will say, better half's cheese grits last time were...well, inedible. Overly watery, cold to the point the cheese wouldn't melt, etc. However, the excellent burrito made up for that. Everyone who works here is friendly, it's clean, and the overall atmosphere is nice. Truly, they want to please. I really want them to succeed, so give them a try. He had 3 nice size fillets, fried okra and fries that he thoroughly enjoyed. The strip mall it is in has been painted in the last couple of years and has a fresher appearance. It is cool they offer a military discount, per their website it is 5 per cent. It is also cool they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I've only had lunch here. If you are a fan of classics like pot roast, chicken and dumplings, country fried steak, catfish, fried okra, mashed potatoes, buttermilk cornbread, and biscuits, you would likely enjoy Rolo's!

I got word they were gonna be parked at a place not too far from where I live, so I made the drive over to check it out. Get Loaded offers loaded...everything! Pretty much any medium that's ripe for toppings, they do it. Loaded fries, loaded potatoes, loaded nachos, and loaded fry breads are their main offerings. Loading combos vary but are available across all bases; I recall BBQ, buffalo chicken, queso, bacon, etc. All of it sounded good. They were fairly busy but doing a great job politely encouraging customers to practice social distancing. I was impressed at how carefully the gentleman who took my order handled the payments; he would simply offer the device through which you'd swipe your card out of the window. He never touched the card at all! All the staff was wearing gloves, too. I tried the queso fries: waffle fries loaded up with queso, ranch, bacon, and jalapeños. Overall, I liked them a good deal. The queso was white queso (my favorite - no fake nacho cheese for me, please!) and the jalapeños gave it a pretty strong kick. I could've done with the bacon being a liiiittle bit crispier and in slightly larger chunks. The majority of my fries were cooked to a perfect crispness, but a couple of the bigger ones had a slightly rubbery quality. One warning: this is food to be eaten as soon as it's delivered to your hands. I'm glad I sat in the car and ate mine, because it would've gotten soggy on the way home. Still, it was really tasty fresh. I got my boyfriend some buffalo chicken nachos that I brought back to the house. These held up surprisingly well, better even than my fries held up in the 10-15 minutes it took me to eat them. The buffalo chicken was chunked up in bite size pieces and was juicy and flavorful. Overall, I'd definitely visit this food truck again. I hope they continue to see success - I'd love to try out some fry bread one day.
