Had our yearly outing for birthdays as a bunch of us are in December. My friends wife found this place. I will say service gets 5 stars. The good though not so much. The buffet bar has a bunch of items but sorry to say nothing that stuck out as very good. The rodizio they come Out of the gate with a bunch of food and then it slows down regardless if your card is on green or red side. Nothing really stood out that my mouth said wow either and needed some flavor. Dessert was supposed to be a lava cake but it wasn't really anything that resembled what you would expect a lava cake to be. For me this was a one and done especially for the price

Absolute loved the food here! For the quality of the meats, the $60 price is truly a steal. The drinks were also great, sweet yet strong, and looked very cute as well. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is nice but not actually fancy so you can have a nice celebratory dinner there or just a normal meal.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff was very attentive and friendly, they made sure we were very well taken care of for the 2 hours we were there.

Super yummy Brazilian Rodizio ($65) The price is definitely worth it. You have access to the full salad bar. The salad bar even have salmon. There's so many meats and cheese and salads and pasta and rice. The meat itself was absolutely delicious. Seasoned perfectly cooked perfectly super juicy very high-quality the service was amazing and I love the drinks. Definitely check them out.!!!

This place was INSANEEEEELY GOOOD!! Also such a crazy deal with how fresh everything is. The service was all across the boards a 10. I never had a better cooked ribeye in my life. The salad bar was also delicious. Restocked plenty of times to keep it fresh which is slay. Do NOT sleep on the cocktails because the bartender is an artist with the drinks. I felt spiritual drinking her drinks Also get the flan dessert. First time having it and with the perfect palette cleanser / night cap lol

Service was beyond amazing. Kevin our server was attentive and such a good vibe! Kevin made sure to take care of our party of 6. He went over any questions we had regarding food and drinks. I had the salad bar only option and enjoyed the salmon and pasta. Loved that the selection varied. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was a great ambiance for a date night or family dinner night.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My cousins had the rodizio and said this place was def a top two. They stated the meats were well seasoned.

I love Leblon!! If you are looking for a cozy and intimate Brazilian steakhouse experience, forget Fogo!!! Leblon is the place to go!!!! I have been to Brazilian in TX, NY, NJ, NC and CA and in NYC, SF, Irvine, Los Angeles, Durham, Houston etc and Leblon is hands down the best Brazilian Steakhouse experience!!! Though their salad bar is smaller, it is meaningful with the best side dishes, soups, condiments and stews...It shames Fogo in Paramus or Houston and Galpao in Cupertino!!! Those places know me as well as a regular too. Whenever I come NJ this is my go to restaurant for family and friends. The meats are incredible from spicy beef, garlic beef, beef rib, ribeye, etc...Made to order but I am asked how I want it cooked and that goes a long way toward a fabulous experience. Service is phenomenal and I have mentioned how they ask how I would like my meat cooked. Serious I get red carpet treatment when I come here and I love it! Service is wonderful and the meats come out at a good pace. Ambiance is cozy and intimate and relaxed, never rushed and makes for a great place to chat, celebrate or just hang out. You feel like you are a guest at a close family member or friend. If you are looking for a great place to get together and eat awesome food this is the place! BTW their Flan is the best flan I have ever had - Cuban, Puerto Rican, Mexican, Filipino...Leblon flan is real deal!

A steak lovers paradise. I cannot express how much I love visiting AYCE restaurants, especially ones where they bring the food to you! And, yes, I love churrascarias! Having been to places like Texas de Brazil, Fogo de Chao and other local churrascarias, Leblon really impressed me with its wide variety of flavorful steaks. We dropped into Leblon on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend at around 5:30 PM. The restaurant was located smack dab in the middle of a suburban area of Hillsdale. There were already a few tables mid-meal and devouring delicious cuts of steaks, but as the evening wore on, the restaurant definitely got busier, but not to the point of capacity. Service was A+ throughout the evening, from the hostess to the steak servers. Everyone was so courteous and friendly, which made our experience so much more enjoyable. First, the market table. Loved it. Every churrascaria experience comes with a market table where you can grab your own appetizers, charcuterie meats, salads, vegetables, sides, fruits and soups. I won't go into much detail here, but I was shocked that they were serving whole pieces of salmon here as part of the market table because I had never seen any churrascaria serve fish as part of the market table experience. Nevertheless, everything that I tried from Leblon's market table was excellent, including the salmon. NOW, onto the main event. The steaks and meats. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Every cut served - picanha, sirloin, filet mignon, you name it - super tender, juicy and melts in your mouth delicious. There were also sausages, chicken wrapped with bacon, lamb, which were good too, but the chicken was expectedly on the dry side. I don't know how many slices or pieces of steak I had, but I just kept my steak card on green until I couldn't take another piece anymore. On top of all of the delicious meat, they also came around with the Coelho (aka grilled cheese with honey), which is a MUST TRY. It's just what your palette needs after an entire night of steak gorging with it's sweet and savory goodness. And if that wasn't good enough of a dessert, they also came around with pineapple grilled with cinnamon, which was also extremely delicious. What an experience we had. Like I said, the service was top notch, but the food was just as spectacular. One of the best churrascaria experiences I've ever been to and our family will undoubtedly be back one day.

Over a few weeks ago, after apple picking in Warwick, NY, we adventured out in the area awhile, driving back home, and decided to feed our hunger.  Found this AYCE steakhouse rodizino style in Hillsdale, NJ. It's pretty pricey than your normal Ayce Brazilian spots. They have almost the same side dishes for the appetizers, but their steaks were cooked to perfection. Also, not a lot of places serve beef ribs. They were huge flintstone style We did about 4 to 5 rounds of meat. I did 4 plates of smoked salmon salad, half and half of arugula, and a Caesar salad with vinaigrette. This is what we filled our bellies with. - lobster salad  - 2x Oxtails stew over rice  - 3x Brazilian Sausage  - Bacon-wrapped chicken  - 3x skirt steak  - Huge bowl of the chimichurri sauce  - 4x beef ribs.  - 4x pork ribs  - 3x Sirloin  - 2x Filet Mignon  - 5x Grilled Pineapple  - 2x Rump Steak  - Brazilian cheese bread - 3x Picanha - 3x Smoked Salmon Salad, half & half Arugula and Cesar Salad  I don't know how we were able to inhale everything in one sitting. But I still like the other Brazilian AYCE at Corona Queens. The staff were checking on us on and off when the restaurant wasn't that busy yet. But once it got busy it was even harder to flag a staff for the check, water. Waited for at least 15 mins or so.

I thought it was an order at the counter and then find a seat restaurant so I was disappointed when they said there were reservations and they couldn't accommodate our party of two. When I had looked on the website, there was no place to make a reservation so I was surprised by this. I wish it had been more clear. Additionally, there was a sign to inform customers that the prices on the menu would be higher due to increased costs. The staff was friendly and asked if we wanted to order takeout instead- which we did. However, one of the reasons I chose this place was because I thought it was a casual counter style restaurant, that would have lower prices. I do realize seafood is expensive, but I would've chosen a seafood restaurant that would allow us to sit down. We ordered lobster rolls Connecticut style. They were fantastic and crabcakes, which were full of crab. The food was 5 stars but the lack of info about reservations coupled with the increased prices is 3 stars so I am settling on 4 stars. This restaurant is good as long as you know to make reservations and expect higher prices.

I say reluctantly because they tried hard…read moreto be attentive, but fell short and the food, while priced like a high end steakhouse also fell short and this is why. First the positives. Lovely atmosphere. The staff was polite and kind. The manager stopped by to chat and check in. The folks with me who ate the strip steak enjoyed it. It was tasty and cooked perfectly as they requested. That's good considering it IS a steakhouse. The negatives. It is not always the case that everyone in the party likes steak or likes every steak. So a good steakhouse will do the other options exceptionally well too. Particularly the meat. Here, they did not. I like ribeye. That's my favorite. They only offer a 24 oz ribeye, however, and since none of my peeps wanted ribeye (curses on them) I was up a creek. I don't like strip or filet. Didn't want pork. But I do LOVE a wedge salad, and few places have one. Steakhouses generally do. So I was quite happy to have one. Until I had it. They did not do it well. At all. First, the bacon... while it clearly began as a few lovely generous lardons, ended up four over cooked, hard as rocks bacon chunks. The chicken was dry and terribly overcooked. Hard on the edges. I would expect a steakhouse to get the grilled chicken breast correct. And the bacon is inexcusable. When the salad costs $30, you have to nail it. Could I have sent it back? I'm sure I could have. But looking at the neighbors' table, theirs looked the same so I figured what's the point. And I didn't want to be a Karen about a salad in a steakhouse. And I wasn't holding up my table's meal for a redo on a salad. At the end of the day, if you don't get something this simple correct, it is a fail. I'm sorry to say that. Truly. But it requires addressing. There are too many other options for good steak that do these non-steak elements right too.

This past weekend, we had a chance to experience something a little different -- a private event my cousin hosted there for his 30th birthday -- and it was fantastic. The event was a seated, sit-down dinner at the market, which isn't something they typically do, but they executed it really well. The evening started with passed appetizers (all delicious, as expected) and a table full of charcuterie. For dinner, my cousin opted for a seated "steak sampling" experience -- almost Brazilian steakhouse-style -- featuring tastings of five different cuts. There was also shrimp scampi served family-style, along with sides like roasted potatoes. Even with varying preferences for steak doneness across the group, they did an impressive job accommodating everyone. Huge props to the B&M team for pulling off something outside their usual offerings so seamlessly. This was my first time in the market itself, and it looked great -- clearly a great destination for quality meats and prepared foods. If I lived closer, I'd absolutely be a regular and would use them for catering for myself. Looking forward to more events with their food in the future!

There must be another bar somewhere else because it seemed like our drinks weren't prepared behind the bar. They'd take a while to prepare after ordering and then come trickling in from somewhere else. The pickle chips, shishito peppers, wings (dry rub and buffalo), chicharon, were all great. Everyone especially liked the bee sting flatbread. The Queen flatbread was rather basic and not too popular, but I think it's supposed to be plain. The empanadas would have been very good if cooked a bit longer since they were a bit gummy inside. The shrimp ceviche was served in red sauce and was absent of a decent amount of shrimp. It was tasty but more of a salsa rather than a ceviche. The rib special lacked the promise of the flavors of the chipotle bbq sauce that was promised and described in the menu -- the pork lacked flavor. The chicken Milanese appeared to have been deep fried in a fryer rather than pan fried per tradition. This made the thin slices a bit tough and chewy which was unexpected. Disappointing that I didn't listen to my server who tried to steer me in a different direction as he advised. We haven't been wowed here the last three visits but will give it another shot in a few weeks to see if things have changed for the better. Listen to your servers, people!!

I was correct in my estimation, as my final determination of this spot... of which I'll get to... is that I'd walk (not run) back and would be willing to give it another guy for another event. The ambiance is quite remarkable for a Pub Flex+ type of joint. Double jointed with two floors, flexed into a bar upon entry, booths and high tables throughout... this place is quite bright and cheery. It feels like it can fit an entire hall until it actually had to... in which such a large space felt like it had been cranked by an f and cuddled a family of orphan dogs. For a gastropub the menu was short, yet sweet. I could've probably ordered anything on the menu and felt like I got an above average meal. I got the 4 leaves burger which was indeed a very above average burger accompanied by above average fries. Their duty was dutiful but did not have me barging over barrels for more. Nor did it for others, although everyone seemed to enjoy their meals in a bright and professional environment. As for lunch or dinner? I'd only come back again for work. But I've got a hinker, or maybe a tinker, that brunch in here would be quite nice. The day will come when I try it and I hope to be able to bring back better news than above average. LB usually doesn't do above average... as you know. But sometimes I like to make the unsung swan feel like a bell of a ball. What a guy. Four leaves. I legit mean bless her soul. Be nice. Pray. Bow down to her. She doesn't eat much food but she even loved the taco salad here so much that she asked to go again. So much protein, so well seasoned. Just as their other options showcase as well. My personal favs are the Kash Burrito and the, what I'd call "trademark" Cod Burrito. Never have seen it elsewhere like this. The wrap is toasted wonderfully, great rice, great salsa. I mean this place just does it real well. I've had tacos, appetizers, desserts. Never let down. El Azteca is consistently good. Constantly pushing out quality product. Is it the best Mexican I've had? No. But it's the most underrated. Being a consistent 4, makes you a five in my books. It's like that girl that's occasionally a 6 or occasionally an 9... you can't bring her home. But that girl that's consistently a 7 or an 8? You let her meet the fam. I don't where I'm going with this one. All I'll say is STOP. Stop going to Chipotle, Bubbakoo's, etc. when you could be supporting a better quality and friendlier priced location in El Azteca. Thank you in advance. I will be watching - LB.
