The pierogies were honestly my favorite part of the meal. They were fluffy, cheesy, and generously filled. So delicious. I could have eaten a whole plate of just those. The spätzle was soft and well prepared, but compared to everything else, I found it a little boring. The restaurant itself is very cute and has a lot of character. I loved browsing the selection of German snacks, candy, and other imported items available for purchase. It added to the overall experience and made the place feel unique. Steak Tippin Food Truck serves Just the Tips for $8, Grilled Cheese & Tips for $9, Philly Cheese Tips for $9, Tips & Shrooms Quesadilla for $9, and the Moo'tine for $12. I got the Steak Tips & Shrooms Quesadilla and it was very tasty, a pretty big portion, and very filling. The steak tips included were pretty big, not too chewy, soft, and well marinated while the Quesadilla was well toasted and super cheesy and tasty. The sautéed mushrooms paired very well in the Quesadilla and is not something you see often in a Quesadilla. I was a little disappointed the Quesadilla did not come with sour cream or guacamole or sautéed onions as is usually traditionally included so I have to take off a star for that. They are located in the Krate complex. I went around 415p on a Saturday and they weren't busy but I can only imagine how busy they may get during the evenings or events. For dinner we had Golubzy (stuffed cabbage) , Siberian style cod patties with a cabbage salad and kotlety, high are beef meatballs. I opted for a very yummy dark Kozel beer. Oh, and on table are these dry treats called Baranki that you can snack on while you wait for your food! Would go back again and try other dishes for sure.
