I went in for a pedicure and as I was being worked on I hear a woman nail tech talking to a customer about how it's "gay" for men to get paint on their nails. Very unsatisfied with the service wanted a gel manicure I showed the picture before getting started. The guy looked like he was new I was concerned when he started doing me nails. He asked if I just wanted to filed them down and I said yes and he filed them super short which I was already upset since I was letting nails grow. Then he started putting polished and it was super patchy. And that's when I asked if he was going to do the design in the pictures and all of them started talking obviously I don't understand and from there I just felt super uncomfortable and mad. If you aren't able to do the design inform your customers instead you made me feel stupid. At the end my nails did not look anything with what I wanted some other lady tried to do them. UNHYGIENIC!! Please Read This place does not practice proper health code in regards to disinfecting or disposing any tools they use after each client. I have VERY sensitive feet I always tend to watch what I wear & where I walk without shoes so when I saw the lady move her wheel cart to do my feet after the lady sitting next to me without grabbing new tools from the package it immediately threw me off. She didn't even disinfect them or anything! So I told her and she just simply sprayed them with alcohol which is not the proper way to disinfect. Mind you, you can get ringworms, hpv, hepatitis, etc. because what if they accidentally cut that client beforehand and then cut you using the same tools?!! However, I didn't really think it through until the second time when I seen it again and this time with manicure tools. I should've just took the RED FLAG im the first place ..SMH! This place does such an amazing job with pedi's and mani's. If you're looking for a salon that does crazy colors/designs on nails then this place wouldn't be the place for that. The main reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because their appointment system is horrible! It's the worse I've ever experienced with any nail shop I've been to in the area. There's been multiple times I've called in to schedule an appointment and they did not assist me until 40-45 mins after. And both times I've come in to a full packed house. I love getting my nails done by Linda. Whether it's acrylic or gel. She's awesome! My acrylics lasted about 3 months just kept getting the fill. This was a big deal because a lot of other places I tried, I use to drop a nail or two before I had to go get my fill. That was frustrating. No complains with Linda! :) read more

Please be cautious, my visit for a pedicure on April 29,2015, turned out to be a tragic mistake. I opted for the callus remover and ended up with severe chemical burns/open sores on the born of my feet. According to my doctor the remover was either improperly diluted and or applied incorrectly and left on too long. It has been nearly 2 months and the open sore on my left foot is still extremely painful and needs to be treated and wrapped everyday, making it difficult to walk. FYI be aware of chemicals applied on your feet. read more

I went on Saturday morning to get my nails done! There was an old lady who was doing my pedicure. I do not remember her name.. She put some type of blue pill in the water and it got on my leg so after she was done trimming my nails she kind of wash my feet but some of the blue stain remain on my leg so proceded to scrubbed it with the harsh sponge that they use to scrub your feet. So she ended up scratching my leg. It did kind of hurt but she did it so quick that I didn't have time to tell her it hurt. After she was done painting my nails I told her nicely "you scratched me with the sponge" she looked and she put some acetone with a brush". Why she did it I don't know. But I wanted to make sure I let her know what she did so she wouldn't do it again with someone else. I think she was having a bad day I guess but I honestly don't recomend this place at all! read more

Just thought it was really weird that there was no soap or anything in my tub of water when they didn't my feet. Who only Soaks feet in plain water? No soap, salts or anything? Everywhere I go usually puts something in the hot water and let's my feet soak for a few minutes. I didn't care for that. Both women on either side of me got some salts put into their water. I heard them both ask for just a regular pedicure. Nothing extra. On the upside, the foot massage was nice. Lord knows I needed it after a tough workout. I tried getting another simple Design only big toe. Wasn't looking good. I should know better than to try to do it again. I guess this isn't the place for me. I LOVE designs with my pedicures. They do a good job for a basic pedicure though. I just like a little extra. They're not the spot for designs. Also, she cut one of my big toe nails shorter than the others. Smh. They saw and asked me to sit and put the water on, i waited another 15 mins, my feet were all wrinkly already, by being only on water. I walked out on them, this is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I have become a regular at this salon and am very picky about nails. It helps to have nice nails so I don't pick at them. They are very clean. They line their tubs with plastic bags and open their sterilized tools in front of you. I'm very picky about this so I love that they do this. Prices are reasonable for the services offered and I have had Lily do my nails and love them every time. Sometimes I see new faces and I'm usually not as happy with the job than I am when Lily does it but they're still okay. Overall, it is pretty consistent and they do a good job. The lady that did my nails cut me 5 times, to the point where I bled. The owner even said so herself, she was "new." I asked for her name and no where did I see her manicurist license posted. This owner has workers whom are not licensed working at this location, which is illegal. I had to ask for another manicurist to finish me off. This place is awful! I took my 5 year old daughter here to get her nails painted and this older manicurist named Lily called her a "bad girl" because she wasn't staying still enough. My daughter was so excited to go and I noticed her whole mood changed while she was getting it done and I was getting my pedicure. She didn't tell me until after we left. She was so sad and teary eyed. She said the lady squeezed her hand really hard when she moved and called her a "bad girl." Never going here again! The nail polish application was horrible and crooked. Nail polish was on my cuticle and my whole nail was not even painted. Worst costumer service and work I have ever seen. Never go to this place.
