I wish half stars were allowed because my actual rating is 4.5 stars. I ordered the Beef Souvlaki Sandwich and my SO ordered the Halibut Kebab Platter. The Beef Souvlaki was absolutely delicious. At first I was concerned if I ordered enough but it was the perfect amount of food for me. I shared two pieces to my SO because I felt sorry that he didn't receive enough fish (more on this later). Even though I chose to share, I was still content and satisfactorily satiated. This goes to show that mine was packed with a good amount of meat. All the food was fresh, tender, and flavorful. The pita was perfect. The tzatziki sauce was a nice creaminess and tasty on my Beef Souvlaki. My SO was happy with his meal overall minus that since it was a platter order, there should have been at least one more skewer of halibut. What he received was inadequate for an adult male. I was the first person to open the bag and thought this even before his comment. I hope that the restaurant will make adjustments based on our reviews. We ordered our meals as takeout during a time when most people have already completed their dinner (a little after 9 pm). There were a few groups still dining so the noise level wasn't bad. Based on the service we received, which was friendly and kind- a member of their staff even walked the bag out to us. The opposite of hospitable service! The food here is delicious but the service is anything but welcoming. On one instance my daughter who has a dairy allergy and can't eat tzatziki asked if she could get a tablespoon of hummus for an upcharge and they said NO that they only sell hummus as an appetizer for $8. On another day we stopped in at 3pm on a beautiful day because my husband was hungry. They have outdoor seating as well as indoor seating. No one was seated outside and only a handful of tables were occupied inside. My husband ordered a chicken on a stick which comes with Pita. I said to him that we could sit outside while he eats it and we were told that we couldn't sit there. It was only for table service. I totally get it during a rush period but with no one there it showed that they are not gracious hosts and don't ever go the extra mile for customers. read more

I ordered a meal and the tzatziki app. What I got was a meal and a tiny cup of tzatziki with nothing to even dip in it. I called and they said they couldn't refund me but she saw the order and saw it it go out like it did! I said ok can you refund me? No, can we just give it to you next time you order? I said no I'm at someone's house and I ordered for them. So I was nice and agreed to pick it up. I go and they give me a large container and 1 pita. I asked for another pita and the woman said no it comes with only 1. So I'm left w a rather large container of tzatziki and nothing to do with it for $10 and inconvenience...never again. read more

Got four chicken skewers on a big bed of rice. The salad was too much so I didn't eat it that night but it looked great. Good options on the menu too. We ordered for delivery tonight. We love lefteris and have eaten and have gotten delivery before. I had tried last week and I must have tried too late in the day, 7pm. They seemed to be closing at 7:30. We even tried calling and their was no answer. This time I used the link they offer on their website to place an order. It was very easy to use and they let you select a specific delivery time. It was mid afternoon and I selected at 6:30 delivery slot. It came right on time! They call the house when they are dropping it off so it is contact free. We ordered two lemon soups and one lamb souvlaki platter which comes with plenty of food including a small Greek salad. It was enough for two people to share. It comes with a side of yellow rice and a generous portion of warm pita bread. All arrived warm and delicious! Lefteris never disappoints! read more

I been to this place many times, food is great and service is good. But today they were extremely busy because of a concert around the corner. Usually the main entrance is for take out, and the side entrance is for Dinning. Well we went to the side entrance as usual and one of the employees was shaking his head no and upset that we came in and saying have to be outside on line. We weren't the only people that experienced that. Maybe if they post a sign on the door , what they want , it would help the confusion and not piss off the customers. I tried the Marble Ave location today and like their other locations the food is so excessively salty it's borderline inedible. What's with these guys? If you have high blood pressure, eat here and you will die. If you don't have high blood pressure, eat here and you will. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but the interior is very welcoming and decorated nicely. Good for families as well as dates. They have a large selection of drinks. The traditional Greek food here is amazingly accurate but they also have good burgers and other American cuisine. I ordered the pork suvlaki platter with fries and a garden salad with Greek dressing, I enjoyed all very much but the portions were oversized. The desserts were delicious we had the baklava and the galaktoboureko. The galaktoboureko was astoundingly delicious and I would highly recommend it. Hardly any meat in the regular Gyro. Hot falafel sandwich is $10.50 cold salad wrap. Soups are good but no more vegetable since they took over Gyro World. Very expensive. $5.50 for a few lee lemon potatoes. Pita bread warmed in bag they bought it in. $17 for very four tiny cups of dip. And mousakka cleaned through 3 bags. A hundred dollars for half the people in our family to be unhappy. PS The guy had no mask and the lady had it under her chin! Wth. read more
