I was lied to about a few things- #1 the cost of the extended warranty and I assume (the condition of the vehicle) thank God I got the extended warranty on the vehicle even though it was $2500 because the engine died within a few months of purchase for no reason that I caused.. it had of already had issues. Be careful with the shady business practices of this place. I regret ever going to this dealership, and warn anyone else from doing the same. The friendly demeanor is a cover up for the crap cars they sell. Was told the value of my current car was 14K, and I could trade it in or refinance in a year. Come to find out, more damage was done to the car from what was disclosed to me. I'm now paying for a vehicle that has a remaining three year loan, and is actually worth NO value. So I'm actually not able to trade the car or refinance because I'm basically paying for a piece of metal with no value. Reported this to my finance company, and tried to work this out with the dealership. Spoke with a rep named Cezar, who advised me I couldn't trade in my car due to late payment history. As I provided proof this was absolutely false as I've had 100% on time payments, communications stopped. However, before this... they did offer me to buy a new car with a ton of money down because I now have negative equity which was created by Legend's "deal." The fact that a dealership will do this to customers is beyond insane. Again, be care purchasing here. Take a mechanic, get a full carfax report, and take the car to the actual dealership (VW, Audi,etc) for an added layer of inspection. read more

I purchased a 2006 Scion xB from Legend Auto Sales and buying a used car from them I was apprehensive since I didn't know if the I was going to be having problems down the road that would cost mega bucks in the end. The manager (MJ) gave me more than enough time to get a buyers inspection done and if there was anything wrong with the power train he would reverse the deal. I had the inspection done and they did find a few things wrong such as the front tires and the front breaks needed to be replaced. I contacted MJ and they went above the call of duty to get the repairs completed. I would highly recommend Legend Auto Sales to purchase a nice used car and if you want outstanding service talk to Abraham or MJ and they will get you taken care of. I would have given them 5 stars but the person who completed the paperwork did a very hard sale on the extended warranty and did not understand the concept of the word NO. He had to be told this like 5 times. I understand that he gets a commission but when someone says no and they mean it then they should stop. read more

Wow! Amazing customer service and excellent car detail job! My car looks and smells brand new, like I just drove off the parking lot with 0 miles. This was my first time getting my car detailed at Legend Auto and I think I'm a customer for life. They didn't leave a spot and I really love how they even found a big box to put all my stuff from the trunk so they can clean every spot in my trunk. Other places I've gotten my car detailed would just move stuff to the side and cleaned around it, but Legend Auto neatly put everything in a box which also helped organize my trunk. They were fast, did super quality work, and so friendly. I also noticed that everyone that works there looks really happy. Often times I see people at work that you can clearly see they don't want to be there and counting hours till their shift ends, but at Legend Autos everyone looked genuinely happy. l recently purchased a Mercedes from this dealership and I have to say, my experience here has been the best car buying experience so far. I had started my car search at Mercedes Benz of Tacoma, and I have to say that Legend exceeds even a Dealership when it comes to price points and financing. They were asking for a cosigner, and 4 grand down (after running a ridiculous amount of credit checks) Legend was able to finance JUST ME, with 2,500$ down, for the same car (same miles, sames style). Rosie was AMAZING in every aspect. I came in with a very specific list of what I was looking for. She listened to my needs, showed me every car I asked about, and was even able to negotiate with me on pricing. I would highly recommend asking for her. She encouraged me to try a few different cars before i bought, which was very helpful because it eliminated the "what ifs" I would have had. Update: The truck had a crack in the windshield which they said they would get fixed. Since we were 3 hours away they said we could go to a Safelite near us and to just call and make an appointment. Called Safelite and Legend doesn't have an account with them so I had to play phone tag trying to get it sorted out. We were told to go to one of our choice and just have them call Legend to get the payment taken care of. Now Legend is saying they will only pay $250 for a replacement and not the full cost, even though it is in the sales contract to get the windshield replaced. Or to drive up there and they will replace it with a cheap, non factory windshield that the Sales Manager didn't even know the name of the third party that installs it. So we'll see how the Better Business Bureau feels about their ridiculous, unethical practices. read more

I would give this place a 'DO NOT GO THERE!' rating if there was. In June I purchased a 2007 Subaru WRX from them with the contract that they would fix the crack in the front bumper and damaged fog-light. The day after I purchased this car, I went back there for them to safety-check the vehicle around noon. and around 4 they told us that this would not be done until noon the next day. They ended up with my car for about 2 weeks, while their mechanic worked on it. When I got the car, I took it into the Subaru dealership, who proceeded to tell me that the car needed more work. The extended warrenty I bought with the car covered a major chunk of it, but with the turbo needing replacement and the cracked hoses, I paid about 1400 out of pocket. When I took the car back to them to get the bumper replaced, they got the car back to me in the span of the day. It was professionally waxed and looked amazing. That is, until my bumper started to look like it was coming off the car. I've had it looked at by 3 experts that say it was not only the same, damaged bumper, but that the paint on it was not a matching paint either. Needless to say, I will not go back to these guys or their "mechanics". I have no interest in damaging my car further, and would not recommend them to anybody. read more
