I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this dealership. I traded in my GMC when I purchased a Ford F-350 from this dealership about two months ago. As part of the trade-in process, the dealership was supposed to pay off the financing/lien on my GMC. However, two months later, my GMC lender is still charging me every month. My GMC payment is $1,559 per month. That means I am being charged $1,559 every month for a vehicle I already traded in and no longer have, while I am also paying for the Ford F-350 I purchased from this dealership. This has caused me serious financial stress, real financial loss, and risk to my credit. Under Washington State law, RCW 46.70.180, when a dealership accepts a vehicle as a trade-in with an existing lien, the dealer must have proof that the lien was paid within two calendar days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays, after the sales contract is signed by all parties and all conditions are satisfied. This trade-in happened about two months ago, and my old lender is still charging me. That is completely unacceptable. I contacted the salesperson, Ezequiel Garcia Rivera, asking for answers and help with this situation. Instead of taking responsibility and helping me get this resolved, I feel like he is not willing to help me or provide a real solution. I asked for proof that the GMC loan was paid off, and I asked why I am still being charged by my old lender, but I have not received the help or urgency that this situation requires. This is not a small mistake. This is not just an inconvenience. I am being charged $1,559 per month for a truck that I no longer own because I traded it in to this dealership. The dealership took my trade-in, sold me another vehicle, and now I am the one stuck dealing with the bank, extra payments, stress, and the possibility of damage to my credit. I need the dealership to immediately provide written proof that the GMC loan was paid off, including the payoff amount, date sent, check number or wire confirmation, and confirmation from my lender that the lien has been satisfied. I also expect to be reimbursed for every payment I was charged after the trade-in, including the $1,559 monthly payment, plus any fees, interest, credit damage, or financial losses caused by this delay. Customers should not have to chase a dealership for basic responsibilities after a trade-in. A dealer should not take a customer's trade-in and leave them paying for a vehicle they no longer have. I trusted this dealership to handle the payoff properly, and now I am paying the price for their failure to resolve it. I strongly recommend that anyone doing a trade-in here verify directly with their old lender that the vehicle was actually paid off. Do not assume the dealership handled it just because they say they will. In my case, two months later, I am still being charged $1,559 per month for my old GMC, and the salesperson I contacted, Ezequiel Garcia Rivera, has not provided the help or answers I need.

I found Chris @ Legend Auto Sales through TikTok and noticed he had a lot of testimonials from customers who were able to purchase phenomenal vehicles with him, even without the best credit. Chris and I began my appointment @ 9am Saturday morning and by Saturday afternoon, I left Legend with a BMW I absolutely love!! I'm very grateful Chris was incredibly patient throughout the entire process! I'll admit ... there were a few moments where I got frustrated trying to understand some of the paperwork, and I jokingly called him a " scammer " a few times while I was confused. Smh! Chris stayed calm, professional, and continued explaining everything without showing any annoyance. He had perfect customer service even when the customer (me) wasn't perfect, lol. I also want to give a lil s/o to David in finance! He ended up working the numbers so that my monthly payment was about $100 less than what I originally expected, which was a very pleasant surprise. He also explained everything clearly thoroughly and made my convoluted financing process easy to understand. Overall, everyone at the dealership was very down-to-earth and genuine. I didn't get any shady vibes at all, which means a lot when buying a car... lol. Disorganized and Unprofessional Experience: Wow, where do I begin? First off, the price of the car listed online was $24,500, but when I showed up in person, it mysteriously jumped to $26,999 with no clear explanation. I suspect they applied a state rebate without disclosing it but who really knows? The salesperson named Carlos had me walking the lot for nearly 10 minutes looking for the car because he couldn't find it and later took my keys and initiated a trade-in process without my full consent. I was there for over an hour, and 30 minutes before closing, Carlos returned my keys, saying the banks were taking too long. The next day (at 7pm keep in mind) I received texts and calls saying I was approved for zero down with the trade-in. But my gut feeling was off so I ignored him. On Wednesday Carlos and the assistant kept calling and texting me telling me that I was approved. The assistant made me feel better about the situation and was acting as a liaison. Carlos told me I was approved with Zero down and the Trade. He said to head over and to ask for Fernando, so I sent my ETA and I drove 40 minutes back to the dealership, only to find that no one named "Fernando" was there. I waited for 30 minutes without anybody approaching me, I had to chase down employees for help several times, and was finally informed that my approval was still in process. When I followed up the next day I was told that the salesperson had made a mistake, and I would need a co-signer. The amount of disorganization, lack of communication, and unprofessionalism was frustrating and a complete waste of my time and gas money. I had a terrible experience at this dealership and felt that I had to warn others. I suggest others avoid this dealership if they truly value their time and a straightforward car-buying experience!

Was looking for a luxury sedan and there is a killer inventory. I had been a few places that I literally walked around aimlessly for 30-45 mins before I had to ask to be helped out by a rep and at Legend Paco literally met me at my car driving up and asked about my needs. Ever since my last review of this place, their office manager had reached out to me multiple times to apologize for my experience, also offered to make things right with complementary car wash & vacuum or anything else we would like. I have politely declined their offers because my parents do get all those services from their current dealership where they ended up buying their SUV. Yesterday, their Sales Manager (the person who talked to us and offended us that day) had reached out to me through messaging to expressed his deeply regret about how he treated us. While there is nothing could be done to undo what already happened, it is important to note that their staff (office manager, the sale man we worked with, and the first manager who spoke to us that day) did a phenomenal job at showing great professionalism and good customer service. Therefore I have updated my review to their dealership to 3 stars. I do appreciate their effort of reaching out to me and tried to make things right. read more

We bought a car for our soon to be 16 year old daughter this week. These guys were amazing!!! We told them our price range and after test driving a few that we liked we really just didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on a car for her. They went and got a car that had just been traded in and it was perfect!! And the perfect price! They cleaned it up and had it looking shiny new for her! I've had a chance to visit many "used car" lots that felt flaky and sales people were rude. This dealership truly feels different !!! I have previously bought a vehicle from them. Overall was satisfied. So I came back as a return customer and again wasn't disappointed. Sales manager Arturo promised to take care of me from get go and did exactly that. Salesman MJ is definitely the guy to look for when you arrive. He was straight forward. Didn't beat around the bush and actually delivered way more than he originally promised. The worst place to buy a car is from legend auto sales. This guy sells me an 89 Acura legend for a great price that's when i should of caught on. The business is a fake a dam joke perhaps. My car start have bad lifter problem in the engine, alternator blew, brakes down to the metal, tampons in the trunk, sticky a#% residue on the dash, bad tune up, blown speakers, old tape cassette still in. they told me that they can work it out and fix everything. I put $975 in the car and boom at night there goes my tranny. the car lasted me 5 months. Thanks legend auto sales for being one of the lemon sellers in burien WA. Please! go some where else i promise you'll get better results. honestly They should refund everyone's cash back read more

I bought a suv & my husband bought a truck in oct 2015. Ask for Abraham or Gladis. Very nice with no pressure. They gave us more for our trade in then Kelley blue said. Added up grades to our vehicles with no extra cost & we're even nice enough to drive my husbands truck to our house 2 hrs away. It was definitely worth the drive since we live in Skagit county. My name is Richard and I recently bought a car from Burien Nissan. I signed contract papers, traded in a vehicle, and gave them a large down payment. Four days later I was told I had to return the car as they couldn't find a bank to approve a loan. After I returned the car I went straight to Legend Auto Sales, as it was on the way and they had a vehicle I always wanted. When I arrived I was approached by Abraham Valdez. I told him the story about Burien Nissan and he told me he could get me approved in ten minutes. I told him I heard that line from many dealerships, and that I didn't want my credit ran through several banks again. He then told me to let him just try one bank, which I agreed to. Ten minutes and one bank later he got me approved, as promised. What's amazing is that he even lowered the cost of the car by several thousand just to get approval. I put $1500 down and got a 7.99% APR, and all of this with a low credit score!! The car I left in: a 2017 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport 400. Luxury and very fast! Thank you Abraham!! I recommend this dealership to anyone down on their luck looking for a vehicle they want, and if you go, ask for Abraham Valdez. read more

Recently purchased a 2014 Toyota Avalon from these guys and they were great! Paco was a man of his word and although there was a bit of confusion from my phone conversations that I had with various different representatives on site the day before, Paco stood his ground and made the numbers work as was discussed. There were a lot of moving parts but Paco was by my side the entire way through and was an advocate for me, the customer. That's not to say others were not...because at the end of the day everyone came to a resolution that worked for everyone. We saw positive reviews for Legend online before we visited but apparently didn't look far enough to get through the "noise". We were greeted by Abraham who wanted an experience that would cause us to come back to Legend for our next car. He was nice and helpful but moved on to the next customer as we proved more "difficult" to close on a deal. We had the first car (2007 Toyota Camry) inspected by our mechanic who found that it leaked most fluids and clearly hadn't been maintained. The interior had significant pet damage from the previous owner's dog. He said not to touch it. Legend sent the car to Burien Toyota "for evaluation" but never showed us their report. We told Legend that we didn't want this car so they brought out a much nicer Honda Accord that passed inspection with flying colors but was a lot more money than we wanted to spend. We made the mistake of going late in the day when we were NOT fresh and alert. Bottom line: we bought the Accord but got far more car than we wanted because we felt a lot of pressure to close the deal. This was NOT a happy experience for us. These guys are only interested in pushing ten cars a day out the door. Our credit is excellent and they probably knew we could afford ANYTHING on the lot. I don't know how people give them positive reviews. We certainly will NOT be giving them another "opportunity" to get our money, we suggest YOU don't either. read more

Went to legends not sure what to expect since most car sales are pushy and a waste of the day....HOWEVER very shocked and impressed with legends auto. Good selection of used cars, helpful and friendly sales peoeple. Not the normal pushy in your face type of sales either. My car sales man was Oz and he took his time with me. I was so unsure of what I wanted and went back and forth. He stuck to my price range and never once tried to get me in a car that was out of my price range. I've worked at five star properties in the past and Brett provided five star service from first contact to picking us up from the airport (they paid for our plane tickets and flew us out), to providing us waters and painkillers and taking his time explaining how to use the car (I bought my first Tesla, so i had a lot of questions). I did a brief search on my phone for a Mercedes shop and found Finesse. A quick call later and I had new lug nuts ordered. They told me I could come down anytime and they would put the new lug nuts on for me at no charge, which meant I could make the tires appointment any time. I can tell you this was a new experience for me - in the past I generally felt at the mercy of the shop and the particular folks who were working that day. At finesse I felt like I was in good hands. Their relaxed atmosphere, the amazing customer lounge with snacks and coffee - very welcoming. The communication was clear and helpful throughout. I will be taking my car to Finesse in the future, that is for certain. Had I known about Finesse, I could have called them first for the tires themselves and saved myself the trouble. I purchased a Kia EV6 from here. After the purchase, no matter how many emails you write, they don't respond. You try to call, they will say they are busy. Washington state has a sales tax exemption act when buying used EVs under $30k. And the tax exemption process has to be initiated from dealers. My purchase is eligible for this tax exemption (I checked with DOL/DMV. They looked at this VIN in their system and told me that the dealer is supposed to refund the sales tax). I called and called and called the dealership. And they told me "we don't deal with that. You have to deal with it by yourself." which is different from what DOL and DOR told me. I checked online and Department of Revenue ALSO states clearly that dealers have to be the one who initiate this refund (attached images in this review). I know this not only because I asked DOL and did my homework, but also because I purchased another EV in WA before and I got the WA sales tax refund from another dealership. The process was directly from the dealership. Unlike what this location told me. Furthermore, the sales staff Kyle Gaylor lacks training even to their own company's policy on EV sales. I asked "what does your Hertz 12-month warranty covers on EV" and he said "well you know what, our 12-month warranty only covers mechanical breakdowns. EVs don't have engine nor mechanical components, so if you didn't buy our additional warranty package, your vehicle isn't covered by our included 12-month warranty". It was a shocking response. I then checked Hertz Car Sales company website and it clearly states "Hertz also covers EVs with their 12-month warranty. Not only covers the battery but also the motor and related components. WHAT? YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOUR COMPANY DOES and you are a sales? They are just NOT PREPARED and NOT EDUCATED to sell EVs. Perhaps because no EVs were under 30K for a long time so they just didn't care. But now with a lot of used EVs priced under $30K, PLUS that Hertz's new CEO strategy on dumping EVs, you can't just ignore all this and pretend you are selling traditional ICE cars like before. I am a local reviewer, and I cannot recommend buying cars from this business.

I have some relatives in town who have done business with him before so I trusted him to give me a good price. It's important to note that they are used tires and he has to sell them as used tires. So I definitely didn't get rich off them, but I don't have a big garage and frankly I was glad to get rid of them. While I was there, at least a few people pulled up for service, so it looks like they stay pretty busy . I would say my experience with Marty's tires was great. Plus, I feel good supporting a local business.

They found a nail in the old tire and offered to fix the old tire instead of giving me a good used one. I agreed. He charged me $40 drilled a hole put a plug in the hole and put the tire back on the vehicle. 10 days later my wife is driving at night and her tire goes from 40psi to 4psi in seconds. The tire was completely flat while she was on the arterial. When I called to tell them what happened they basically said it was her fault and they would now sell me a used tire for $120!!!

I would give this place zero stars if I could, I've spoken to some pretty small independently own car dealerships before and they were pretty bad, but this place takes the cake. It was the worse of the worse, bottom of the barrel place, the epitome of disgusting. My boyfriend and I went here to browse and then he got salesmen who would blatantly lie to your face and run away the second they get their bs called out on it. The financial manager/sales manager or whatever he is came out and offered my boyfriend a job! Guess that's what happens when you can talk about cars and negotiate better than your sales staff. We went against our better judgement and decided not to judge everyone by the bad experience of the first time, the second time we came, we asked about a car that piqued our interest, the same guy who offered my boyfriend a job, Miguel told us that the price of the car is as is and nonnegotiable before we even had a look at the car. We walked out, decided this is not where we want to give our business.Later that week, on Saturday, a salesman called and apologized for the finance manager/sales manager's behavior and said we did not have to deal with him at all, fine, if we didn't have to deal with Miguel all the better. My boyfriend sat down and worked a deal he was comfortable with, all to have it go to waste. Fine, car deals don't work out all the time, but what we don't appreciate is being harassed by this Miguel, he came out to us, said no deal, we start to walk away when he continues to try to talk to us,my boyfriend told him in a polite, firmly way to not speak to us he continues to try to talk to us and follows us outside as we leave to tell us to not waste his time or come back. Last time I check, that is not how you treat a customer who is willing to put money into your paycheck, especially after one of the sale an called and asked us to come in. I guess he was still upset about the turn down of the job offer he extended. You would think that a dealership would want to hold the reputation of their establishment high, not this one. My boyfriend and I came here to buy a car, and only if they knew how to actually run a business, that would have been a for sure sale. But that was a blessing in disguise, we found a better car, at a better price at a place that actually knows what professionalism is. Avoid this place at all cost, especially one who is named Miguel. There are plenty of dealerships who actually value their customers and their business. If you feel like getting disrespected, lied AND having your time and money wasted, this the the place to be! The absolute worse. To say that Legend Auto Sales fits the typical stereotype of sleazy, low down, tell you anything to make a sale car dealership, would be a HUGE understatement! My wife and I bought a Lincoln Navigator a few days ago. When we first went to go check it out, they had it in the paint booth painting the front bumper, because "everything else on this is perfect". We were able to see A LITTLE bit of it by lifting up the plastic they had covering the Navigator. By my own admission, our decision to go ahead and start the purchasing process was a mistake. We should have waited until the next day so we could see the whole car, BUT, they were so adamant about the car being "perfect". We bought the Navigator and picked it up the following day after they had it fully "detailed". I'm not sure who detailed it, but they should be fired. My pit bull could detail a car better. AND, we find out that it's missing the front emblem, the running boards don't work, there's a nail in the front tire, the interior is far from "perfect" with the chrome on the handles peeling off and a decent size scratch going down the passenger side. My wife flipped and talked to one of the sales managers, MJ. He promised to take care of the emblem and the side steps, but we'd need to bring it back in a couple days. My wife and I both took the day off and brought our Lincoln down on the day they wanted it. They had someone look at the running boards and told us that they weren't going to fix them, BUT, they'll still fix the emblem (that wasn't there, yet we were promised it would be). My wife was furious once again and wanted to talk to MJ to see why they weren't keeping their woed. THAT COWARD SAT IN HIS OFFICE REFUSING TO COME TALK TO HER!!! To whomever is reading this: I've never written a review about ANYTHING, good or bad. I'm merely trying to save you from the bullshit we had to deal with. If they're going to lie to us about the above, what WON'T they lie about?? There's too many dealerships out there for anyone to have to deal with scum like this. And MJ I hope you are reading this too. I want you to know that I've never seen a bigger sissy boy. Mr I have to hide in my office because I'm too cowardly to face the people I lied to. read more

Had a very positive experience working with Ray Rimbey the sales person. He wasn't pushy, didn't try to sell me anything I wasn't interested in. Just very helpful with the process to buy the car I wanted, and work within my budget. He worked with me to write up an offer, and when he said he'd take it to the manager and it would "just take it a few minutes" I shuddered... But Ray was true to his word, came back very quickly with some adjustments from the manager. Not what I wanted, but again Ray was very helpful in suggesting some changes that might make my offer more acceptable to the manager. We went back and forth a little bit with the manager, I felt that Ray was honestly trying to help me make this work for me, like he was 'on my side'. The sales manager Miguel Heredia came out to talk to me directly, he was all business but very direct and straightforward without wasting time with BS, which I appreciated. They wanted me to buy the car, but I had to stay within a strict budget, and they were very polite and professional and worked with me to be able to buy this car for my daughter. Ray in sales and Miguel the sales manager were really great to work with. Then went to the finance dept, I was in a hurry and worried about the time... but Jordon Fletcher the 'finance guy' was so organized and clear as he went through all the paperwork, it went really quickly. These guys sell a lot of cars. Their process is really dialed in. They don't want to waste their time or yours, they want you to find the car you want at a good price, and they make it an easy and relatively fast process. I'm happy with my car and with the way I was treated, and the entire process. I wrote these guys full names out because I asked for their business cards, not because I know them. But I do now recommend them, they were great to work with. read more

Just purchased a used vehicle from this place. The customer service was beyond terrible. We even took precautions and Started with getting a base line on numbers over the phone before driving a hr and a half. Rite away they begin Switching salesman on us. On the Test drive the guy hoped in a ride with us which was odd. Got to the desk to discuss numbers and it was near double what we spoke about before driving out. Sneaking in extra stuff we didn't ask for and adding up charges for all oem vehicle options and anything past owners have done maintenance wise , After about 3 hrs, 3 salesmen, a manger,and a good 8-10 back and forth on numbers we got somewhere close. (An odd part is they all say the same thing in the same order as to be reading from a script.)Then to the finance office to wrap things up. The financial guy gives a price on a warranty package. Once agreed. He Printed all the papers to sign. Then he Doubled the warranty package, disbursing each part of the warranty package into there own cost. I removed it and had him reprint. This was a horrible experience for my wife and my 6 yr old daughter. It is a Very shady business and they have a really bad business model. I wanted a low mileage SUV that I could tow behind my motorhome. I was looking for certain criteria and I found my search difficult. Legend Auto Sales had the vehicle I was looking for and then it became a matter of price. I had to negotiate over the phone because Burien is about 60 miles away from Bremerton and there was 4-5 inches of snow on the ground and I didn't want to go if the numbers didn't work. After traveling for two hours in scary conditions, I arrived and test drove the car with my salesman, Ray. I accepted the vehicle not only because of the price and it was exactly what I was looking for, but that it came with a warrantee as well. I had nothing to lose! Ray then said he would help me drive the vehicle back to Bremerton along with his coworker Angel. This took another hair raising two hours of difficult driving but all three vehicles arrived safely in Bremerton with out incident. I offered to give them a tip for going above and beyond the call of duty and Ray declined and said if I put out a good word for Legend Auto Sales, that it would be tip enough. Mikey Croger is basically one of the best sales men I know, putting aside our friendship prior to me coming to Legend Auto Sales; Mikey has always listened to what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. He's very proficient and his knowledge on the data base means that he stays up to date with their inventory. I came in and wanted a luxury car but it was out of my budget so he offered me an alternative and I love my Chevy Malibu LT. It was a cheaper car but it has everything that I was looking for. A breath of fresh air from when I arrived at the dealership to when I left with the car I've been meticulously searching for. I've looked at a lot of dealerships with average reviews, and I can say that a lot of the poor reviews on here come from people that are bitter about either the value of their trade-in or if they aren't able to get financed due to their poor credit history, which in no way should reflect on the quality of this dealership. So take it with a grain of salt, and stop by to see for yourself. I was treated with the upmost respect and never once felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on me. Everything was very well explained with thorough detail and knowledge. Our sales person MJ was very pleasant to work with and honest. They even offered pick us up and to deliver the car back home during Seattle's "Snowmageddon!" I'd highly recommend checking these guys out and not wasting your time with other dealerships. I first came to Legend about 6 months ago and purchased a 2012 Ford Focus. The sales man at the time preyed on my naivety and basically pushed me into a car that was nothing but problems the whole time I had it. I finally broke down and called legend auto sales expecting to have to argue with them about giving me some sort of compensation for this terrible car they sold me. Instead the sales manager Abraham told me to come in on Monday and he would see what he could do. Him and Kevin worked very hard to fix the mistake that the previous salesman had made and were able to trade me out of my car into a 2015 Toyota Carolla. The payments weren't exactly what I wanted, and it took a lot of negotiating but they gave me way more for my car than I was expecting and worked very hard to turn my opinion around about their business. Although my first experience with them was beyond terrible,I am thoroughly impressed with how they handled the situation. Legends Auto at Burien, WA was an amazing experience for my family and I. My girl bought her first car from them a month ago and the process was very easy and the numbers presented were right for us. The one person that really helped a lot was Roland. There was no pressure felt from him and being a fellow filipino he spoke my wife's dialect and made the experience for us so easy. We are originally from Hawaii and we prefer the welcoming vibe in making purchases like a car pleasant and not somekind of tug of war battle and Legends definitely delivered that to us. This is our 2nd time financing a vehicle here. I love the selection here! My husband & I didn't think we would be approved for anything that we liked or wanted due to our credit score. Over a year ago we got a SUV Nissan platinum and today we got a GMC Sierra. We are very specific and know what we want and don't. Thankful this dealership doesn't have any beaters or something you would be embarrassed to drive. I highly recommend that you ask for Nate who went above and beyond for us, negotiating and getting more for our trade in than what they 1st offered us. He didn't pressure us into a car that we didn't want, he listened to all of our concerns and answered every question I had. Not your typical salesman! I've been to a lot of dealerships and have been turned down or the car usually breaks down on me. (Never had a problem with the Armada I got over a year ago.) ABRAHAN!!! That's who you want to talk to... I'm not a yelp guy at all so for me to even be on here is telling. Abrahan helped put me in a truly good quality reliable vehicle. A very REAL person, not your average car salesman. He was honest, fast, extremely helpful and accommodating. After I left the dealer on the way home (just my luck) I got a flat tire!! I called Abrahan and he was physically there within 15 minutes!!! WHO DOES THAT?? He even went to the local Fred Meyer to buy me the Allen wrenches I needed to take off the cover to get to the lug nuts with his own money!!! And then to top it off he helped me change the tire and asked me to call him when I got home to ensure I made it safely, he took the flat with him and had it repaired the very next morning for me to pick up. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. I went down there in March to sniff around a little and see what they had out on the lot.. They had a great selection and a variety of cars n trucks to choose from. I worked with Easy one of the sales reps... He was great.. Very thorough and honest. They were willing to bend on the price and make things fair. Took the car back a couple days later to get repairs done that was agreed upon as part of the sale. Mechanics fixed everything that was agreed upon which was impressive.. A few months later. MJ gave me a call to check in with me and make sure things were goin well. I mentioned that there was a couple things about the car that might have slipped the cracks during the sale and MJ immediately invited me back down to the dealership and everything was corrected on the spot. I don't usually do reviews, but this one is worth the time. I had been shopping for a new suv for a few weeks now and test drove a handful before making it to Legend Auto Sales. Although they had the suv we were looking for with the right color combination, the sticker price was higher then the competition. After we test drove we wanted to buy it and the negotiations began. Everyone involved in the sale was great, very friendly and profesional, but the sales manager was ultimately who convinced us that this was the right car for us, he gave us a really good deal on both our trade in and the suv we wanted. Over all a great experience and very happy customer. Every promise that was made has been kept and the entire staff has been very attentive of our needs. And for that I thank the staff at Legend. I would just like to thank this organization. They are so professional, courteous. My wife and I worked with a sales person named KC. I have never had such a positive experience purchasing a car. KC communicated perfectly with no pressure for the sale. We purchased a Tesla. If one knows about Tesla this is a car you would love to have but you need a knowledgeable sales person if you don't purchase for Tesla directly. Well KC should be a Tesla sales person (just kidding Ledgend Auto lol), his knowledge was on point and all of our questions were answered. Plus Ledgend Auto has many Tesla's for us to choose from. I've recently bought my 3rd car from here, and each time it has been a pleasant experience. When I feel it's time for something else , I see what they've got on their lot . Each time I've found the car I've been searching for, and each time the car sold itself. No pressure from the sales staff and an easy, seamless, process with the financing. Each time I got really good percentages, and the cars have been awesome to me. Obviously the cars are used and not new so there were things to work on , but their service department is there to help. Loved my previous cars, and love my current Jeep that I've got. I will definitely be back when ready to buy something new! Ask for James in sales, a really outgoing and friendly guy that definitely knows what he's doing without the aggressive sales person vibe. Keep it up guys. read more

I just purchased a 2011 Ram 1500 a couple days ago and couldn't be more happy with the whole experience. John was my salesperson and was very professional all the way from phone to delivery. The Mgt staff was professional and very good at what they do. I read a lot of reviews for this business and don't quite understand sometimes what people are expecting from a used car. But I do have some advice for the people wining about trivial crap , if you want a car thats new , THEN STEP UP TO THE PLATE AND BUY ONE!!!! But my guess is that you'll find that even though they're new it doesn't mean that they're perfect either. My guess is you had problems with the last car you had and the one before that too!! Abraham is so awesome! A month ago, my neighbor referred me to him, that he can help me and will work hard to help me get into a car. We weren't able to find a car that'll fit my credit limit, but he reassured me that he will cont'd to keep his eyes out and will stay in touch! Today, 2/26/17, he texted me "Mani good morning I'm Abraham from legend auto sales hey bud how would you like to get a vehicle today?" My first impression was like, "Damn, this guy still cont'd to think about me and my situation, AMAZING!!" Long story short... I went in and drove away with a 2009 Honda Accord EX-L!
