I was buying two cars and this is the first time when it took maybe an hour from the time we came in to the time we left with two cars instead of hours from my past experience when buying just one car. My salesman Rich was never pushy (which usually makes me uncomfortable) and showed us only what we were looking for. Things went wery swiftly from the time we made our decision. my wife and i had a very satisfying experience. Ravi was the initial salesman that greeted us once we came on the lot. He was very helpful and polite as he was showing us cars on their lot. Being as it was one of ravis first days on the lot he was very attentive and there didn't feel as if there was any pressure. He really made us feel as if he wanted to put us into the car that we wanted. Once we looked at a few cars, we were then transferred to someone who claimed to be a sales manager. This is where they almost lost us. this gentleman epitomized a car salesman. He kept trying to put us int a car that we didn't want. Every time he ran the numbers and re-ran the numbers on a car that i was not interested in. after about 5 reworks and us getting up to leave 3 times, i think he may have realized that we would not buy from him and then they brought in another "closer". Enter Junior. He is about 6' 2" and is a soft spoken polite man. He really made us feel as if he wanted to develop a relationship with us and truly earn our trust and business. He was the smart one and truly asked and heard what we wanted. After about 15 to 20 minutes talking with junior he showed us a car that was in our range and was about 90% of what we were looking for. After a little more negotiating with junior and i believe his manager we were able to come to a fair compromise on both our parts and we ended up purchasing a vehicle with them. There were a few bumps in the road along the way but overall it was probably the best car buying experiences that i have had. At the end of the day my wife and i both felt as if we were heard and that the dealership as a whole truly wanted to earn our business and referrals. Out of the 5 people we had interactions with at the dealership. there was only one person that i felt didn't care about us and only looked at us as a dollar sign. I would give this company zero stars if possible. I have been to multiple car dealerships in my life and NOTHING has compared to my experience as this so called "dealership." My boyfriend and I found a car that we were interested. He made the initial call to see if the car was there, and it was! This was Monday night around 6 o'clock. I then called to ask some additional questions and to see if I would be able to take a look at the car the next morning. This was around 6:30 pm the same night. Both of us talked to a man named James. On Wednesday, the next day, I called around 9 am to let James know that I was on my way. I had to drive from Bellevue so I wanted to make sure that the car was there. He said that he was not in yet so he was going to talk to someone else there to let them know I was going to be on my way. He called back about 5 minutes later to let me know that I needed to talk to a man named Rich to get the car I was interested in. So, my grandmother drove me down there, since I was going to take it for the day so my boyfriend could look at it after work. We get there and I step inside and a man named Rich introduced himself, and I let him know he was the one I was looking for. He then sits my grandma and I down and simply told me that the car was actually sold THE NIGHT BEFORE!!! I was completely shocked - between my boyfriend and I we talked to this company FOUR SEPARATE TIMES before I drove down there to make sure that the car was there. Completely and utterly shocked that a company follows such illegal practices to sell a car. And then has the audacity so see what other cars I may be interested in. I let him know that I was interested in none of the cars on his lot and left. Such a waste of time and am happy I did not purchase a car from a company that follows illegal practices. Just a bought 2006 Lexus GS 300 from these guys. Literally less than week after picking up the car the headlights start flickering. Few days later the car was totally dead with a bad alternator and a dead battery. My sales guy Ruben said they would handle any issues if they were within a short period of buying. When I called about the issue I was told by Miguel I would get a call back on how they would help with the issue. 2 days laters not one call. Called left messages and all. Now I will be reporting these guys to the better business bureau unless they want to cover my 600 repair bill. These guys were quick to take my 4500 bucks cash for a down but couldn't even call me back to talk about the issue. read more

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE, I have had the worst experience buying my car from here. Most of the staff I have encountered are nice, easy going people. I agreed to buy a truck under some conditions to be fixed, and the sales guy told me it would only take a couple hours to fix (I'm a mechanic myself and grew up around them). Told me parts were on order and to wait for a call... a couple weeks go by and when I finally do get a hold of somebody in the service dept, they tell me 4-5 days without my vehicle... finance dept screwed up my loan. Have to waste my time and gas to go fix their problems. All in all, a big waste of time. Take your money else where. read more

I purchased my very first vehicle with a loan from here in 2011. The saleman knew i was young and dumb so he took advantage of me. I was new to the state of Washington because i had just been stationed in everett. I found a car i liked, had no idea where Burien was so i emailed requesting more info on the car. The car was a 2001 Acura Integra that i bought from this dealership. The car seemed to be in great shape for a 20 year old car and it was what i wanted. At the time i wasnt to aware of credit but as i got some knowledge i went back and reviewed all the paperwork and realized i had been screwed by this place. The credit check paperwork they gave me themselves said i had a 793 credit score. I ended up leaving the with the car i wanted but with a 24.99% apr. By then it was too late to do anything so i was stuck with this really expensive car that wasnt worth what they had sold it to me for and the interest rate was ridiculous. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE WAS GOING TO LEGEND AUTO SALES. When i finally paid the car off they called to offer me "great deals" on another car. My sales guys (***** and *****) were nice enough guys and I feel like a got a good deal. However, when I flew in to purchase the car I realized the sleaziness of this establishment. Even though I had signed paperwork stating the deal that the salesman and I had struck the finance manager said "I don't care what you signed, this is how much we are charging you." When I told him that is not how it should work he stormed out of the room and said the deal was off. They don't seem to deal honestly and as soon as I walked off the lot any communication with them to try to get copies of paperwork needed for registration went unanswered. Communication there is terrible, and customer service after the purchase is non-existing. They basically made a mistake with our down payment and overcharged my account... twice. It has taken us two weeks to get it fixed, and even then, I had to keep calling back or go there to get them to fix the mistake. I'm giving them one star because of the manager, MJ or JB or Jr or something. There are multiple people who work there and claim to be the manager. They aren't. He's a nice guy. I bought my car last February and have had nothing but trouble ever since I bought it. They sat down with me, knowing my situation, I'm a single mom of 4, that I had to have a reliable car, lied to my face and sold me a lemon. My tires have had to be replaced 3 times in 6 months. My tie rod broke. My lifetime brakes weren't actually lifetime. Had to replace those. My transmission is going out. Oh and my head lights went out right after I bought it, 100$ each. I've complained numerous times. Asked them to give me another car or fix it. Nothing. All I got was a free oil change. Their mechanics were so bad that they didn't even put coolant back into my car. I will NEVER go to them again and I would warn anyone not to go there unless they have enough money for the sales people to actually care about you. read more

I bought my first car back in May with MJ. At the end of June I moved to Las Vegas and in the beginning of August my car broke down on me and the transmission is gone. I contacted MJ seeing if there was anything he could do to help, because on the day I brought the car I was told it was too old to get a warranty. He said he will see what he could do and i gave him time. The next day he said he wanted to help and he begin to search for one and said he would have it shipped to my house and that I just needed someone to install it, which I already had someone who could. Then he began to ignore and not return any of my texts or calls, so I let my dad try and contact him and he ended up having a few conversations about the situation and MJ told him he had no way of shipping it, so my dad suggested if I found a price for the item and installation, could they do that and he told my dad he will talk with the owners. The next day went by and my dad received a call saying there was nothing they could do to help. So, this process lasted a month of my car sitting in the garage waiting on someone who said they would help me and in the end waste my time and not stick by their word. I'm very frustrated because I trusted MJ. This is not how a customer should be treated. read more

We had the best car buying experience at Legend Auto Sales. John Hadley was our sales associates and Jordan was the financial guy. My boyfriend recently had his leg amputated from being in the service, he is in a wheelchair. We went down 1st Ave. Looking at different cars from several other dealerships. We were not treated very well by those who "helped" us and completely ignored by everyone else. We saw Legend up the street and decided we would try one more place before resigning to another day without a car. As we got to the wheelchair accessible ramp every employee was out there to make sure we got in ok. Even the owner Hector greeted us at the door. Once we got into the building rather than having us search around the lot, we were able to see all the inventory from inside...out of the rain, once we found the car we liked they brought the exact car we needed for our new situation! After we made our decision it was time for paperwork, even that was easy. They worked very hard to get us in that car with a great rate and it took less than an hour before we were on our way home. Today we got a call that they found an even better rate saving us 6k. We just got back from signing the new documents and wanted to share our great experience. I originally came in to refinance my 370Z and purchase a second vehicle for my new wife. John was more than happy to help me with this request. As soon as I got to finance I met William, who explained to me that there was no need to refinance the 370Z as I only had five payments left on it. I would have happily continued with the same deal I had walked in intending to make, but was very grateful that William explained that it didn't make sense to me financially. I just purchased a vehicle from Legend Auto Sales that I found on the Cars.com website. I was initially leery from some of the negative reviews but ended up having a great experience. I primarily dealt with Sam and he was great to work with. He facilitated getting some snow tires put on the vehicle prior to my arrival and even offered to pick me up at the airport. There was no attempt to change the negotiated price after I got there (other than the extended warrantee sales pitch). I took the vehicle for a test drive once I got there and found everything to be as promised. The final transactions went smooth with total time at the dealership being just over an hour. Saw an ad for an f250 super duty so went in to check it out. Was approached by a nice salesman that had plenty of knowledge about the truck. Decided to buy the truck and was super happy with our purchase. Took the truck home and on second day the truck wont start. Had it towed back to Legend and they said they would take care of it. 2 weeks later they found the problem but diesel expert wanted $2800 to fix. Legend told me I would have to pay for it myself? Went back same day and raised hell!! At this point lost all trust and respect for this place. I'm only gonna mention one name from this place because he saved the honor and respect of this dealership. If it wasnt for manager Abraham I wouldve made sure this place would be known. I was screaming and yelling as my blood was boiling and all he did was listened. Abraham went ahead and took care of everything and was all hands on. They are nice to you, till you are out the door, then they could care less. The first time I took it in to fix the issues they agreed to fix, they had my car over 24 hours and only f is half the agreed issues. Then spent a month and a half calling and them keep asking is it in the paper work? Which it was and I said that. Finally they agreed to have it in to look at, asking me when did it come on! Like I explained to them, they never fixed it in the first place. So they said give them an hour to see what's up. 2 hours later they said they needed to order a part. Scheduled a time and was told 1 and a half hours to fix. After waiting 6 plus hours (complained a few times and told they are almost done) they said they could not fix and sent me to dodge, who fixed it promptly. Called legend to complain about the mess and the two days I had to take off and all the calls and so on, just for the manager to tell me I'm wasting his time and could be bill me for that time. At that point he him upon me. I would never go there again for any reason, even if my life deepened on it. Wish I could leave no stars, as I have never been treated so badly at a dealer. read more

We were given plenty of time to look the car over, test drive it and discuss any concerns. They agreed to put new tires on the Explorer. The price and mileage was right where I wanted so I purchased the vehicle. When I went to pick up the vehicle they had gone the extra mile to repair a small dent and buff out one or two scratches the vehicle had. I have just filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office about this business because they are cheats and liars. My ex husband took a vehicle that had both of our names on it and attempted to trade it in for a Charger. The sales rep Reuben (piece of shit) had been texting me for dam near a week trying to get me to sign and consent to trading in the Durango that I was trying to get back for my kids. Because of the fact that I was trying to get the car back since it would better suit me and my 4 kids, I told Reuben through text messages that I WOULD NOT SIGN PAPERS BECAUSE I WAS TRYING TO GET THAT CAR BACK!!! It seems however that once I called my finance company Reliable Credit, they confirmed that somehow the dealership got the trade in approved even though I did not sign any paperwork. SMFH!! I am going to get to the bottom because it is not okay to play with peoples lives and forge signatures and shit just because YOUR DUMB ASS WANNA MAKE COMMISSION!!!! To the reader, do not risk your money on a company that is fake like this. Not only that, the way I was spoken too over text messages by that punk ass Reuben was un called for. He didn't understand why I needed that vehicle bad so bad, and yet he still went behind closed doors and did this shit. All I know is I included all the names of the people I dealt with at that fucking dealership in my report to the Attorney General's office and I'm not going to rest til I have that company in the MF BIN!!! I purchased a 2010 Focus from this dealer in February 2015. This was my first car purchase and I made the mistake of going by myself. My original salesman Rick didn't seem to know much about the vehicle but was acting like he did. There was a ticking noise in the engine which I had brought up and he said was nothing. I ended up getting the car and it only had 30,000 miles and I was pretty happy with the purchase. They let me bring the car in to fix the ticking in the engine which they did and it's been good for at least 5 months. The car has started the noise again. I also just noticed my tires are almost completely bald on the inside of the front tires. The outside tread is fine so I didn't think anything of it. I understand and take responsibility for not getting the tires checked or really inspecting them. I attempted to call the dealership and explained the problems to Rick. He said he would speak to a manager or someone and call me back. I have not received one phone call from them. I just want to warn the next person who buys a car from this dealer to inspect everything and trust nothing of what they say. I feel lucky I noticed before my tire blew out. I moved to Wenatchee and have to drive some pretty dangerous roads and my tires could have blew out on one of those. I know that these people just want to sell these cars but it saddens me that someone can lie and have no concern in there job for other people. I wish I would have checked Yelp before I went there. read more

I recently bought a 2010 Subaru Outback with 150,000 miles here, from Joel and Miguel. They were great to deal with! They worked with me to lower the price to an acceptable amount and gave me options. I have never purchased a car before. I have to say, the previous dealerships I had visited in the prior few weeks had me ripping out my hair. The folks at Legend Auto Sales were friendly, low pressure, helpful, and considerate. My credit was poor and they still helped me finance. However, because of my low income I was not able to purchase a warranty - I just couldn't afford the addition to the payments. A few weeks after I purchased the car I was driving and was almost clipped by a car making a right turn at an intersection. I was jolted because the whole reason I had to buy a new car was because I was in an accident. I accelerated from a complete stop, quickly around the corner, and came to an abrupt stop at the next light... When my car died. I took it to my mechanic and he said the Torque Converter was bad and will need replacing. He scolded me for not buying the warranty, and he was right, I should have on any car with so many miles. When I called the Legend they not only returned my calls with promptness, they really did everything they could, and paid for a good chunk of the repair. They are there to sell cars, and they do their job nicely, but they also care and won't just leave you in the dust when something unpredictable happens. They didn't know the torque converter was bad. I went to my mechanic and had the car checked out, and HE didn't know the torque converter was bad. I found the problem through a random spot of road rage and Legend came through for me and helped me with my problem. They do good business and I LOVE MY CAR!! :) Thank You Legend!!! read more

I have been meaning to write this for a little while, we had a HORRIBLE experience here. We came in because the window says they finance everyone - well that is a lie. They don't. We came in looking for what they could do for us. We had a trade in but not a lot of cash on hand right that moment, and I have a very good job. They got us in the door, then I had to fill out paperwork, so I did - the sales guy said to me that he was not going to run my credit but that he was going to talk to a boss to see if they could work with us. He went into the back and actually RAN MY CREDIT after saying he wasn't going to. Needless to say - by the end of the visit - they said that they could not help us, but had already run my credit - leaving a new mark on it - we were very upset, I was in tears thinking that no one would be able to help us get a new vehicle, and the old one was on its last legs. I was in tears when we left - feeling defeated. Thankfully - on a whim - we went next door to Auto's Only and had a VERY different experience, and decided to buy from them instead - where they were nice and kind and willing to work with us. We will never come back to Legend, and we will NEVER recommend Legend to anyone. It was a horrifying experience for us - Never again. Autos Only helped us finance 18k. read more
