At El Siboney, everything tastes fresh and homemade, with generous portions and prices that are refreshingly reasonable for Key West. This visit, I ordered the whole fried yellow snapper, served with yuca, yellow rice, and beans. My dinner companion had the Siboney skirt steak, one of the restaurant's popular dishes, served with a choice of sides. Both meals were excellent.
