This is definitely my favorite food truck and Latin food in Key West. The food is always delicious! I have tried everything on the menu, my favorite is definitely their cheese burger. The pattie is over half pound, cooked at your liking and everything fresh in it! it's funny because I eat it with a side of rice and beans (gallopinto) and pico de gallo. It's so delicious!! Being a Latin food truck and my favorite being their burger you can imagine how good it must taste. Adan, the guy at the window is always very polite and friendly, I always leave with a smile. Many restaurants claim to have authentic Latin food, but what you really get is a cheesy Americanized version of Tex-mex food. Not at Leilas Latin Food. This is the real deal. True authentic, traditional Latin cuisine at a great price! Got a huge plate of carne asada (churasco) cooked to perfection with a side of rice, housemade hot sauce, salad, and gallopinto. The absolute best Latin food I have ever had paired with excellent customer service makes this one of my new favorites. The Carne Asada melts in your mouth and is superbly seasoned. Stopped by their truck when looking for something quick during a business trip. Their food was fantastic. Served quickly at a reasonable price. Won't hesitate to stop by their truck again, whether on a beach day or if I just want some great Latin food. Only downside is that it's a food truck so no place to sit. The staff are friendly and explained the menu very well. I cant remember what I got but, it was a soft shell taco and a fried roll, and they were exactly how he explained it. If its your first time like me, the staff will explain how to properly eat the food to optimize the experience. Also gave me a free water bottle since I was drenched! Very pleased! read more

I love this place! One of the best food trucks ive ever eaten at. The chicken burrito with mild sauce is my favorite. Trying Leila's is a must! I went there my first day in Key West and had to stop by every day for the remainder of my vacation because the food was amazing. I have never been to Nicaragua but I just may have to move there if the food is as good as Lelia's. The fried tacos are off the charts and my son enjoyed getting a coconut cracked for his first fresh coconut milk drink. I wish I could give a better review. read more
