Everyone raves about this place and I see why! The location is small but is very open with quite a few tables. Nicely decorated and always looks clean even on the busiest of days. Great location on The Blvd. Food portion is great but it is pricey for the Antelope Valley and that is why I have given the 4 stars. I do wish you could order sandwiches from the lunch menu for dinner since the menu selection is not that big. You order up front at the register and they bring the food to you by the number you are given to set on your table. Most of the time my drink is being filled unless they are extremely busy. Service is always GREAT and upbeat! The food is to die for. I am still in the process of trying other menu items but make sure you save room for dessert! They are too good! Found this cute place thru yelp when i visited the blvd for the first time to go to the library. Per yelps highlights, I got the greek salad wrap which was pretty tasty. It wasnt overdressed and i liked their concept. The wraps are huge so I was only able to eat half. Also ordered the minestrone soup which I thought was fantastic. There were yummy looking desserts too but I didn't have any room in my stomach after the wrap and the soup. Next time I'm going to try them. Everything seemed pretty fresh and the atmosphere is cute. First time coming here. The Pizza is phenomenal. I honestly was taken back by the level of quality of the salads and the burgers. I eat here once a week. If you can get passed overhearing what is usually some racist and insensitive old privileged sheltered white conversations from the golf course good ol boys. Wait staff were really friendly and competent. Our waiter was awesome. The Caprese Pizza was way good--tomato, fresh basil, garlic, mozzarella and feta cheese. The feta added a nice kick. The Cranberry Turkey Cobb was super yummy too. I loved the Gorgonzola & the smoked turkey! I wasn't too excited about the desserts we tried. I thought the lemon tart was ok, but my other half loved it. I got a cannoli, and I thought the cream was dissappointing. I got myself a Roasted Caprese Capellini - angel hair pasta with grilled chicken pieces, tomato sauce, garlic, basil, and feta cheese. Tasty food with just the right kick to it. My kids shared a Quattro Formaggi pizza which was pleasing to them and me. For desserts, we had a Walnut Tart and a Lemon Pizzelle. Both so delightful to the palate, and it's not too sweet. Highly recommended! Next time, I want to try the Grilled Salmon with the Spaghetti Nero. Which means, I have to revisit sometime soon. We will definitely come back here! read more

From the ceiling to the floor this place is very clean! Lemon Leaf Cafe is not like any other place that I have been to. Here you are welcome to sit wherever you please and are then greeted with the menu. The menu is very simple to read with wonderful options. Once you have chosen your meal, you then get up and place your order at the counter and will be given a number to indicate your order. In a few minutes your order is ready and fresh at the table! I ordered,the Berserko pizza and it had a wonderful pleasant taste. Our other dish was also filled with flavor being the Chicken Mushroom Fettucini. We recently held a retirement party of about 80 people around the pool at the Antelope Valley CC, with food, cocktails, and gorgeous decorations all provided by the Lemon Leaf. What a wonderful venue it was with plenty of room for guests to move about between food stations and tables. The market lighting reflecting upon the pool added to the summer vibe. We were able to bring in our own music/speakers and party our hearts out. The Mediterranean platters and various other delicious offerings were so fresh and beautifully presented. I have NEVER had bad service here, ever. They have gluten free and other dietary options. They used to have gluten free pizza but it wasn't a top seller so it's not on the menu anymore but you can get a lot of their regular dishes gluten free and their pastas can all be done gluten free. This is a nice place. The food is good and different from the other restaurants around. You order at the cashier first and then take a number and seat yourself. The service is interesting. They don't seem to be happy to be there at all. I've been there over a dozen times and while it's not the worst service, those young servers are just there, either out of obligation or for the paycheck. You'll rarely see one of them smile. It's a very interesting group. The food is pricey, but it's the price of eating fresh and different. I'm always impressed with the total amount due when I pay. I was in Lancaster for work and the Lemon Leaf Cafe is a cute restaurant on their main street. You order at the counter and the food was good for this little town. I got the chicken kabob plate and was definitely satisfied after a long day at work. We also got 3 desserts and that's where they really stand out. I have not been to the Lemon Leaf since it left Lancaster Blvd, we always enjoyed it when it was there. The new restaurant is in a small banquet room, not decorated and very depressing, but that's not the worse, we ordered and my parents ordered a strawberry shake, the waitress came back and said they were out of strawberries. The sandwiches we ordered were terrible our Italian sausage sandwich was cold inside and had no Italian salami which was stated on the menu, the waitress was very kind and we could not blame her for this terrible meal, I can say I have not had such a bad experience in many years read more
