Let down over all with this place. Besides the space being gorgeous. The staff is very blah and the spaces are full of extremely rude individuals with blaring phone speakers / children unaccompanied and wake ups at 8am for no reason. The whole vibe here could be way better. It will not be a place I return. Again the spaces are gorgeous yet not enough to justify dealing with subpar service and atmosphere

Great location. Clean hotel. Workout room with peloton bikes. Pool is a 'hot' pool which I totally enjoyed. Maybe 20 loungers around pool. Food and drink service at pool. As a Hilton honors member we got complimentary continental breakfast which wasn't the regular continental breakfast. We had a choice between overnight oats loaded with fruit and other goodness or yogurt with fresh fruit plus bread pastry options and coffee and juice. Was very good. Only complaint and really this is a Hilton complaint- why only Fred water in day one? I booked three nights I should get three days of water. Why am I getting the same amount of complimentary water as a person who booked one night? Make it make sense!

There are way better options in Miami Beach. The staff is really nice...if you speak Spanish. They are outwardly friendlier to their Spanish speaking guests & they don't even try to hide it. No one is helpful, no one smiles. The two women working the front desk were flat out rude. The man who checked us in was a little better but never smiled. Odd for people in a service industry. The pool is small. There's a bar at the pool area...if there's wait staff, they didn't bother to wait on us. Thursday night at 11pm & the music is BLASTING from the venue next door. I tried to call down to the front desk to see when the loud noise would end so we could get some sleep but guess what...our phone didnt work! We had to go to the drug store to get ear plugs. The good: hotel location & decor. That's it! I cannot believe I'm paying $400+ for this nonsense. I will never stay here again and absolutely *do not* recommend this hotel.

I think this hotel is a great value for what it offers. I stayed in the middle of the weeks so it wasn't as busy so we were able to take full advantage of the amenities. The front desk staff aren't that helpful but the doorman was phenomenal. The front desk wasn't really able to answer any question we had regarding my chase benefits or seemed to be bothered when asking about where things are located for the hotel. The private beach area is a nice perk so we didn't have to pack a umbrella and chairs for our trip. It was only a 5min walk from the hotel and you could be dropped off by golf cart if you asked. We were able to catch a ride to a bar nearby which was a nice way to beat the heat

I LOVE the decor of this hotel as it feels like you're really in luxury, tropical getaway! The service was wonderful as well. Fidel at the front desk and the entire team was very accommodating as it was large group for a friend's Bach Weekend. The best were comfortable and the double bedrooms were perfect and comfortable. I would definitely recommend if you're staying in South Beach.

The management! Customer Service. The pool area, which is more like a Jacuzzi surrounded by 1000 chairs.

Nice boutique hotel, a block from the beach. Nice rooms, small, but nice. Disappointed that although the room was clean, they definitely forgot to vacuum cuz there was hair everywhere. And, the sink didn't drain properly cuz I bet it was full of hair or something. A plus is the golf cart that can take you a mile from the hotel which is nice but it gets busy quick so you may be waiting a minute for it. So it's either wait, or walk it.

The cutest boutique hotel! Stayed in July and loved the location with it being right smack in the middle of everything and a short walk to the beach. We were greeted with a flute of Prosecco which was much appreciated. We booked the Pool King Room which was perfect for hanging around the pool and having the convenience of your room a few steps away. The room was a bit small however and severely lacked closet/drawer space. The aesthetics were gorgeous though. And the entire hotel smelled so nice and fresh. The staff were friendly and at night the hotel is rather quite. They do have a restaurant on site but kind of pricey. The hotel bar doesn't get much action either but they have a beautiful and spacious lobby to hangout in. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely go back!

Right on Collins Ave and formerly the old Peter Miller Hotel, I had a marvelous stay at Lennox Miami Beach for 4 days and 3 nights. Upon check-in, the colleague at the desk went above and beyond to provide us with an upgraded room and gave us a nice tour of the hotel. During our stay, we utilized the gym, which had not one, but two Peloton bikes, the pool and the bar by the pool. Everything was really incredible and the staff here is amazing. This will be my go to hotel from now on whenever I am in Miami. Listed below are a few things that would have made me give them a 5 star review. Cons: -No room service after 9pm -Restaurant closes at 9pm -There is no ice machine on the ground floor or by the rooms by the pool. -There's no ramp to assist with your luggage for the rooms on the ground floor by the pool so you have to pull it up/down the steps.

One of the best hotels I have ever been to! Everything is perfect - from the look of the hotel to their service! Newly renovated rooms with versatile details. Whoever was designer, he/she did his/her job great! I am in love with this hotel and would recommend it to everyone! The pool is definitely paradise on Earth! With warm water and happy hour for cocktails it just contribute to your even more pleasant stay.

This hotel is definitely not worth the money. cons: -Elevator was broken the first couple of days we were there and had to take the stairs -The shuttle they display on their website to drive you to the beach was never "working" -There is absolutely no room service after lunch aka you will not be able to order any food or drinks in the evening or night time. -The pool temperature is very warm as it is a "spa pool" -The spa is closed due to covid - The pool and bar closes at dusk -Staff is not totally service oriented -Ice machine was broken on our floor (level 2) pros: - Early check in with no additional charge (because the room was ready) - The staff is very kind, yet the con to this pro is that they are not service oriented -Aesthetically pleasing hotel, on the nicer end of the beach -Quiet -Very clean I called down to the front desk for some water bottles to be brought up to the room and they told me I had to come down to the front desk to get them and that they could not bring them up to me. When I walked down to the front desk, the two employees were on their personal cell phones yet could not walk the water bottles to my room... Overall, the hotel definitely has potential, but it just needs a lot of help. For the money I paid to stay there, I would have much rather paid a little bit more at a hotel that offered better amenities. One day we literally went to The Confidante Hotel to lay out by their pool, and it was a way better vibe than the Lennox. No hatred towards the Lennox, but they have to step their game up or lower their prices!

My gf and I stopped through here on our way out before boarding our flights later in the afternoon. If you're toting your luggage and not a hotel guest, you will have to find another hotel to store your luggage while enjoying this most decadent brunch experience. Luckily we arrived early enough to our reservations to sort that out. Reservations are a must if you don't want to wait. The restaurant is gorgeous with various spaces designed differently but keeps to the exotic Asian theme. Dining in the atrium near the water feature in the middle with stage for the musicians is where we had our experience. Olga was our server. She brought us our special beverages not available at the bar: Bloody Mary's and endless bubbly in our glasses The offerings here are more than I can name, but there is something to satisfy every craving. The favorite for me is the caviar bar. It comes with all the proper fixings on a blini with Crème fraîche. Do you need a vodka shot to go with? Yes, that's also available also at the caviar station. Fresh raw oysters, clams or shrimp cocktail is available in abundance with everything else here. The ceviche was great. I passed on all the various noodles but had to have some lamb curry and basmati rice- delicious! I had some Peking Duck and leg of lamb at the meat station. The filet mignon and lamb chops was ordered and brought to the table. The leg of lamb and filet were slightly dry but still good. The lamb chops with chimichurri sauce was amazing- nuances of vibrant flavors. Assorted fresh fruits were a colorful collection of enticements. I saw some papaya and enjoyed its fresh, sweet juiciness. I am not a dessert person but had to try the key like pie. Then of course, the matcha dessert is a sitting temptation next to the pie. So, my dessert spoils were more than intended. What the hell right? Lol That was the sweet ending to my Setai brunch. There was so much more such as bread, fried stuff, eggs, bagel station, toast etc. One can only eat so much. I stuck to enjoying my favorites. The experience is pricey but so worth it. It is truly the best brunch experience I've ever had. - better than Vegas and a cruise ship!! I always have to experience a Setai brunch whenever in Miami!

You Check-in then you get changed into the robe and walk across the lobby check-in area to the elevators. You are walking through the area with all the guests and their luggage in your super large robe that doesn't close very well. I did not enjoy this. Some disappointing things which was not their fault is the parking garage construction noise even on Sundays. The noise took away from my spa experience. They did nothing for the noise control. Also, the SPA requests you must arrive 30 minutes before your treatment time. I got my parking validated BUT we stayed for brunch who also validated our parking but we went over the 4 hours so we got no discount for parking and we were charged the full $35 fee plus tip for the valet. The valet staff was quite nasty telling me we were there too long for the discount BUT each one of those alone qualified for a discounted valet. You can not do both in the 4 hour window.

I stayed at this Marriott and generally had a good experience, but not quite a four-star one…read more The location is excellent, and the price was reasonable by luxury beachfront South of Fifth standards. The staff were generally friendly, and a few were especially helpful. They handled three packages I had shipped to the hotel efficiently, though there was a sizable per-package fee. Small touches like afternoon boozy gelato samples and a lobby change machine for breaking $20s into $5s were appreciated. Breakfast at Lolo's was decent. My Marriott status included breakfast for two, though the included menu was much shorter than the regular one and the portions were modest. Still, the food was cooked to order, tasted good, and the servers kindly let me order both breakfasts since I was traveling alone. I didn't try the Japanese restaurant on site, but I heard good things and enjoyed the neighborhood restaurants instead, especially La Grande Boucherie. I paid a substantial premium for an oceanfront double room, but I'm not sure I would do that again. The balcony and glass door were fairly small, and the balcony felt boxed in for privacy. Next time I might prefer a cheaper park-side room on a higher floor, which could still offer a nice park and ocean view. The biggest disappointment was the late checkout. My Marriott Platinum Elite status is supposed to include guaranteed 4 p.m. late checkout, but the hotel would not honor it. Each day I was told to check again later, and in the end they could only offer 1 p.m. That created real scheduling problems, since I had planned around the advertised benefit. With no good place in the hotel to work or take calls after checkout, I ended up going to the airport hours early. The status is supposed to provide a room upgrade, but that wasn't available either. A couple of other issues matched complaints I had seen in recent reviews. One elevator stopped for several minutes with a group of us inside and did not respond to the buttons, which was uncomfortable even though the door eventually opened. I also received a call inviting me downstairs for a "welcome gift," which turned out to be a Marriott Vacation Club sales pitch. That should be presented more honestly. Overall, this was a decent stay and I might return. But given the failure to honor the guaranteed 4 p.m. late checkout, I would compare other options carefully before booking again.

However since we paid tripple that price I have to be way more critical. The staff makes it extra special. They were all friendly and had the "I can do it for you attitude." Kudos to the staff. Our "up-graded" room facing half ocean/city was tiny, a tad worn, had a very nice view, and non impressive toiletrees. The worst part of our room was the side of the hotel we were on. Our room was on the industrial exhaust fans side and it was extremely noisy. Had to keep our balcony door closed to drown out the noise. The location of the hotel, as others mentioned is ideal. Now here is the scary part...we got stuck on the elevator two times. It wasn't a long time but enough to scare me especially since I am very claustrophobic. I ended up taking the stairs to the 9th floor the rest of our stay. They did fix the elevator but this happened to quite a few guests and they didn't shut the elevator. Our complimentary breakfast (free with my Marriott status) was not the best. Breakfast is served in the attached Mexican restaurant which is not owned by Marriott. It is not a buffet. Small menu with the basics. Food was fair. We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. The pool restaurant has the best hotdogs! And we also enjoyed the quinoa salad.

From quick bites to full-on fine dining, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Even the grab-and-go spots felt elevated. And if nightlife is your thing, you don't need to leave the property -- the energy here after dark is pure Miami. But if you're traveling with kids or just want a low-key night, the resort still feels comfortable and accessible. Fontainebleau nails that rare balance of iconic luxury and all-ages fun. It's bold, glamorous, and buzzing in all the right ways, yet still manages to be welcoming and easy to enjoy no matter who you're traveling with. A true Miami classic that continues to deliver. Enjoy

This is a tourist trap extraordinaire. It made me feel like I was paying to be in a place trying to extract from me, not serve me. And yes, I did complain twice to the front staff about these issues - to stony faces and lame excuses that were canned and code for "we don't care." The resort fee is $60/day (which is not made clear on Orbitz, where I booked it), yet when I went in February the pool and all outdoor facilities - which is what the resort fee pays for - closed at 6pm. We were told it closes at "sundown," even though they clearly have outdoor lights for the whole outside facility. Want to swim in the evening or night? Nope. All those pictures with the pool lit up? Not for you. And if you dare to be in the pool at 6:01, there were six staff for every one guest to tell you to get out. Seriously, we got warnings to get out at 10min to 6, 5min to 6, and at 6:00. Why every five minutes? Because a group of staff members were hovering over us, watching and waiting for the moment to kick us out. Very relaxing. You have to wear an armband everywhere you go. Staff are at every door as you go in or out - hotel to pool or pool to beach - monitoring you to produce it. Very relaxing. There is no coffee in the room, forcing you to travel across the whole huge facility (3 towers connected by long walks) to their coffee shop to pay $10 for a cup of coffee each morning. You could walk all the way back to your room, or - like me - you can try to drink it by the pool. But NO! You can't sit by the pool. Those seats and lounges require you to pay a fee, even in February when there was NO ONE there. If you don't want to pay, you can find a free lounge on the outer fringes. And if you try to sit without paying, there are staff to tell you to move immediately. Hovering, as usual. To get a lounge on the beach - in February, low season - we had to get in line to sign up for a chair and then get in a second line of 20-30 people and wait in the hot sun for an available, assigned chair and a staff person to take us there. Grab a chair and relax? Nope. It's a monitored system. When we checked out, the staff told us there were too many rooms to provide a coffee maker in each one. I guess their policy is to assume their guests are stupid.
