Got sick after ordering a hot Italian sub. Wont be back! Definitely food poisoning! No thanks

Went to get a quick sub sandwich on my way to work and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. The Whitehaven location store no. 45 employees are piss poor at customer service. I placed my order for a simple chicken salad sub and after waiting for about 10 mins and seeing people who placed their orders after me receive their food, I asked Joyce what was taking so long with my food? Another employee entered the conversation saying I had a cold sub and their priority was hot subs. At this point, I was there about 20 mins., so I asked for a refund. Instead of apologizing and making the situation right the employees got an attitude. I had to wait another 10 mins for a refund that I never received to this day 4/3/26. After speaking to the store manager he agreed that hot food comes first and that is completely ridiculous. I thought food was made in the order it was received. He was just as rude as the employees so I see why everyone at this location lacks customer service skills. I asked him for corporate number which he never gave. I found it on-line and left two voicemails on 4/1/26 and 4/3/26 to which no one has called back. So I'm done going back and forth. I'll do what's next. read more

I love Lennys! It is easy to get free food fast with the app. The service was friendly as well. It was a pretty long wait though. It was pretty busy though. I loved the R and B music playing in the store. It was relaxing. People seemed to be relaxed even while waiting. It was fresh and tasty! I had a philly cheese steak. We had the 7.5 in steak and cheese. It was very dissatisfying. The steak was skimpy. There was not enough meat to even fill the bun. I didn't taste or see any provolone cheese. The tomatoes were diced and not sliced. We only went to Lenny's for the steak and cheese. It defin was not worth the $9.59 This will be the last time we visit. read more

I will never use Lenny's all together after this bad of an experience. I ordered for my team 50 sandwiches and after 1 hour and 30 minutes we had 3 sandwiches done. When I asked about the wait, I got yelled out and they tried to explain to us the way the sandwiches industry works. I never have that problem at Subway and that's where we will be going from now on. Today was my first experience with the Elvis Presley location. I was treating an office staff for a New Year's lunch. They decided on Lenny's, there was a torrential rain down pour as I dashed from my car to enter the restaurant. The young lady unlocked the door with out speaking and walked behind the counter. I proceeded to the counter to place the order, when the young man told me, "we don't have no steak". The lady told me there was a 24 hour notice to purchase a platter, she called someone, and they told her to go ahead and prepare the platter that I was ordering. The man that works there started complaining that the rain was flooding the bathroom and he wasn't going to clean it, and (he) " had better get there and clean it himself." I guess that was the same person that the lady called about preparing my order. I purchased this platter because this is where the office staff requested. I DO NOT spend my money anywhere I get bad service. I know that the 50.00 I spent won't make or break this restaurant, but how many 50.00 can this restaurant stand to lose? Hope this review is a wake up call for management that a few personnel can ruin your business. I will never patronize this establishment again. read more

Get there early. They sometimes close before 10. It happened to me last Friday night at 945. And it was not the first time. And they had the nerves to turn off the lights when they saw me get out of my car. Some guy did come to the door and asked, unpleasantly, if I wanted a hot or cold sub....through the door. Very unprofessional. It wouldn't have happened if Ms. Alice was there. I hate ghetto customer service. So unnecessary. Oh, and they had the audacity to turn the lights back on when I got in my car. The veggies here are so fresh; crisp, juicy and flavorful are fitting words to describe them. The vinegar splashed on the food is bright with the just the right tang, but the oil (which I was assured is olive oil) had absolutely zero flavor. The hot relish (optional on all items) delivers enough punch in terms of brightness and tang, but it is slightly too spicy for even me, a girl who loves foods that pack heat. However, without the hot relish, any menu item is noticeably lacking a bit in overall taste....a tad bland. The chicken salad is dry, and the recipe needs a boost from lemon, garlic or herbs. The bread for subs is airy but a bit too thick. Overal taste of the food gets a solid 3. However, at this location, the workers leave much to be desired! When we entered, there were two employees looking sour, and not one of them opened their mouths to even say 'hi' when we made it to the counter. One of them rudely dropped our order on the counter instead of handing it over. The inside of the store needs to be cleaner too, so poor treatment of customers knocks off a star. read more

I like Lennys more than Subway. Service and ingredients seem about the same, but for some reason Lennys subs seem to taste better.

Great food as always, but the crew here leaves a lot to be desired. Like it has been said so many times, in this type of industry, customer service is number one. If I walk into the store and receive no greetings or smiles and I feel the attitudes of the people working are dry, then I'm not returning to that store again. That's the feeling I've gotten both times I went there. Yes, I broke my own rule by going twice, but the first time was pleasant, so I figured the second time would be too, but not even close. I felt like I was interrupting something when I came in to place my order, and I sure didn't feel welcome or appreciate as a customer here. Called to place a large catering order at 10:35 am 2/26/16...could not understand employee that answered phone. When I went to place order, she hung up, I called back and phone just rings and rings...no one will answer.
