I've belonged to a stylist (ITS JUSTUS) at Level Ten for like...ever. It's a great spot. Cute? Check Clean? Check I see gorgeous colors and awesome cuts come out of this place all the time. They sell some great products, but they don't push the hard sell on you. It's a great atmosphere with some truly talented artists. If you don't trust your hair to "just anyone" you'll love it here. I'm partial to Justus because he is friggin awesome. But I've never seen a dissatisfied customer leave this place. Love yourself Love your hair Level ten

Jenna has been doing my hair for years now!! She consistently has worked magic to ensure my hairstyle and color is up to date! This is probably my favorite yet!! This color and cut just needed a refresh! I saw her 6 weeks ago and the color maintained and my hair stayed healthy. When I walked in for my appointment today we both talked about how great the color has been and how it needed a repeat! Jenna is always incredibly friendly and makes going to get your hair done a fun experience. So much so, my brother and my mom now go to her as well. She even did my moms hair for my brothers wedding because my mom trusts very few people to do her hair in new styles! We all make sure to book our appointments in advance because others have noticed the miracles she can work too. If you ever want to try a new color or a new cut - or just need a new refreshed look, Jenna at Level Ten Salon is your girl!

The before. I love the brick work and feel of the lobby. Oh, and the coffee bar. LOL

My daughter wanted a new, shorter haircut. She was nervous. So, when she said "I'm ready!", we jumped! Luckily Iolona was able to get us in quickly, and late enough in the day we weren't groggy. Walking in we fell in love with the lighting, the look and the PLANTS! It's like a gentle oasis in the middle of Henderson. We barely sat down and she was ready. Everything was pretty. It had a low key vibe, but quirky. The plants.... sigh. Iolona chatted, told us she and her roommate decorated their room. It fit with the rest but was personal. I was sO jealous watching the head massage shampoo. I have to go just for that. She made sure they were on the same page haircut wise and in some steady snips she dried, curled and showed us. We were both amazed. My daughter LOVES her hair. It's easy to style, and looks like it was done at a high end salon. Iolona ROCKS. She really does. The place is beautiful, everyone nice. Parking was meh, but we didn't have to search.

Mandy is the most amazing person I have ever had do my hair. Not only is she super well educated on everything you could think of for your hair, she's just one of the kindest people you will ever meet. She really cares about your needs as a client. She will address any concerns you have and will answer any questions you may have concerning styling, maintenance, etc. I recommend her to anyone that even mentions their hair needs to be done. She's amazing!

So my grey hairs were showing up as they do and I needed to get the roots done. My normal go to spot was not available so I decided to try something new! As a regular shopper at Trader Joe's I had see the remodeling of the store front and interior at Level Ten Salon. It looked modern, professional and of course it was convenient for me. I called up and made an appointment over the phone with Hallee Yancey who I had never met. Turned out I had landed someone special and a real Gem! Hallee listened as I told her what I wanted and went straight to work. FYI I came in for root touch up which cost $70 and the whole head was $100.... so I opted for color for the whole head. We talked back and forth about where we lived and traveled and her daughter and family. After the color was set Hallee set off to blow dry my hair and give it a real beach look with some curl! I loved it!!! She was very attentive and did a great job!

This is a review for Mandy Andy (@mandyandyhair) - the salon was great and all but really each stylist in there deserves their own yelp pages. Especially since I have hair trauma from the past and it's always so hard to find someone you can trust!! But lemme say - Mandy was great. She took the time to talk me through my hair needs, the process, her view of what would look good on me, and then how to blow dry and style it at home (and her tips really freaking work!!!) highly highly suggest Miss Mandy!! (Photos are mine).

10/10 for Desiree! She did such an amazing job on my hair which had not been dyed in over a year!! She spent a good amount of time trying to understand exactly what I wanted and definitely took her time foiling my hair. I am so impressed by her ability to listen and make what I wanted reality. She also recommended a few products for my hair concerns which I really appreciated. Bonus, she has coffee and all the drinks you could want! I loved the vibe of her little studio too.

I love this Salon & my stylist Mandy! I'd recently switched stylists to go closer to home. I'd gone in just for a cut and color, but I'd expressed I'd wanted extensions for so long but had trouble finding someone to do them. Mandy let me know that she was certified and was also taking additional courses to learn more about getting extensions done. Not only was she ready and willing to book my extensions, she's been so helpful with any questions I've had and making sure that I have what I need to care for them long term. Give this woman a call if you need your hair saved. She's got 10+ years of experience and you can tell she loves what she does! (702) 205-9985

If he's unavailable, I'm always happy to book with Theresa or Anna. Everyone here is incredibly talented, friendly, and welcoming. I usually get the Royal Pedicure ($95 with gel) or the Detox Pedicure ($115 with gel) whenever I'm in the mood for a longer, more relaxing massage. A regular gel manicure is $50, and nail art typically starts around $5 per nail, depending on the design. Chrome and cat-eye effects are an additional $25. A little tip for anyone with a similar situation: I had the ingrown nails on both of my big toes removed by a podiatrist, so my natural nails are much narrower now. My nail technicians simply use Gel-X or acrylic to widen and reshape my big toenails, and the results look so natural that you'd never know it isn't my real nail shape. I also want to give a shout-out to the front desk staff. The receptionists are always warm and welcoming when you arrive, and they'll check in throughout your appointment to see if you'd like any refreshments. They offer complimentary mocktails, coffee, water, soda, juice, and even some alcoholic beverages. Whenever I need a last-minute appointment, I just give them a quick call, and they're usually able to fit me in. The owners are also incredibly kind and generous. They frequently host giveaways and special events to show appreciation for their customers, which makes the experience feel even more special. I always leave feeling relaxed and well taken care of. One thing that has always stood out to me is how genuinely caring the staff is. If I have an appointment that runs late into the evening, they make sure I get to my car safely before locking up for the night. The shopping center has never made me feel unsafe, but you can never be too careful. That extra level of thoughtfulness and care is just one more reason why I've continued coming here for years.

During the removal of my previous Gel-X set, the first nail tech (male) drilled my nail to the point that I literally SCREAMED in PAIN. Thankfully, I didn't bleed, but my nail was sore afterward. He did apologize and was nice throughout the appointment, which I appreciate, but being hurt like that during a nail service is simply not okay. Removal should never be so aggressive that a client is screaming in pain. He also wasn't able to do the design I requested. The manager/owner took my phone with the inspo photo and asked around until another nail tech, Taliyah (apologies if I misspelled her name), was able to take over. I was told it would be "a few minutes," and I had absolutely NO problem waiting for her. Since I was a walk-in, I completely understood that I might need to wait and would have much rather waited for someone who was comfortable doing the design correctly from the beginning. What I don't understand is why the original nail tech guy continued attempting the designs in the meantime when it had already been established that he couldn't do what I was asking for. I get if it was a way for him to pass time. But the stripes were crooked, and he attempted a glitter lemon that looked nothing like the lemon in my reference photo. I came in with a clear reference photo, so I was confused as to why something completely different was being attempted rather than simply waiting for Taliyah. By the time Taliyah took over, I basically had her redo EVERYTHING! Not just the 3D lemon designs on my ring fingers, but the previous work as well. I shouldn't have needed a second nail tech to redo almost an entire service in order to leave with something close to what I originally requested. Thankfully, Taliyah did a much better job and saved the set. I appreciate her taking the time to fix everything and make sure I was satisfied with the final result. She deserves full credit for how my nails ultimately turned out. I also specifically stated that my tip was for Taliyah, so if the owner/manager is reading this, please make sure that the tip goes directly to HER! She is the one who ultimately redid the work and is the reason I left with nails I was satisfied with. I understand that not every nail tech specializes in every type of nail art, and I have no issue with someone being honest about what they can and cannot do. What I do have an issue with is continuing to attempt a design after it was already determined that another tech needed to take over, especially when that work then had to be redone. I did not mind waiting for Taliyah. I would have preferred to wait rather than have work done that would ultimately need to be corrected. Unfortunately, despite Taliyah doing her best to turn the appointment around, the overall experience, especially the PAINFUL removal and having most of the work REDONE, was disappointing enough that I would not return to this salon.

With my most recent visit I made an appointment online a couple days before. Despite this, I waited for about 20 minutes after I arrived at the shop and the last time I had made an appointment I also had to wait. While someone said hello when I came in, no one asked me if I had an appointment. There were also no books with regular polish options at the front (only gel designs) so it wasn't until I was eventually seated at the pedicure chair that I was given a book to look at when the nail tech asked what color I wanted. My pedicure felt rushed and ended up sloppy on one toe going into the cuticle and chipped in the corner of another before I even left the salon. Because I was switched to a different person for my manicure, the person who did my pedicure was already gone when I noticed as I took out the toe spacer before I left. As for my manicure, I was getting GelX and needed to soak off my previous set. When I was sitting down for the pedicure I asked the woman if I needed to start soaking them off. She went and talked to someone else but ultimately did not begin soaking them while I was getting the pedicure done. Unfortunately this meant once the manicure started the technician spent a lot of time utilizing her drill to try to speed up the removal of the previous set. This resulted in it getting hot and hurting my nail bed and I suspect she also drilled them where they are now thin due to how sensitive my natural nails were. She also nicked my cuticles with her drill so when she asked me to continue soaking my fingers it burned and I had to tell her I couldn't. She didn't apologize, just told me to only soak the other nails that weren't burning. As she was drilling off my set she did get a lot of nail powder on herself and then was using the brush on herself to brush off nail powder before brushing it off my hands. I was really hoping to like this shop, but unfortunately just really did not have the best experience.

I wouldn't recommend this place…read more I called ahead and asked if they accepted walk-ins. They said yes, so I came in. The woman at the front was nice and greeted me when I arrived. I asked for a pink and white pedicure and a full set, and they worked on my nails and toes at the same time. I'll start with the positive: the woman who did my toes was very sweet and genuinely nice. I didn't love how my toes turned out, and I had to ask her several times to fix things. After a while, I just gave up and accepted that they were going to look the way they looked. She was so kind, though, that I didn't want to make a bigger issue out of it. My experience with the woman doing my nails was completely different. She asked my name, I told her, and then asked hers. She told me "Mai." I thought, okay, I'll remember that. Throughout the appointment, she repeatedly got on her phone for long periods of time while doing my nails. One of the worst parts was when she was sealing the glue around my nails. It was burning me badly, and she was distracted and on her phone. I actually have a video of this. When I told her it was hurting, her response was essentially that it was my fault because my nails were too thin. I haven't had my nails done in about two months, so I know that wasn't the issue being made out to be. There was also an issue with the shape of my nails. Instead of simply helping me understand what I needed to ask for, she seemed annoyed that I didn't use the right terminology from the beginning. I'm not a nail technician. I shouldn't have to know their specific nail jargon to get a basic shape done correctly. The way it was communicated came across as rude and cold rather than helpful. The entire appointment felt uncomfortable. I was polite throughout the whole process and repeatedly said thank you and that I appreciated her when things were going well. But whenever I tried to speak up about something I didn't like or that was hurting me, I felt like it was immediately dismissed or made into my fault. And then there was the weird situation with the names. The woman doing my nails initially told me her name was Mai. Throughout the appointment, she kept referring to the woman doing my toes as Mai as well. I didn't think much of it because Mai is a common name. At the end, she asked my name again and then explained that the woman doing my toes was Katherine and that she was Mai. I said, "Ohhh, okay," and she told me Katherine was her mother-in-law. Then, almost immediately afterward, she said, "My name Mai, her name Katherine." I looked at her confused and asked, "So she's Mai or you're Mai?" She then said that SHE was Katherine and the woman doing my toes was Mai. At that point, I honestly didn't even know what was going on. It's a small thing, but the whole interaction was strange and added to an already uncomfortable experience. I also noticed that the woman doing my nails seemed to be directing the woman doing my toes and repeatedly asking her to do things that I felt she should have been doing herself. Despite doing less of my service, I actually felt much more comfortable with the woman doing my toes. I spent $150 here, and unfortunately, I don't feel like I got $150 worth of work. My nails are crooked, the shape wasn't what I asked for, and I'm unhappy with how both my nails and toes turned out. More importantly, I didn't feel comfortable or welcomed during the service. I don't normally leave bad reviews. In fact, this is the first review I've ever left that wasn't positive. I don't like working against someone's business or livelihood, and I genuinely try to give people the benefit of the doubt. But this experience was bad. From the constant phone use, to being told the pain was my fault, to the attitude when I tried to explain what I wanted, to the final result, I left feeling like I had wasted my time and money. I would not go back, and I wouldn't recommend this place. Save your $150 and go somewhere you'll actually feel comfortable and appreciated. I would give zero stars if I could.
