The use of the drumel tool was soooo excessive and painful for my shellac mani! I asked for square shape and definitely didn't get that. First off, I'm not being mean, I'm being honest, because I felt so lied to by the reviews and I went and spend $100 on something that was not worth it. I was so disappointed when I went in today. I drove 45 minutes because they had such great reviews and they totally did not come even close to what I've read. I went in for a full set and pedi. So I go in, I'm really excited. They told me to have a seat which was totally fine. Then I went and picked a color and went and sat in a pedi seat. They offered me something to drink which was nice. The lady who did my pedicure Jenny I believe was very sweet and did a decent job except forgot that I picked the 55 dollar package and didn't do a callous removal and a few other things. I had asked for a design which wasn't really complex and another lady with a bob cut comes over and starts "drawing" the design. I kid you not, she just drew random lines and a bunch of people came over and started laughing. I felt horrible. The lady next to me getting her toes done told me to tell them if I don't like it but I was so embarrassed I didn't say anything. Then I went to get my full set done. Let me just say it's super chunky, the color is blotchy, and the lady was not gentle what so ever... and the nails aren't even... they are different sizes. And during that time the lady who did my toe design was standing next to us watching how she did my nails, hovering over me. I am going back to my other salon that is even further, but they're so worth the drive, they do fantastic work, and such great prices! This place was nice but that didn't cover the fact they did not do a good job or were nice. Maybe I didn't get lucky with whoever did my nails but this place was not worth it. You can see the blotchy polish on my hands on the middle finger, but they're all like that in person. *Its not about the money. It's about treating people fair and do your job the way you represent yourself. It's not fair for some to have a bad job done on themselves and others a good job. I was a hopeful client that I was willing to drive 45 minutes every two weeks but I'd rather drive an hour and half to go to my old place. read more

I'm obsessed with SNS! I had never had it before, my first mani was still perfect after over 3 weeks!! I only came in for a new mani because of the grow out. This time I did French, and it's perfect. I love everything about this salon! It's super clean, really aesthetically pleasing and the staff is so friendly. I'm mid level expert on pedicures, I love having my feet massaged and holy goodness - did LeVian nails knock it out of the park! The reflexology massage with hot stone is none like any I've experienced, the 45 minutes of massage, loosening up my calves, feet, and toes has left me wanting more. First, my nail technician never asked me what shape I wanted, length, etc. Second, it seemed as if the nail technician had never painted nails before? LOTS of polish around the nail and on my skin. Tan, the new owner, has done an amazing job upgrading the nail salon since taking over a few months ago. New massage chairs, updated nail stations, and the same friendly staff. He convinced me to try the SNS nails instead of my usual shellack. Not only does it last 2 - 3 weeks it only needs to get taken off because of the grow out not because they are peeling. Its incredibly strong and surprisingly light. No need for UV lights either! Lots of colors to choose from and Tan is very creative if you're looking for unique nail art. Very disappointed with is place. I have only heard high praises about this place and their SNS nails. I recently just got done with my second year in college and my sister wanted to treat me. She scheduled 3 SNS appointments. One for me, my sister and my grandma. When we entered the salon they were shocked to see us all in there asking for SNS nails. They proceeded to ask if we called the right place, and are you sure that we called. Sure enough checking the call records on our phones we did call the place. At this point they said they couldn't fit all three of us in. My grandma then just sat and watched us get our nails done, while I had to get my nails done and then my sister had to wait for others to finish. They didn't try and fit us in or accommodate us in anyway even though we had made this appointment a week in advance. Moving on to the nails, I have never had SNS nails and was very intrigued in the process. They had a wide range of colors and I really liked that. The lady that was doing my nails was very nice but the job she did on my nails was mediocre. Even less than mediocre. Both of my thumb nails are rough and bumpy. After I said something to the nail technician about it being rough and bumpy, she said it'll dry and be okay. Turns out it didn't turn out okay. I had the owner, Tan, do my SNS manicure and it looks better than another manicure I've ever had - and I'm super picky about manicures ;) And if you've never tried SNS, I highly recommend. It dries instantly like shellac/gel, but without the UV light - and it actually is good for your nails! Bonus - it lasts 3-4 WEEKS instead of 10-14 days. Tons of great colors (plus plenty of neutrals), and only $5 more than shellac/gel. My nails are stronger and longer than they've ever been after using SNS. read more

I have had acrylic nails all along but just switched to SNS & am in love with them! They are natural & beautiful, not thick & heavy. Since the new owners remodeled the salon is clean & classy with skilled technicians. I have gotten my nails done hundreds of times and this was probably the worst experience I've ever had. There were dirty towels laying all over, the staff was on their phones and watching videos, the owner laid on the couch watching his phone. While she was doing my pedicure she was hurting my foot but never responded when I said Ouch. My little toe has a sore on it!! The chair I was sitting in would not work, the massage buttons kept turning off after 10 seconds when I asked for help I was ignored. My manicure is awful!! Paint on my skin, bumps and tags on most nails. The worst part mid way through my mani the person took her second phone call, putting it on speaker and continued the call!! At the end she announces "what total, what my tip"!!! I will never return and will spread the word to my LO neighbors. I have just had my third set of SNS nails done by Tan. I love them and here is why:. There is no smell, they are new every time, they feel great, the colors wow there are so many, but the best reason they are totally dry when Tan is done. No UV light, no sitting with a fan, no waiting. I have had acrylic nails (solar for the past 8) for over 35 years. I will not go back. The salon is newly remodeled, clean and the techs are very good and friendly. There is a lot of laughter and hard work. You will not be disappointed. read more
