The firecracker wings were delicious! Was a nice sweet and spicy + creamy without taking away the crunch from the breading. Good breading. The medium buffalo sauce is OK but nothing special. The cheese curds was also really good with good breading! Pro tip: dip the cheese curds in the firecracker wing sauce. SO GOOD! read more

The wings here are not even really mediocre. They are lower grade hooters to be honest with similar breading and taste. the chicken tenders on the buffalo salad are also stale and tough. Burger was fairly good per someone else at the table. Not of this was terrible mind you, just not very good. Looks like a great liquor selection but very poor beer selection which is odd considering the word tap is in the name. On tap was basically the big American boring beers (bud, coors, etc). Hello, April 19, 2023 I was a season ticket holder and Stadium Club member for years, Club level, Craig Hodges was my ticket rep. I gave up the tickets I think in about 2011 or 12. I can't remember exactly. This year I am sharing a season ticket package with some friends and excited to get back to the ballpark/stadium club. Last night my wife and I took some clients to the game and here was our experience. About 5:30PM we went to the stadium club. Upstairs section, for something to eat. I'd say the room was at bout 30% capacity. Most people were on the rails, plenty of tables and open seats at the bar. The lady at the front desk directed us to take a table on the far side of the bar. (near that little back bar) Great, we thought we'd grab something to eat and be out of there by the second inning or so expecting to miss an inning or three. We sat down and a server came and took a drink order. We are not big drinkers. Three waters and one beer. That came to us quickly and she said she'd be back in a minute to take our food order. Remember this is now about 5:45PM. Nobody came back to our table for about 45 minutes. I went to the bar and asked if I could order from the bar, I ate at the bar many times. I was thinking when the food comes to the bar, I can just get it and bring it to our table for our clients. My wife and I. A worker noticed me leaving the table and walking toward the bar and asked if they could help. I told them my idea and they said "oh sorry about that, you can go back to your table we'll get someone over there real soon." So I went back to the table. It's now about 6:30PM give or take. We wait at the table about another 20 minutes or so and I flag a server. She was very nice and obviously very stretched. I was sensitive to the fact that she probably was not even responsible for our table, She looked very frazzled, but she said she'd take our order in a minute, so we stood by. About 10 minutes later she returned and took our order. Two Wedge salads, Two cheeseburgers, Two orders of rib tips. It's now about 7PM. About another 45 minutes goes by with no service, no recognition and no food. I suggested to our party that we just leave and grab a hotdog downstairs, but my wife did not agree so we stayed. Finally, just around 8PM our food arrives but the bus boys did not want to give it to us because there was no server with them so they actually started to walk away. I spoke up and asked them not to leave, that I will take the food from their trays and put it on our table. They did not let me do that, but they then did put the food on our table. The food: The salads were great, the cheeseburgers were great except they brought us three and we only ordered two. Both wives had a cheeseburger. They took the third one back. The rib tips were inedible. They were so burnt that they were as hard and dry as a rock and no amount of sauce (and they put a lot of sauce on them) could disguise how bad they were prepared. However, at this point we just wanted to eat and get out. It was about 8PM already. So we ate and waited for our bill, and waited and waited and out bill came around 8:45PM and to boot it still and that third cheeseburger on it that we never ordered. So we finally get up to leave and the server innocently asked me "how was everything" I did not want to take any frustration out on her, she was working very hard, and besides I was with clients so I wanted to remain calm a and cool. So I just quietly said to her that we had a very disappointing experience and, we now missed the entire game (game was ending). I have been at the stadium club probably hundreds of times over the years and never experienced anything like this and it seemed no one cared. I have been in retail most of my career and one bad experience out of many I can understand. That was my mindset. However, the server very nicely apologized and suggested I talk to Sam the manger and inform Sam of our experience. The tone was very pleasant and professional, and I appreciated the server's sincere concern. The server (can't remember her name but she went to Queen of peace HS:) offered to let Sam know, who I quickly learned was sitting at the bar right behind us about 8 feet away. Sam was in a conversation with another employee of the stadium club. The server went and stood by Sam and politely waited for a break in Sam's conversation vs. interrupting. The server waited and waited and waited and Sam never acknowledged the server. I could see the server, who was busy, and was getting flustered that Sam would not even acknowledge her, standing right in her view. So after a few minutes, I went and stood next to the server directly in Sam's sightline figuring that for a customer Sam would surely engage. She did not. She stared right though me as I waited for an opportunity to speak with her. After I waited and waited and waited I finally simply spoke up and said "Sam, can I interrupt you for a moment?" no help at all read more

Was looking for a burger place downtown and came across this from other helpers and google reviews. Neither my husband or I got a burger but we were happy with this choice. Their happy hour had good options- beer selection seemed pretty standard though. The food was great! I had the cheesesteak and my husband had the pb and j wings and we were both so happy and impressed with those choices. Also get the Parmesan garlic fries- they're so good! Levy Restaurants should be avoided, a money machine that uses the old bait and switch to lure you in for a deal, leaving you wondering where is the beef. Case in point, the big beefapalooza that was offered on their website at Fultons a few weeks ago. Advertised were gorgeous plates of seared tenderloin, filet, braised short-ribs and many accouterments for the advertised fare. There were many replacement dishes, nothing looked as billed and this was my second go around with their over hyped banquet food. Fuck the Levy's whom ever they may be. read more

Hand breaded chicken tenders were big and flavorful. The spicy buffalo sauce was some of the best sauce I've ever had. My waitress Cathy was great and she kept the beer coming. I took a trip to Chicago with my boyfriend for the weekend. We went here to watch a hockey game, eat some food, and get some drinks. They have been said to have some of the best wings in the country, so we had to try those. We got the firecracker ones. They were delicious!!!! I have been craving them since. We also got the south western Mac n cheese, a monthly special, and that was also amazing!! Drinks were good and moderately priced. Though this chain is based out of Chicago and in business for over 30 years have facilities in the Time Warner Arena. They handle concession items with items ranging from 1/2 pound Burger to The Little Sports Fan menu and seem to have something for everyone. They also own the Frontcourt restaurant in the arena and is noted by them as fine dining. They can take reservations which is recommended for events, but they are only open for Bobcat events. They also can focus on serving corporate events as well. Good food.....and hey, they are based out of Chicago....they gotta be good *wink*. read more

This place was great! It was Sunday and just with football watcher but we were seated within 20 minutes which was great! We were seated in the patio and our server was incredible nice and hilarious. We order the XXX wings, Mac daddy mac n cheese, and street fries. Everything was delicious. But mind you that the XXX wings aren't to be taken lightly. The server brought over a bell for us to ring in case we couldn't handle the heat so we could get a "cooling platter" consisting of bread, oranges, milk, and vanilla ice cream. He also brought over firefighter hats and took our picture since we finished our order of wings! The bloodymaries were also pretty delicious. Great atmosphere, great food, great service. Came here on a Saturday for college football. We called ahead of time to specifically ask if both my girlfriends team and my favorite team was gonna be able to be on in the same room and they said no problem. We were put into a room where it couldn't be done. I came to pick up wings right before the super bowl. Obviously the craziest time of the year when it comes to ordering wings. I showed up 15 minutes early to pick my wings up. While I was waiting, Jeff customer service was amazing. He went into the back to let them know I was here and came and brought me a beer while I was waiting! Spoke with Emily(assistant manager) this afternoon. I was calling to speak with the general manager but he was not in and Emily wanted to see if she could help. I explained my story and she appologized. I also let her know, if the GM wanted a detailed account of my visit, he could read my review on YELP. Apparently, Emily is in charge of responding to reviews on YELP. She asked what she could do to have me remove my review. I was floored! I hate to write this since I have friends that work for Levy concessions at Arlington Park International Racetrack. I tried to order the 12 inch cheese pizza that said on the sign was $9.95. After going through a whole series of problems with the server thinking I wanted the 16 inch or everything on it or even that i wanted the Ditka's pizza they finally told me how much the $9.95 12 inch cheese pizza would cost. It was $12.07. When I asked how much of that was taxes the server could not tell me this. I told her I wanted to talk to the manager. The manager looked at the computer and told me the sign was wrong. That the 9.95 was a special prize and they had not changed the sign. This has not been the first time Levy at AP has done this type of price changing. I would usually eat something at Levy's of AP 3 of 4 times weekly. They have lost my business. I would recomend eating before going to the AP or after. Levy has lost my business and I cannot reccomend visitor to Arlington Park to eat at the court, Mr. D's or even the Cowboy Grill.
