Came here for the first time on Saturday with my friend. We each ordered a drink, the popcorn chicken, fried tofu and egg waffles. I got the jasmine milk tea with boba. The boba was nice and chewy. The milk tea was creamy but lacks a little bit of the tea flavor. The chicken and tofu were hot and fresh. The egg waffle has good flavor but some parts were undercooked, unfortunately. Prices are great, but you get what you pay for. Literally everything was soggy. Limp and bitter garlic fries, limp waffles, ugh... The popcorn chicken was underflavored. I have been wanting to try this place for awhile now and I am so glad I did. I tried the lobster balls (nice chunks of lobster with little breading and seasoned well), fries ( seasoned well and crisp) , and an apple slush with boba. used to really love this place. i'd come 4+ times a week with a huge group of people. however, we don't do this any longer because they've raised their prices soooo much. it's really insane and unaffordable. $7 for a drink with boba. how ridiculous! the popcorn chicken used to be an affordable snack- now $7.99! on top of that their workers are always rude and they close so early! if they were to lower their prices it would be great but unfortunately it's way too expensive. i recommend Ice Bar on reseda- plus they offer a discount for first responders and medical workers so it's always a cheap, yummy treat! read more

The good thing is that they have drinks and food. Most drinks are good, if you don't like your drinks sugary just adjust your sweetness. The employees are on point with customer service but the manager/owner seem a little off edge. As I told them to remake my fries since it was burnt af. I'll show y'all some proof. When I asked for a remake the employee kindly remake my order. The second time it was burnt and gave me less fries it was more of a disappointment the 2nd time. Super unsatisfied with this place. Came in on a Thursday evening with my boyfriend, around 8:15 pm. The very first words exchanged with the cashier were, "I know I want the garlic fries and the popcorn chicken" and then I turned to my boyfriend and asked what he wanted. He then proceeded to add the minced pork and rice bowl and the honey wings. Popcorn chicken = $4.49 Garlic fries = $3.99 Minced pork = $5.99 Honey wings = $5.49 The first order came to $20.14, which is a totally fair price, but the key word is first. The cashier/waitress called our number and my boyfriend went to grab the food and brought back everything except the fries. Now, they don't do itemized receipts for some reason, and they take your receipt from you when you grab your food from the counter. Long story short, they claimed that we did not actually order the garlic fries and that the initial payment of $20.14 did not include the price of the fries. And then went on to say it didn't process or something? So all 3 of the other items processed, aside from one? They messed up and chose not to admit their mistake, and then, because I really wanted to try the fries, we then choose to get charged another $4.37. So, if the fries were 3.99 and the total came to $4.37, that is .38 cents for tax. Just didn't add up. The food was pretty mediocre, the fries weren't worth the wait. Wings were really tasty and I liked the breading. Popcorn chicken was pretty okay, but the pieces were all different sizes and the tiny pieces were just breading and I did not like that breading as much. The pork came on a pile of rice with yoshionya style "veggies", which was really just a couple pieces of cabbage and a few sliced carrots. There was less than 1/4 cup of the actual pork on top, it was honestly a handful. Will not be a return customer and have no intention of recommending this spot. read more

As we all know time is money, and that is the only reason why I am giving T4 a 3 star review. If you are in a hurry or looking for something fast, well be prepared to wait 20+ minutes. The staff is very friendly and very helpful when deciding what you would like to order, the drinks are very delicious and they hit the spot, I will be back for the drinks sometime in the near future. It's the the time it takes for your order to be ready that is the problem. The best boba tea I've ever had!! It is also in a really nice place and location too.

The drinks are decent enough but lately they can be hit or miss. Still not a bad thing but consistency would be appreciated since it's father than some of my go to spots. Seating is decent with a good amount of outdoor seating as well. Service can be a little curt but overall not bad. Depending on the influx of to go orders you can find yourself waiting a while for yours. The food is good but nothing to write home about, it's more of an in the moment that hits the spot kinda thing. Parking is kinda weird but there's enough. I live in the area and having a tea house right by your house is so addicting because it's hard not to get a milk tea on nice sunny/cloudy days. I love love love the Okinawa Milk tea the most! Winter melon is on the sweet side and the plotted plant is also tasty! Thai teas are so ordinary nowadays so you're more bound to try any other tea that's on their menu! T4 has been here roughly 2 months or so now. I know they just recently did their official opening, but I live around the corner and was coming in pretty frequently during their soft opening stage. I mean like I've filled up a couple punch cards already. I really wanted to avoid this, but honestly, they're getting worse I feel like. The low rating is based on their SUPER SLOW service. Yes, they're new, people are training, etc. I tried being patient, but their staff is ridiculously slow. On more than one occasion, ordering 2 drinks has had me waiting for 30-45 minutes. That's insane. Tonight, I called in a phone order and I understand they're busy, but after taking my order the girl on the phone asked if I could wait 10 minutes while she took other orders before mine. Wait, what?! I didn't even want a drink. It was a food order. She already checked with the kitchen as I wanted a rice dish and they said it was available. I told her that I would be arriving shortly, so she asked if I could just order in person instead. That defeats the purpose of a phone order when I just want to pick up and go. I recommend the avocado(fresh) smoothie! I only like to drink smoothies that have real fruit/veggies in it and it wasn't too sweet like some places make it. -Popcorn chicken was ok. I've had better, that had more of a 'Taiwanese' (Chinese five spice) taste, but the chicken was juicy, it did not that obvious pre-frozen taste/texture. Love the fried basil they add, a lot of boba places add it they eventually stops, hopefully they keep it in. I didn't care for the sauces, they just had ranch, sweet n sour, ketchup and 'spicy' sauce. I tried the sweet n sour and it was kinda bland and had a weird texture but I'll try the 'spicy' sauce next time. -takoyaki was good! But the to-go box was bad and the sauce they soaked it with was good but spilled all over the bag and made the takoyaki really soggy, maybe put the sauce in sauce container? Then It'd be . Portion is good on both! I will come back to try more items on the menu. Their sea salt cream is one of my favorites, the flavor is just right! My husbands go to is the Kyoto matcha and he cannot get enough of it! But my favorite on the menu is their popcorn chicken!! There's actually chicken in there and not too much breading (unlike other places that I feel it's all breading) the flavor is amazing and the abundance of sauce you can choose from! Soy honey garlic hit the spot!! The interior of this place is super chic! Lots of seating available and the service is the fastest I have ever experienced, even with the abundance of mobile orders they receive.
