WHAT A SCAM. we know they made a lot of profit that day with the amount of people we had (pre-covid), and they never even tried to repay us ANYTHING or find the check or COMMUNICATE. that's what doesn't sit right with us, the fact that they basically stole our fundraiser money & didn't do anything about it. We loved the milk teas we tried out: oolong and earl grey with boba. My hubby and I are huge fans of good milk tea, and they didn't disappoint. They didn't use powdered tea mixes. Both teas were fragrant and were not overpowered by milk. Our fave was the earl grey at 80% sugar, while we would probably get the oolong milk tea at 50-60% sugar next time. The boba was nice and chewy. We also tried their popcorn chicken and porkchop rice (sorry we totally forgot to take photos), and we liked them both. The pork was surprisingly a good thickness unlike what we are used to. They were both seasoned well. We def will go back soon (take out for now)! read more

The drinks here are good and are a good size for the price, it all depends on your preference. The location is perfect! The space inside is pretty large, making it ideal for larger groups to hang out in; the outside space is always relaxing as it is not disturbed by the street noise. Unlike some places that drown the drink in sugar, this place puts enough sweetness where it enhances the flavor of the tea. My personal favorite is the winter melon tea. If you haven't tried it, you should definitely give it a try! It has a great after taste. :D Most places in the valley does not have this flavor. Setting: Its a pretty standard cafe. It is brighter than most places. They also usually play pop music at a fairly loud volume. It may not be the best place to study if you need it to be quiet but definitely a great place to hang out. I'm so glad T4 opened up in the valley. Now I can get my winter melon fix without driving out to the 626. The staff was nice and offered suggestions. I asked them if they could make the winter melon milk tea without the milk and I'm pretty happy with the drink. some of the boba in my drink was perfect and some were hard but it wasn't a big factor considering my drink was great. interior is spacious and they got lots of outlets for your laptops. they also have plenty of seating. def will come back read more

I just left and I'm so satisfied! I ordered the Thai tea with boba, and it's delicious! There's not too much ice, which I love! Excited they opened a new tea place. I live in Lake Balboa so we have Quickly. 2nd time here. 1st time I got thai tea no boba and brown sugar with boba. 2nd time it was the okinawa milk tea. The brown sugar and the okinawa tasted similar. They were good decent milk teas. I wasnt impressed by the chewy semi hard boba though. Employees were nice. Place is new. Super sweet cashiers and staff, excellent service and great food. I loved the milk teas especially Rose, Wintermelon, and Okinawa. Their boba is also good, sweeter that the other boba I've tried. Cool space for a quick bite or a quick meet-up. The music is good also. I also have tried the popcorn chicken delishes...got a bit spicier than mild lately, so ask about the spice if you don't like spicy foods. read more

Love the food and the drink quality but the wait time could improve on the food. We saw our food come out and it sat there for 20+ minutes before we went up and asked for our food. We had our drinks for 12 or so minutes at that point and were waiting to drink them. My boyfriend and I consistently run into this problem even when we're the only ones in there. Stopped in after reading yelp reviews. This place is the real deal!!!!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and the young woman at the register helped me figure out what I wanted and recommended a few things. I tried the popcorn chicken which was super tender, moist and seasoned well and I had them toss it in the honey sauce. I got the curly fries, and the strawberry lemonade smoothie. All really good and fresh. What I love about this place outside of the food is how clean it is inside and inviting. Cleanliness is a big thing for me and the counters, tables, walls and floor were cleaned and not sticky. I sat inside to eat and felt right at home. I found out they opened in April. Just wanted to write an long overdue review :) I used to frequent this location when I was in the area. Before COVID, the staff would always prepare my drinks quickly and were always very friendly. I visited a few times during the pandemic, and I would order a weekly amount of milk tea without boba to save in the fridge to avoid coming back every day. I feel like T4 has a very good assortment of staple milk tea. They're simple and cheaper compared to some other boba shops I've visited, but there are so many choices to choose from if you get sick of one specific type of drink. My go-to drink here is jasmine milk tea with boba haha! But I do like many of their drinks such as the oolong milk tea, thai tea, honey milk tea, and rose milk tea to name a few! Hahahahahaha! So... honestly if it weren't for the fact that this place is right across from where I live and that I love boba I wouldn't go, not because the drinks are awful, they're actually great, it's the employees here that always seem upset and bothered by anything they are doing, whether it's taking my order or giving me my order the girls specifically are always so curt and rude... they often have left me waiting at the register without acknowledging me, even while busy there are ways to make sure the customer feels seen. There's maybe one girl that works there whose super sweet and nice every time. I would say a lesson in customer service and creating a welcoming environment is definitely needed. I saw this place when it was still under construction and was so excited a T4 finally made it to the valley! I used to go to the one in Sacramento all the time when I was in college. I love T4! Good selection of drinks and snacks. It's so nice and clean and the staff was very friendly! Solid boba place. I got their Jasmine milk tea boba, fish and chips, popcorn chicken, and calamari rings. The Jasmine milk tea was solid and the boba balls were soft and chewy. You can always tell a boba place is good when they can make the basic milk tea flavors well. For the food the fish was moist and I like the thin cut fries. Popcorn chicken was decent. I like the breading they use on all their fried stuff. Calamari rings were way overdone but I kinda dig the texture. It's like a crunchy squid jerky. Parking is huge since it's located in a plaza. Slowest service ever. Don't order food here, they take more than 30 minutes. Drinks are fast but food was too slow. Great that they started to make the drinks when the food is about ready, but by then you are standing and waiting for about an hour. It's been a couple years since I had been here and I am glad it was another pleasant experience. The ladies who helped me were nice and patient. My brain was slow due to lack of food so I was glad they were patient. I tried the mince pork and rice but without the veggies. There's not a lot of pork but it was tender and a good flavor, a little on the sweet side. The carnivore in me was sad momentarily till I moved on to the popcorn chicken. The popcorn chicken does not automatically come with sauce but that is only 20cents extra. I tried the spicy sweet and sour which was very tasty. The popcorn chicken itself is unseasoned so it didn't clash with the sauce. The thai tea was enjoyable and they have a few milk substitutions such as almond milk which is great. The boba was the great chewy consistency. The store is located in a business center so there is plenty of parking. It is a little hidden but it is worth the effort. There are a couple outside tables and a large grassy area if you want to hang out on that. read more
