Five stars! This is a great spot to get some work done. The staff is super helpful and they are very generous with their portions. The drinks tasted great, but the best part is the setup--plenty of outlets available, a clean restroom, and a solid atmosphere for studying.

Tried Li Cha Tea during my lunch break and left with a positive impression of the quality of the food and boba beverage I ordered! I have tried popcorn chicken at a few boba spots and Li Cha Tea's has been my favorite by far! I would recommend trying the chicken with the variety of sauces they have (the sweet garlic soy was one of my favorites). The taro blended drink with boba was also yummy and something I'd order again

Parking for Li Cha is plentiful; what's hard may be finding Li Cha, though. The easiest way to find Li Cha (despite having Google maps) would be to go towards the middle of the plaza, where it's grassy. From there, it's right next to the Blue Palms Brewhouse. I had their Thai Iced Tea with quarter sugar - just perfect - with boba. The boba was definitely on the sweeter end, but their lightly sweet Thai tea was perfect. Service was okay; my friend and I were both not acknowledged for a bit. Wi-Fi is available, though note that working here can be fairly difficult as the music is blasting in the background. There is an claw machine inside, though it was fully empty. Though it was difficult to work, they did have plenty of power outlets, which made it easy to find an open spot.

I'm here again! Yay! Love their milk tea and popcorn chicken. Never disappoint and always satisfied. They have special deal during weekdays. Service is good and fast and staff are welcoming and smiling.

Mission accomplished! My husband says this is the first place that makes Thai iced tea exactly how he likes it. My roasted oolong was also fantastic, great tea flavor. The floor was pretty sticky, which was a bit of a downer, but the drinks are so good we'll definitely be back if we're nearby. Focus on the excellent tea and you won't be disappointed!

I'm so glad I found this place! It's the perfect place to study or do some work. There are plenty of tables and chairs, as well as outlets to keep your devices charged. Ambiance is nice. The place isn't too bright. They have decorated for the Halloween spirit this month :3 There are plenty of tables and chairs outside as well. It's a nice little area. You could bring fur friends and kiddos! There are other food places nearby. Parking is easy and there's plenty of it. I did come on a Sunday, so I'm not sure if it gets busier during the week when most students come in. I got their popcorn chicken and Thai tea. Both are really good! Only thing is, which could be both good and bad, the popcorn chicken is very flavorful and salty. I love it, but I can only eat a couple of pieces - unless I pace myself or share with others

Do yourself a favor and go try their winter melon milk tea with boba. And their popcorn chicken. Just do it. Chicken is hot and crispy and we enjoy it best w sweet & sour sauce. Milk tea is creamy but light and refreshing. Ample seating and parking. It's a great place to hangout or study. Our church loves this place lol!

When I arrived, I was a bit confused at first because I thought it faced the main road, but it's actually tucked inside a little compound. Once I parked and walked toward it, I felt relaxed seeing the community grass area where families and kids were hanging out, with tables all around for people to gather. The space is shared with other restaurants, giving it a nice, lively vibe. I ordered the Okinawa milk tea and popcorn chicken. The prices are reasonable, and the chicken portion was generous. I've been going to this spot since they opened, they have rebranded but the food and boba are still the same and really good. My favorite snack is the popcorn chicken and curly fries. Boba is also really good and they have a stamp card! There is always parking and plenty of places to sit inside and outside on a nice day. Enjoy!

Came here to study with my friend while she applied for jobs. Told me that this place served good popcorn chicken and drinks and we decided to go here. I got the Honey Tea with grass jelly because the lady at the front said the honey tea was good with lychee but I decided to try it with grass jelly. My friend order the popcorn chicken and fries on the side for us. I tried the tea and I liked it! It was good! Refreshing and light not too sugary it was just right, however I don't think I'll get it with grass jelly next time because it was definitely hard to drink the jelly because as you can see on the photo it was floating lol so the drink/jelly ratio was pretty off haha. The fries were ok in flavor but the best part about the fries is that they are shoestring and those are my favorite! The popcorn chicken was good!! My friend was right, they serve good popcorn chicken and I can't imagine how it would taste with rice! Mmmmm riceee. The lady who helped me was good she was knowledgeable and shared what she thought was good as it was my first time. The place is quaint and quiet people studying and on their laptops and on occasion kids come in with their parents to get drinks . Overall I like this place and I'll definitely come back here to study and get some snacks as I do. For me it's 5 stars!

10/24/23 - This place was formerly a T4 tea; I remember going here a little over a year ago when it was still T4 and thinking how it was pricy, but they still had decent boba. I ordered a brown sugar milk tea- I didn't realize at first but after checking in on Yelp, I saw that you could get a free upgrade of your drink to a large size. Make sure to take advantage of that when you can! The drink itself was not worth it at its price (more than $6.50 after tax). I feel that there are better value and quality drinks at other places. The milk tea tasted like I was drinking more syrup instead of milk tea. The boba was not very good as it was small and hard. The inside, however, is really cute and clean, and the service is really quick. I got my drink right away and was given a stamp card for future rewards. If I do come back here, I would maybe try a simpler milk tea without boba.

Saw this new spot open up nearby so I had to check it out. Tried their popcorn chicken, sweet potato fries, egg puff, and cookies & cream shake w/boba. The popcorn chicken was surprisingly crispy but juicy on the inside. The only good sauce for it though is ranch sauce (which you have to ask for). Tried the sweet and sour sauce and it's garbage... just like previous reviews mentioned. The sweet potato fries were on point and so was the egg puff. The boba was soft & chewy and the drink it came in was decent. Would probably not come here just for the boba drink alone (Boba Snow has them beat on variety of flavors & pricing), but for snacks, definitely worth checking out. read more

First time to go here. Place is clean, good customer service. Boba was perfectly soft. We tried taro milkshake and avocado smoothie. They put fresh avocados, yum!! I am a tea fanatic, so I love trying new shops all the time especially since they also have snacks. But for me this place is a miss. I have been here twice and I know that's not enough to really go by but.. I tried the mango green tea (or mango royal fruit tea) since that's normally my go to. In my opinion, the after taste was very weird and it tasted like a strong cinnamon-y flavor. Of course, in any boba shop snacks on the menu is always a plus for me. I tried the popcorn chicken - which is also not the best for me because the basil taste is super strong and also has a weird after taste. French fries - just normal fries you can get anywhere nothing too special. Calamari rings - I liked this the best because I love fried calamari! So it was delicious but again the downside is that they put more than 6 pieces of basil so this also had a really strong basil taste as well. read more

Great new addition to the valley. I ordered a milk oolong with boba, matcha green tea, egg puff, popcorn chicken, lobster balls. Teas were delicious. Boba was the correct texture. Lobster balls did not taste like lobster but more like imitation crab meat; they were delicious though. Egg puff was good and they give you a generous portion. Popcorn chicken was properly spiced but they didn't have any basil leaves that most places usually include with it. Overall solid addition to this area. read more

Delicious drinks and food here. I've been here multiple times and have tried: Grapefruit Royal Fruit Tea with lychee jelly, Mango Royal Fruit tea with rainbow jelly, Taro smoothie with boba. Love how you can do percentage amounts of sugar and ice. Also have tried popcorn chicken here, which is delicious and I think seasoned with 5-spice powder. Also tried the pork chop and rice which was delicious. All were delicious! Service is a little slow, as the staff is still training. There is a posted sign asking for customers' patience because of this. Also, free WiFi and good parking available. read more

I'm so happy that a Boba place opened up so close to my home, I can literally walk there (but I still drove there). Not only do they have Boba drinks and shakes, but they have food items. This place is such a hit or miss. The service is either really slow, or the service is fast but the drinks taste bland. When this place first opened (I mean really really opened) they had it pretty spot on. Friendly employees and reasonable service. But now its just steadily going down hill. Tea was pretty good, though the boba was too sweet for our taste. We generally get ~25-30% sugar though, so our level of preferred sugar is probably much lower than the most people. Popcorn chicken and fries were good and fit together well with the drinks. read more

The amount of chicken was very limited for the price and many pieces with uncooked chicken. I got an upset tummy. I will not be eating anything from here. Food and Drinks are definitely good! I go here all the time whenever i crave for milk tea. Garlic fries is really good and so as the popcorn chicken. The portions are big and i think you get your money worth. But my only complain is the service. Very slow. Even if you're the only one in the store or maybe a couple people ahead of you, and there's at least 3 or 4 people working, expect to wait AT LEAST 15 mins to get your order, especially when there's no manager in charge. There's a girl there with a soft voice and fake lash that NEVER got my order correct. As a customer, thats a big deal. Other than that, i think this place is awesome when it comes to what they serve!! And i would still come back for more :) read more

Takoyaki would have been great except for the extremely salty sauce they had it on. It tasted as if it was DOUSED in salt.... very disappointing. Lychee green tea is average and they were out of egg puffs at 2pm on a Thursday. Considering they just opened 2 days ago, it's not a good impression. Nonetheless, popcorn chicken is good. read more

I love this place so much! Their popcorn chicken is awesome and the fries are spectacular as well. The reason why I only gave them 4-stars is because of the 20 minute wait (there was only 2 people in the cafe at that time). It was worth the wait, but does it really take 20 minutes to make popcorn chicken? Moving on from the wait, the interior is modern and looks very nice. The staff is very friendly and apologized for the long wait, but I wasn't informed of a reason why it took that long. I will definitely come back here because I hate driving down to Westminster stuck in LA traffic for at least 2 hours. read more

Worse than the texture was the flavor. The pearls had a bitter taste to them, almost like they weren't rinsed properly or were contaminated by whatever cleaning agent was used on the equipment. I couldn't take more than two sips before throwing the whole thing in the trash. Total waste of money. Definitely won't be coming back here.

Horrible customer services! I was order and told to pick up in 10 min , when I got there they said they already close because I didn't pay the services upfront ! I need the owner to know how lazy your employees, they dont want to make the order even though it's not a closing time yet ! Never come here again!
