I had the popcorn chicken with fries and it was pretty delicious. Not only is the food delicious but the amount of food they serve is great! It is definitely worth your money. WOW I have no idea when this place opened. I am NOT into boba so, this probably why I missed it. But, they have the best (dry) chicken wings I have ever eaten! I didn't count how many we got per order, but the size of these wings were more than decent. I mean, they were definitely Chicken wings! Some of these places we get wings from are questionable (maybe pigeon? ). I think there were at least 5, maybe 6. The price is reasonable at $6.50. I'm sure their sauces are good; but I have to have crispy wings! I did get the garlic sauce on the side and it was good. Very Garlicky, but that's why the name for the sauce right? These wings are great, even after and hour of sitting in the delivery bag (plastic opened of course for air) . The Lobster balls were good. But, we had an in house appointment that stayed here a little longer than we expected, so the crunch n the lobster probably was affected by the condensation. But the seasoning was tasty. Overpriced for the amount I got in my popcorn chicken rice meal, the whole container was just rice with a little bit of popcorn chicken. Also need to update timing for a pick up order, waited a whole hour with only an estimated time. So by the time I got my order it was cold and my fries were good but soggy. We happened to be grabbing dinner next door and noticed they had just opened. We walked in and on their recommendation we tried the Avocado Smoothie. It's delicious! We've been back almost every night since. Great customer service and all of the employees are very friendly. Last night our son grabbed dinner there (pork & fried rice) & he loved it. Perfection! I'm in the valley to get some car repairs done (see my review on Ram's Tire) and needed a place to hang out for awhile afterwards. As we all know, the two major coffee chains tend to have not so good food and I was hungry. Anyhoo, found this place. First of all, the ambiance is perfect. It's a decent size, trendy, clean, with several seating options depending on your need (Work/study, eat, meet, etc.). Also, it appears to be a bit of a hidden gem so there are hardly any people in here (it's like 1pm on a Saturday). I got the pork belly fried rice meal. It's enough to eat some now and later but once the siracha mayo they have on deck hit, there were no leftovers. Unbeatable for the price. This will definitly be a go-to spot when I'm in the valley. Heck I might even drive out just to come here if the mood hits. Oh and the staff was really nice. The lady was patient with me while I asked questions and went back forth about what kind of milk tea I wanted. Finally settled on the Rose Petals which is good if you like the way roses taste. I'm not a big boba person so next time I will ask for light boba or a regular straw so the boba can not interrupt my drinking experience and I can eat it afterwards. I really like the Popcorn Chicken, it's crispy and has a great flavor and smell. I added Cayenne pepper to make it spicy. The Boba is great too, I like how they are soft and easy to chew. So far I've tried Taro, Honey, Jasmine, Thai, and Almond Milk Tea tasted great and used the yelp free size. I've been here so many times but always forget to use the Loyalty Punch Card but sometimes they remind me. I bet this place is great when dining in, but having the takoyaki delivered was definitely a mistake. They were soggy and to my dismay contained a poor dough to octupus ratio. The avocado smoothie with half sugar and boba was really intense, very heavy on the avocado flavor, but that's my fault. I add avocado to protein smoothies all the time but there are other complementary flavors- this was just avocado. Next time I would try tarp or something. read more

My friends and I have been coming here at least 2-3x/week since the grand opening and things has changed since then. Drinks: if you're planning on ordering any of their smoothies and fruit teas, get it 25% sweet. They're very generous of their sweetener that sometimes even 0% sugar still taste like 100%. I tried their pina colada and passion fruit smoothies and they were barely edible. Their best drink is probably their rose royal fruit tea in 25% sweetened and the avocado 50% sweetened. Food: popcorn chicken is meh at best, there's too many breadcrumb balls disguised as popcorn chicken; go to Bounce in Northridge for good ones. Garlic fries was also meh, you can def taste fresh garlic. I wish they cooked the garlic more to give it more of that classic garlic fries taste. Onion rings were their best until last week when the the amount of pepper was too much and the peppers were literally balling up and covering some of the onion rings. My friend had her throat irritated because it got lined in pepper. It gave me a good laugh, but you also gotta think about the little kids who eat here with their parents. Sausages, eh they barely give you 1 piece lol. Their cheese sticks are okay too. Take a pass on their takoyaki. Overall, the serving size of their food has decreased since opening. They used to almost overflow, but now it barely reaches the top of the cardboard box. Gotta save money i guess. Service: they do their job for sure, but that's it. Don't expect feeling welcomed when you're there. Don't expect starbucks style serving where they remember your name even though you've been going there since opening week lol. In the months we've gone there, only one girl was welcoming and remembered us. Expect a little attitude from their curly haired worker with the long fake nails if you want your drink customized. Overall, it's been average. Definitely a go-to for chilling but dont expect anything extraordinary with the menu. read more

Been here a few times a week since they opened. Drinks are much better than others in the valley. I'm more into tea drinks that aren't diluted in water and sugar. Like many other reviewers, quality has gone down a bit as the tend to add more sugar to their drinks. I'm ordering at 0-25% sweet. I always order fries and popcorn chicken with my drink but the I gotta admit, it isn't as great as it used to be. Expect 30% in bread crumbs in a container now. I'll probably give it a few more chances before they lose my family's business there, which is usually about 25 drinks weekly and a bunch of snack orders. I will continue to update. read more

I have been craving Taiwanese food for a while. The problem is that I would have to drive to the SGV to get some and it is pretty far away. The valley has been increasingly getting really good boba places but one thing it is lacking in is Taiwanese food. Luckily, there is T4 Cafe. Located sort of hidden in a plaza, T4 not only offers milk tea and drinks but snacks and meals! I got their Earl Grey Milk Tea with boba (upgrade to a large for free by checking in to Yelp) and it was pretty good. The flavor of the tea was a little too weak for me and the boba was chewy and soft but could use a little bit of sweetness. Their popcorn chicken was crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside, a craving that satisfied me; I didn't see an option to adjust the spiciness nor did the cashier ask me how spicy but the spiciness does sneak up on you and I'd estimate it to be about mild/medium. I did wish the chicken had a little bit more flavor but it was good with the sweet and sour dip. Their minced pork rice meal is interesting; normally, minced pork rice comes with just pork and rice but this one had veggies also. It was pretty decent overall. This is probably the only option to get Taiwanese food and snacks in the valley so I'll come back to try other milk tea flavors and food as well. read more

Horrible customer service. I waited longer than I should have for a Thai Tea. I approached the little girl saying that there is no one in here with a boba in hand and that it is taking long. About 7 people were waiting. And her excuse was that "there are people ahead of me..." along with attitude she gave me. I was just implying that there are 5 other workers in here that need to help her. I suggest the owner needs to have these workers practice doing things faster. They are all slow. Love their boba and food itself but it sucks how slow the workers are. read more

Their milk tea is good, but I've experienced problems with the food and service the past two times I've visited. The first time I ordered the egg puffs and it turned out undercooked. I checked the puffs and the center was still wet. They remade it again, but it still turned out the same! I was so disappointed since I love egg puffs and this is the closest place that serves it. The manager/supervisor gave me a free drink card, but they definitely need to improve the recipe. I just returned again today and ordered the popcorn chicken. The problem this time was the wait. I waited about 30 minutes and another customer who ordered after me got their popcorn chicken first. That's when my boyfriend checked on our order and they totally forgot about it! The manager apologized and offered a drink card but we waited another 10 minutes for it. I really wanted to like this place because their drinks are good and they have a lot of options, but it's like I've had bad luck with them. Someone should make sure orders are followed through in a timely manner and that the food quality is consistent. read more
