I call back 20-30 min later when I get the message. After all the holds etc. get a person (Michael/employee number 101655) on the phone. More hold to connect me to repairs. Comes back--"given we are now an hour past your appointment time..we need to reschedule) Um excuse me? We are 4 hours past my appointment time when your side called me. Asked repeatedly to speak to a manager. DENIED. Asked again. Can have a manger contact you in 24 hours. WHAT THE ACTUAL??? Refused to connect me to a manager or supervisor on the spot. Try to call the local store I purchased at--get their corporate overloads again... Go back online to make another apt--none for another week. I still don't know if they will even fix the ring. What it will cost. Nothing. This should not be so difficult. And I'm still flabbergasted that they made their mistake--mine. And then denied me escalatory measures.... AVOID.
