The groomer Carrie called me and updated me throughout the process, she let me know that before getting to some of the more 'annoying' mats for my kitty, she was going to have someone assist her. I sincerely appreciate the attention to my pets comfort and needs. She was able to get all of the mats shaved off and my 19 year old lady is happy as a clam now here at home. The groom looks phenomenal for all that had to be done, and the price, PHENOMENAL. I got to tip a larger amount because the price was so reasonable. I sincerely recommend this shop.
