Found this place through a Yelp search, and it was conveniently close to the hotel we're staying at. It's a proper Chinese restaurant featuring soup dumplings along with many other Chinese staples. We come from an area where Chinese food choices are rather limited, so this was a great find for us. The restaurant is very spacious and modern, with plenty of tables to accommodate different group sizes. We arrived around 6:30pm on a Saturday evening and, surprisingly, it wasn't too busy. We were seated right away and served water. Ordering was easy: you can order from the menu or use the tablet at the table. I went with the tablet, and it was just a few easy clicks. We ordered the Berkshire pork soup dumplings, dan dan noodles, and Cantonese roast duck. I'd recommend all three. The soup dumplings were plump, flavorful, and nice and fresh when they arrived. The dan dan noodles were warm and flavorful, while the Cantonese roast duck had that satisfying crunch on the outside and juicy meat on the inside. Everything looked and tasted the way it should. They have a large selection of dishes, and I noticed quite a few tables ordering the clay pot dishes. Would love to have tried them, if I had room left! For a bonus they offer complimentary oranges for a healthy desert. Overall, this was a great find. If you enjoy Chinese food, especially classic dishes like these, this place is worth checking out. pros: clean ambiance cons: slow service we loved how airy and lofty the restaurant interior felt! out of everything we ordered , we especially liked the honey walnut shrimp, cantonese steamed chicken, and garlic green beans. the shrimp was heavily coated in the sauce, the chicken was super tender, and you can't go wrong with green beans. the crab xlb was not juicy and had a dry skin, would not recommend. the specialty sizzling beef was good, spicy but good. the hot and sour soup bowl is enough for 4 people. the specialty eggplant with century egg was a unique dish, the texture is on the softer/mushy side so if you don't like that texture i would skip ordering this. -we liked that everything wasn't oily, however there were some dishes that could've used a little more oomph like white pepper, garlic, etc. -kinda ironic that they're a soup dumpling place but that was our least fav thing -i wished they left a water carafe on the table so we didn't have to wait for them to come around, which wasn't very often read more

Absolutely impressed with Linglong. The restaurant color way and design is very aesthetic, creating a calm dining experience. After seating, they give you a tablet and menu to order from. The food itself comes in a timely manner and each portion was good for the price. The crab & pork xiao long baos were lightly flavored, not too salty. The skin is a little thicker, yet still soft. The fish fillet with pickle is very traditional and delicious! The fish was delicate, soup was pretty spicy, and had a strong pickled fermented taste. Other dishes were also very good, nothing was disappointing. It may be due to going at a non busy time, but service was so good. There were multiple servers checking up on us and continuously paying attention to refilling our water/taking emptied dishes. My friend and I saw this place and I knew I had to try it! I came on a weekday morning and it was actually quite lively. It's a very big open space with windows to let natural light in, which was really nice for a breakfast/brunch vibe. Service was not that great. I kept having to repeatedly ask for water by flagging the waiters down and nobody ever came to check on us themselves. For the food, we got the crab and pork xiao long bao, beef xiu mai, spicy wontons, and garlic green beans. I barely tasted the crab fot the XLB and also could have been a bit juicier, but overall still good. I wasn't that big of a fan of the beef xiu mai because of how dry it was, especially in comparison to the XLB. The spicy wontons were very flavorful with some peppercorn spice, which I really enjoyed. It was probably my favorite dish that I tried! Lastly, there were both pros and cons to the garlic green beans. They were very delicious and flavorful! Just of note, it does seem to be fried with some kind of ground meat on top, which is great for the flavor, but I noticed that it didn't say anything about having meat on it, so beware if you are vegetarian/vegan. It also came out kinda cold (it seemed like it was pre-prepared) and I wish it tasted more fresh. We came here on a Saturday night for dinner. We got seated right away but no one came to give us water for a long time. They gave me a tablet to order and no server to ask about their menu. We ordered the crab and pork dumplings, Dan Dan noodle and steamed fish. All the dishes were very salty. The restaurant is very spacious and can hold large parties. Server never came to check on us. It's sad to see Taste of Beauty (former vegetarian restaurant) gone (the food was great but the price point would prevent people from coming back). With abundant soup dumplings places everywhere now I was curious to see how this one stacks up. The interior felt upscale casual and spacious. You can order from tablet and the food came out quickly enough. Stinky tofu: the thing about this dish is some people prefer the funky smell not too strong but the stinkiest one tastes the best. This one didn't knock my socks off and that's too bad. The dipping sauce was kind ok too, not enhanced nor elevated the taste of the fried tofu. Walnut shrimps: they used the big shrimps for this dish and the thick batter added the volume. The sauce was really rich and sweet so I could not eat more than two. And there were only about five pieces of candied walnut. Fried beef noodles: this tasted like average chow mein with about (again) five slices of beef. One of my dining companion said it was worse than one from the speedy bear chain but I think he was being harsh. The fantasy (mixed) and black pork soup dumplings: I've had better. If these are their specialty items then maybe I was wrong but there's nothing to write home about here. Mapo tofu: the saving grace. We all enjoyed this one. There's enough kick and mala seasoning to make it proper Mapo tofu. I was glad I ordered it. Quite like this for an all around restaraunt. Nice parking and inside is so spacious it can fit big parties and even has private rooms. The owner is hospitable and the inside looks like with higher ceilings. Apparently the wait can be bad but we came at a lucky time. Where else could you get soup dumplings and stir fried dishes?? We love to hit up the new restaurants in our area, and Ling Long was next on the list. We stopped in for lunch, and wow! The restaurant is so clean, bright and modern on the inside. The staff is so friendly, and our server Vila was fun, cheerful and very helpful. She is a gem. We ordered a pot of tea to enjoy while we explored the large menu. Finally deciding our lunch choices we placed our order. Mr. B ordered the Walnut Shrimp, which Vila said was one of their most popular and the shrimp are huge, boy was she write. The shrimp were gigantic, the sauce on the top was tangy and sweet at the same time. The walnuts were toasted and covered in sesame seeds. It was a beautiful dish and absolutely incredible. The shrimp were crunchy and creamy tender on the inside. I chose the vegetable dumplings. They were delivered with a lovely soy sauce based dipping sauce. There were eight in the steamer basket and were steamed extremely well. They were tender and flavorful. Our lunch was scrumptious and we will absolutely go back to try other items on the menu. Parking is easy. They are located in the same shopping center as Pho Ha Noi, and Kappo Honda. The restaurant was previously Taste of Beauty. Came here for a family dinner on a Friday night and was pleasantly surprised there was no wait. This spot used to be called Mandarin. My coworkers and I used to come here often for lunch, but it's been refreshed with a spacious layout and a charming tea house-inspired decor. Service was excellent from start to finish--attentive without being overbearing, and everything came out at a great pace. We ordered several dishes to share among four: Pickled Mustard Greens with Pork Intestines Berkshire Pork Xiaolongbao (8 pieces) Dan Dan Noodles Orange Beef Cantonese Roast Duck (Half) Eggplant with Century Egg Honestly, everything we tried was delicious--I have nothing negative to say. The standout for me was the Cantonese roast duck. The skin was perfectly crispy, and the meat was juicy, rich, and packed with flavor--easily one of the best I've had in a while. The pickled mustard greens with pork intestines had a nice kick and were surprisingly addictive. The eggplant with century egg was something I'd never had before, and it totally impressed--super flavorful and unique. The orange beef was crispy and satisfying, and the Dan Dan noodles had that great numbing spice that keeps you going back for more. The xiaolongbao were solid and well-executed. I have been coming to Ling Long Restaurant since their grand opening, and it has always been one of our go to spots. We usually leave impressed, which is why this recent visit was so disappointing and felt like a noticeable drop in quality. I included photos comparing the same dishes from 2/28 and our most recent visit on 4/9, and the difference was clear. The steamed poached chicken came out hot, almost like it went straight from cooking to the table without the usual cooling step, so it lost that silky texture. The crab soup dumplings were the biggest letdown. The wrappers looked wet and slightly yellow, broke easily, had very little soup, and the filling tasted off. When I mentioned it, I was told it was a different item, even though I have ordered this before. They did replace it, which I appreciated, but the response felt dismissive. We also ordered the Peking duck and confirmed it would take about 15 minutes, and were told yes. It ended up taking closer to 55 minutes with no updates, and we had to take it to go. The half duck for $50 had very little meat and was mostly skin, which did not feel worth the price. I truly hope this was just an off day because we have had great experiences here, but this visit left us disappointed. read more

We tried this new Chinese place that opened up in the old Mandarin location (Brookhurst & Ellis in FV). We wanted to do a test drive to see if we would eat here for a rellies bday, that is the weekend after Lunar New Year. Positives: The duck was as good as any duck hanging in a window in Chinatown. There was plenty of moist meat, and the skin was crispy; The cucumbers and chili oil wontons (not pictured), were very good. The cucumbers were fresh & crunchy, and had a nice kick to them. The chili oil on the wontons was fyah. My mouth numbed a bit from the oil. I dipped the dumplings in the oil to use a starch to neutralize the heat; Negatives: The soup dumplings were more like baos w/o any soup, and the Mongolian beef was bland; Our table was right next to the machine printing the orders, and by where the linens are located. They should move all that stuff to the front of the restaurant where customers are not located; We dropped $100 before tax & tip, but no one thanked us after we paid the bill nor exited the restaurant. The bday celebrant was part of the 3 person "Committee" that went to lunch. Unfortunately, she gave a thumbs down to celebrate her bday here. However, she did say, as did the rest of the Committee, that it was worth a second visit. New Chinese food spot in Fountain Valley, a good addition in those area for group dining. Parking lot is spacious and the space inside is quite open. There were a good amount of larger tables so definitely a good option to bring the whole family. We were able to order food via their website and most of it came pretty quickly. We did end up having to wait about 25 min for the Peking duck which we thought was pretty good. The other dishes we ordered included the pork and crab XLB, cucumbers salad and hot&sour soup. I've visited twice: the first time, the food was good, but the second visit was a bit disappointing. Not sure if it was just the dishes I picked or my personal preferences. Honey Walnut Shrimp: 7/10 - These were huge, honestly the biggest honey walnut shrimp I've ever had. Appreciated the crispiness, but about 75% of it felt like breading. The sauce was a bit too sweet and heavy, which overpowered the shrimp. Eggplant with Century Egg: 8/10 - Phenomenal and super flavourful. My only complaint is that it's a bit too oily. Venison: 6.5/10 - A special that wasn't on the menu. Cool to try an exotic meat, but nothing particularly stood out about the dish. Also felt a little on the dry side. Steamed Seabass: 6/10 - Beautiful presentation and perfectly cooked fish, but the sauce was bland. Great spot for some authentic chinese food in Fountain Valley! Tried a variety of dishes but some standouts were the sizzling beef and the black truffle soup dumplings. Overall, all of the dishes were great. The beef was made well and the soup dumplings were delicious. However, the filet fish soup was incredibly spicy even though we asked for less spice which was disappointing. It was spicy to the point where it was difficult to eat, and this is coming from someone who loves spicy food. If you want to try some dessert after your meal I also recommend the chocolate soup dumplings! A fun dish that was really good. Modern Chinese restaurant with a surprisingly beautiful interior in Fountain Valley. A friend recently recommended Linglong Soup Dumplings, which opened earlier this year. When I looked up the address, I realized it took over the space that used to be Taste of Beauty, a pretty well known upscale vegetarian restaurant. After doing a little research, I learned Linglong is the newest concept from the Dongting Chun / Dongting Fresh Hunan Cuisine restaurant group. The menu leans toward Hunan style dishes but also includes a wide variety of other Chinese classics, so a few friends and I decided it would be a good spot to explore together. The space itself is one of the first things you notice. It looks like they kept many of the structural design elements from the previous restaurant. The dining room features high ceilings, woven rattan pendant lights, light wood beams, and natural light coming down from above, which makes the whole space feel bright and open. It also looks like they've rearranged the dining layout a bit and added some new decor, including Chinese landscape artwork tied to the Dongting Chun brand. The soft Morandi tone colors paired with white marble tables give the restaurant a modern Chinese aesthetic that feels calm and polished. It's definitely different from the typical older style Chinese restaurant interior. Each table has a QR code so you can scan and order directly from your phone. There is a printed menu with photos, but it only shows a limited selection of dishes. The digital menu is much more detailed and even shows spice levels. Fair warning though, the menu is pretty extensive and it took us a while to decide what to order. Here are a few dishes we tried: 1. Berkshire Pork Soup Dumplings 黑豚小籠湯包 (8 pcs) - $8.98 One of their signature items and probably the best value on the table. The dumplings were nicely pleated and filled with plenty of soup. The pork tasted clean with no unpleasant smell. Definitely something I would order again. 2. Sticky Rice Shaomai (4 pcs) 四喜糯米燒賣- $9.98 These are slightly larger than typical Cantonese siu mai and filled with sticky rice, pork, beans, and mushrooms. It was decent but not the most memorable dish for me. 3. Roast Duck (Half) 港式燒鴨（半隻）- $28.98 The skin was crispy but a little on the firm side. The meat itself was tender, and the sauce paired nicely with it. Overall a solid dish. 4. Spicy Popcorn Chicken 玲瓏辣子雞- $21.98 A classic Sichuan style dish with fried chicken, dried chilies, and peanuts. It looks extremely spicy, but surprisingly it wasn't spicy at all. It's definitely a dish that goes well with rice, though the price felt slightly high. 5. Braised Chayote Leaves 上湯龍鬚菜- $25.98 This vegetable isn't very common to find around here. The broth included century egg and ham, giving it a light but comforting flavor. Interestingly, this ended up being my personal favorite dish of all orders. 6. White rice 白飯 is $1.99 per bowl and we ordered a couple bowls to go with everything. Service was fairly minimal since ordering is done online, but the staff came by regularly to refill water. If you prefer a quieter dining experience with less interruption, this setup actually works pretty well. After finishing our meal, I noticed the upstairs area was open and asked if it was also part of the dining space. One of the partners kindly showed us around. There's a private room with a large table that seats about ten people, plus another section that could work well for group gatherings or small events. There's even a private restroom upstairs. He mentioned there's currently no room rental fee, although that might change in the future. Before leaving, we noticed desserts listed on the digital menu and were offered a complimentary strawberry pudding to try. The partner explained that their desserts are made by an award winning pastry chef from Taiwan, and that ingredients like taro are sourced from Taiwan. The pudding texture was firmer than I expected, possibly due to the type or ratio of gelatin used. With menu prices ranging from about $5.98 to $9.98, I might personally choose to order another basket of soup dumplings instead. We also received a limited time discount coupon before leaving, which was a nice touch. You can tell the restaurant is putting effort into building the brand. North Orange County doesn't have a huge number of Chinese restaurants, and Linglong's modern interior definitely helps it stand out from more traditional spots. Overall it was a pleasant first visit and I'd be interested in coming back to try more dishes. **One small note: I did notice what seems like a bug with their online ordering system. I had left the digital menu page open earlier, and later realized I could see the order list from the guests who sat at the same table after us. Trying to come to appreciate a Chinese restaurant in fountain valley since it's been awhile since mandarin was last here, but there is a lot of improvement need to be addressed here. First off, no greeting of guests in the front but a pointed direction of check in on the kiosk. Instead we see the manager in a pisst off mood with her staff about missing cash in the register. I believe this should be handled quietly instead of publicly showing disgruntled behavior. This is disheartening to watch and people started leaving. Second, as we watch the charade of argument, we still see people not being seated after 20-30 minutes. I waited till 45 minutes and that's when my guest got really upset and demanded where are we seating since it's been so long and no one has approached the guests when to get seated. With such anguish, one of the staff immediately got us seated in a 2 seated table when we have 3. No matter since I am just a little appalled by the behavior. Decor of the area was clean with bright lights. Much improvement but didn't make sense to see the center island to be a booth around larger tables. Didn't look well planned out for that arrangement. Plenty of seats but felt like we are packed in. Food wise we have to order by qr code and worse the table number is so small that when the staff brings the food the sign is too hard for them to see. Worst, the staff took the sign and moved to another table which made it even crazier for the staff to deliver. Luckily one of the staff recognized our situation and was able to get our order available to us and make sure we have all our items Now the important part. The food. I would say the food is on the spicier side and that pretty much explain why I saw so many people got takeout boxes. The paper menu didn't explain spicy level but the online menu show just one spice level. Didn't expect a lot of the dishes to come out that spicy. The sizzling beef was underwhelming because we expect better quality beef for 21.98 but really it was like ground out beef. And filled with soy sauce. That's really sad to see. I wouldn't recommend this dish. As for the beef rolls, I think Northern Cafe portion is way better and bigger portion for the same price but right here, two slab of beef with a lot of sauce ( when I asked sauce on the side) and lot of dough. Pork belly was decent with the white buns and the XLB bun ( I didn't look carefully but there is definitely no soup pork bun in there). Might as well call it a pork bun. Soup all absorbed into the bun. Beef and broccoli which I thought would be the easiest to make and not that greasy turned out to be the greasiest plate with a lot of soy sauce. Shoot might as well go to Lucky Chinese food around the corner. I try to give them a better rating but if it's been open for so long and the reviews below is super deceiving to give this place such rating. Would I return? It's a one and done visit. I suggest order takeout and save yourself the hassle of dining there. read more

This place was located in a strip mall so had plenty of parking. Interior looked nice but it was odd to see linen everywhere so didn't seemed refined. You order your food through your phone using the QR menu so the only time you see a server is when your food is brought to the table. Food: the walnut shrimp was too breast and sweet so didn't enjoy. Mongolian beef was decent. I enjoyed the Ong Chou dish as the soup dumplings were ok. I was bummed that they didn't have duck available as they were sold out due to being lunar new year the day before. Biggest fail was the bathrooms smelled awful. We found this through Yelp so upon trying it, we were told they are still in their opening phase. Some items were unavailable as they are still working out their menu. We still ordered quite a lot and loved it all. Amazing quality and really good customer service. Only some spoke English but they were very attentive and our questions were still being addressed. Food arrived in a timely manner. Their pecking duck by far is my favorite in OC. It's juicy yet the skin is crunchy. The noodles weren't too greasy or oily. The buns were so moist. Flavour was on point. Even their mango dessert (complimentary ) was not too sweet. We all devoured it in seconds and was even embarrassed that we ate it so quickly. The ambiance is nice. I'll start there. Clean open and airy. The food is good but the dishes that you'd traditionally eat rice with, they expect you to order rice separately. It felt nickel and dime. They have table cloths but expect you to order off an app and don't offer menus (but apparently if you're a senior citizen they miraculously find a menu to give you). The customer service is lacking and it doesn't match the vibe of the restaurant. If it's casual I'd get the order from the app but it's just weird. We ordered food and requested no veggies in the fried rice on the app. Of course it comes out with veggies and the staff requested to see our receipt before admitting they needed to rectify the dish. This could be avoided with the staff taking order vs "order from the app" as they bring you to your table. Food was decent. I just wouldn't come back for the price and the weird service. This was my first time coming here. Today I went here with my sister, dad, my sister's brother and mom for Mother's Day. Today we got chili oil wonton, fried rice, Mongolian beef, stir fry beef udon noodles, and steamed sea bass with chopped chili. The chili oil wonton was delicious, great flavor, and the wonton was soft and meat was super flavorful and easy to chew. The fried rice was good, but it tastes better with soy sauce or chili oil. The beef noodles were delicious, great flavor, and easy to chew. The Mongolian beef was lacking a bit of flavor but the beef was good & the peppers were good a little hard. I was trying to find a Chinese restaurant in the area and I'm glad I found Linglong. It's a beautiful place with lots of natural light. They were playing really good 1940s music. It was very peaceful and the servers are really nice. I got the pork xlb and chicken noodles. The food was good, but the noodles could maybe use a little more flavor. Like scallion or garlic. Every dish at Linglong was tasty! Our large party was seated in a private room, which required a minimum amount to order. No worries as we picked 11 dishes. My favorite was the extra large honey walnut SHRIMP! Other favorites were the cucumbers, xlb and chicken. Parking was plentiful in the lot, and service excellent. read more

Ling Long is a spacious restaurant with an outdoor patio that was totally empty. We were seated near one of the private dining rooms towards the back. We shared 5 dishes: Cantonese duck half: 3.75/5; good flavor, but as I've experienced before, 1/2 of what is delivered has very little meat and a lot of bones, and so it's just not my preferred style of eating. A lot of messy work for not as much reward. To be fair, it was well cooked, the duck skin was crisp and duck flavor was delicious, and the sour plum sauce was perfect, one of the best I've ever had. Stir-fried green beans 4.5/5: these come liberally doused in garlic and I think maybe cooked soy-infused minced radish, with a scattering of hot chilis. It has a little kick, which our little ones felt was slightly too strong (they normally are big green bean lovers). The adults enjoyed it a lot Steamed pork belly with preserved mustard greens: 6/5, yes six of 5 points. I am in love with this dish, and it's on my list of best things I've eaten all year. Freshly steamed white buns, dark soy-braised preserved mustard greens with pork chunks...like a dark brown, nearly black cloud of earthy goodness...along with generous, thick, soft slabs of soy-braised pork belly. The kids devoured the plain buns and liked them with the pork too. 150% a craveworthy dish, and we will come back just to eat this again. Chicken stir fried noodles: 4/5: a solid, slightly oily fried noodle dish, well seasoned, dark noodles with slivers of vegetables and chunks of chicken scattered throughout. Very enjoyable and balanced...maybe too balanced. Nothing stood out on this dish. Enjoyable but I wouldn't make a trip for this dish. Xiao long bao (berkshire pork): 3.5/5; rustic thick skins, a little bit of soup, but the meat tasted...flavorless. Yes the ginger/vinegar dipping sauce helped, but I think they were a little underseasoned by themselves, which left me...underwhelmed. They also forgot this as part of our order, so it came at the end of our meal. Service was reasonable and friendly. You order using QR code at the table, and the waiter comes to check. The dishes came out a little unevenly, and not altogether. But all in all, a very pleasant experience, and that pork belly with greens is so craveworthy that despite other gaps, Ling Long will certainly get a return visit here just to enjoy that...and might try the $88 Peking Duck next time! read more

It's been a while since I wrote a review for any place but this recent experience really warranted one. I would call that experience "good food with a side of TERRIBLE service". This place was recommended to me as a dupe to Ding Tai Fung. TBH, I have yet to find a place that makes better XLB and this place had good food but I would not say it's on par with DTF. We arrived with reservation but had a wait a bit despite there being available tables (that stayed vacant the entire duration we were there). The host, manager, and wait staff all had long grumpy faces. (The busser who cleared the table was actually the friendliest of all.) the waiter rolled his eyes when we asked to shift the table so we can get into the inside of the corner table more easily. He gave a look of annoyance and rolled his eyes. We said thank you and he just walked away with no acknowledgment whatsoever. We were still waiting for some dishes when the busser came to clear the table. Apparently they forgot some dishes. We ordered quite a bit of food and they tasted pretty good overall. Walnut shrimp was well seasoned and shrimp was good size. XLB was juicy but skin is thicker than DTF. The fresh veggies were perhaps my fave of all we ordered. It was crisp and tasty. If I was evaluating the food, I'd give this place 4 stars. However, the service level makes me not want to return. I can understand if it was just one person who maybe had a bad day and was rude but for almost everyone to have a bad attitude, that's just weird. Will I return? Not sure to be honest as there are plenty of other Chinese places with comparable food quality but significantly better service. read more

We came here for dinner tonight and were blown away! Clean and bright atmosphere comfortable chairs and the food was excellent! We had the walnut shrimp, pork and crab soup dumplings, green beans (really really good!), pan fried pork dumplings (great flavor), and the Linglong Fantasy Tea to share was so flavorful and refreshing. Oh and the pickled cucumbers which were tangy and spicy. Over all an amazing restaurant with great food. Really nice and friendly staff who are attentive and helpful. 10/10 would recommend! read more

Ling long is a one of kind Chinese restaurant. They have a variety of soup dumplings, and classic Chinese favorites. But the owners are from China who has over 12 restaurants in China. The Chinese Chinese dishes are amazing! They have sour fish, stinky tofu (think cheese), eggplants with preserved eggs etc. The taste was amazing. The owners and staff were exceptional. It's good to go somewhere in FV not in Irvine or San Gabriel for both Chinese American and Authentic Chinese dishes. Delicious!!! I picked up food for a birthday celebration for a party of 6. I ordered six different entrees and they were all very good. Out favorites were the pork dumplings and the spicy wontons! The beef skillet was spicey but a MUST! The green beans were surprisingly mu least favorite a little dry but then again it was takeout. We also had the veggie rice and the General Tsao chicken which were good. We will do dine in next time to try the duck! read more

The food will knock your socks off. Ate a lot of different dishes from here at a birthday party. We ordered the spicy pork ribs but had to get a substitution because they ran out and they were very thoughtful to replace it with a different spicy pork dish that was 10/10. Came here for lunch today, & let me tell you .. the inside of this restaurant is really nice lol! The food how ever was ok. We ordered a few things on the tablet first being the hot & sour soup, eeeehhhh it tastes kinda bland, it was needing some vinegar and some white peppaaaaa and maybe some spice lol The scallion pancake was nice, crispy & delicious, probably my fave of all the dishes I ordered .. The chili oil wontons was my least favorite, the wrapper on the wonton was a bit too mushy for me same goes for the pork xao long pao dumplings. Pickled cucumber was decent but a little too spicy for the little ones, Stir fried green beans had the most flavor and that was actually pretty good. Service was a little slow but it's ok because the restaurant is still new but they were really nice. I think this restaurant needs to put some soy sauce, vinegar & maybe satee on the tables for those who likes to dip their food & add a little tang & spice to it, that way we don't have to keep asking the waitress/waiter to keep refilling it our little sauce cups. Only thing about ordering on the tablet is when you ask the waitress something about a certain food item they look at you with a big question mark on their head lol. Food came out fast though.
