    Fish nuggets

This is where my love for Lisa's began more than 10 years ago. It started with their fried catfish plates for Fish Fridays during Lent which grew into their fried chicken and several of their other fried delights. I used to work in the area and even though there are several locations closer now to my home, I like to come by here every now and then for the nostalgia. They have it down in the kitchen here. Fries are golden, chicken strips are big and juicy, fried chicken flavorful inside and crunchy on the outside. This Lisa's have items only available at this location such as spaghetti, fried pickles, steak fingers, fried rice, and fish nuggets. That last one caught my eye today and it was a winner. Little corn meal coated nuggets of fish served with tartar sauce. Tasty and fun to eat. Customer service is brisk as these people are cranking out orders nonstop. They're not rude, just to the point. I'm okay with that. Whenever I'm in the area and I see this place, it just makes me happy to see they're still a part of this community. They've been around for several years and for good reason.

we were celebrating a Vietnamese death anniversary in the nearby cemetery, and it was our task to pick up the chicken. We like to buy local and Lisa's seemed like a good choice. we had chicken and hot wings and I must say it was excellent. Very tasty. Hot and fresh. Lisa's is doing a good job at social distancing, a customer was asked to leave because they did not have a face mask on. I'm looking forward to trying more of Lisa's offerings in the future. Bottom line: Good chicken. Good wings.

Lisa's Fried Chicken is one of my favorite places, I've been going to Lisa's Fried Chicken For at least easy 10 years they have great service great product the chicken is phenomenal nice and crispy juicy. The French Fries are the bomb I would suggest that you get the fried Okra and the white Gravy OMG this is a perfect place for family meals they have family meals that are huge the biggest family meal is 24 piece dinner two sides with rolls dark $18.49 you can't beat that! They have chicken tenders with gravy, fish, hot wings, chicken nuggets, cheese sticks, fried mushrooms, fried squid rings, steak fingers, poppers, chicken nuggets, Pizza Pockets, egg rolls, corn dogs, burritos, onion rings, mini corn dogs, fried pickles, fried rice, and the gumbo let me tell you the gumbo the gumbo is crazy crazy good! If you're looking for great chicken and a low price this is the place! Great for lunch great for dinner great for anytime so if you're close to downtown Fort Worth in the Riverside area this is a place you must check out! Lisa's Fried Chicken, the best chicken I have ever had! These are some pictures that I took up the menu and What I Got 5 piece chicken with okra and french fries and it was great!

FYI, it says cervasa on the building (and they have beer posters of latin chickas everywhere), but they do not sell beer anymore. I don't get the appeal of this place (but I'm not a big fried chicken connoisseur either). People frequently go in and out of this place while I'm here (so someone must like it) yet I'm sitting here thinking it's just OK. I think the price is probably a big factor (pretty reasonable prices on the combos), but other then that the food tastes pretty ordinary or bland. I would have given this place 3 stars for being as "middle of the road" as it is, but I have one big issue with this place. FOOD I CAN'T EAT. Yes, (at times) when I get the chicken tenders or the fried okra I get (on occasions) pieces of food that no one could possibly eat. Either I get good size pieces of cartilage in the chicken tenders, or I get an occasional piece of okra that feels like I'm chewing plastic (leathery). And it hasn't been one visit that I've experienced this. So I end up going the safe approach and getting the chicken nuggets, and green beans (Geez... is this a stem in the green beans?) Anyhow, with a place like El Pollo Regio right across the street, I would recommend just stopping over there instead.

    Yum.

Feels like you stepped into a beach side restaurant in North Carolina or South Carolina. From the atmosphere to the food. All the people from the managers to the servers were extremely nice and helpful and accommodating. And all the food was delicious. The mahi was not my favorite but every other dish we had was amazing. I love brussels sprouts and these are one of the best in town. Fish tacos were great as well and pro tip, they are on the happy hour menu.! Salmon and fillet was perfectly cooked, and not pictured, the brownie peanut butter dessert was a perfect ending.

Plank has a solid HH that is every day - yes, weekends included! Always a plus in my book! On this particular dining experience, we stopped in for an early dinner on Monday and it was not too crowded and we were able to snag a seat at the bar with no issues. Our bartender, Colton, was amazing! He was so personable, took the time to chat and make jokes with us, and was super attentive. As time went on, the bar started to fill up a bit more but he never lost focus on each of his customers and was very efficient. Food recs: beignet hush puppies (must get!), shrimp po' boy, crab cakes, ragin' Cajun maki, blackened catfish. Drink recs: margarita, old fashioned, prosecco, rose prosecco, strawberry surfer.

More than enough food for 4 hungry people. They split the salmon perfectly into 2 plates. The crab cakes were fantastic, and the trout was perfect. The ambiance was excellent, every single employee was friendly and welcoming. Our server, Jacob, was awesome. He listened, asked questions, made recommendations, explained things and checked on us just enough. Service was prompt and efficient. We ordered the oysters sampler (2 of each kind on the menu), hush puppies and calamari to start. The oysters were fantastic! The calamari and hush puppies were delicious. For our main meal we had the ribeye and the branzino. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. I told my husband that this was one of the best meals I've had since moving to Texas (and we've enjoyed some really good meals in our 4 years here). We spent about $320 with tip. Definitely recommend and would go back.

I was in town for work and when I was craving seafood, a coworker/friend suggested we go to Pacific Table. We were in the mood to try a few different cocktails so Jordyn suggested we split them so we weren't drinking / wasting a full drink if we didn't like it. It's been a while since I was there and it looks like their cocktail menu rotates but the two that are still on the menu as I write this review are the Yuzu Lemon Drop and the Cucumber Martini If you're comfortable with who you're dining with, get the grilled artichokes as a starter. When I say these were grilled to perfection.. my goodness!! We split the brussels sprout salad and removed the chicken. I don't remember there being chopped egg in the salad like the menu states but the brussels sprout leaves, manchego and craisins were a great combination! I wish I would have wrote this review earlier because our main course was the special of the evening. I believe it was a miso glazed cod with lump crab. Or maybe it was a lemon butter sauce. Ahh well whatever it was it was incredible and we asked Jordyn for more sauce because it was that good. We finished the evening with a slice of yellow cake with a scoop of homemade vanilla ice cream (that also isn't on the current menu ) and we were pleasantly surprised!!
