Tried this place through DoorDash. It's super delicious. Sandwiches were fresh. Their hot dog was next level bomb, did not expect so many flavors from a basic order. Will definitely order again soon.

2026 update: sandwiches are $13 each for a full. This was our first time trying this place and we will never go back for the sandwiches again. They are bland and flavorless and they definitely skimp you on the meat. I got the beef deep and there were 4 slices of very thin roast beef in it. My husband got the hot pastrami and it was literally the same.

Like all my fellow IE inhabitants from Ontario, Lisa's market was always known for their sandwiches but since they switched owners the sandwiches have not been the same like how they used to make it with love like how we all to know they only kept the OG chef's for a few months and then the food came out like sh!t I hope something changes soon n read more

For those of us who grew up in Ontario, work in Ontario, or are frequently in Ontario, Lisa's is a jewel. Don't listen to anyone else with their crazy petty 1-star reviews. Fresh bread, fresh meats, fresh veggies and awesome flavor. If you're looking for a sandwich, GO TO LISA'S. Every single thing on the menu is amazing. Sandwiches are great and huge. Love Lil markets like these. The staff is super friendly, beware the candy, soda and chips! Lol adds up fast once u spot those! This is our new sandwich place for sure. Lisa's Market is a cute little store with lots of Mexican snacks! Very clean and organized. I was looking for a place to eat lunch, close by the hospital, did I get lucky! Best Turkey Avocado sandwich I've had, in a while. It had lots of meat and Avocado, great price for a six inch at $6.50! Friendly staff at Lisa's Market. The ladies at the deli counter are always very welcoming and polite while I decide what I want to order. I ended up ordering the mafia torpedo sandwich. There were no other customers during my visits at the deli counter, so it has always been fast service. The cashier at the register was helping a liquor store customer before ringing me up. Before he helped me, he noticed the previous customer left his wallet on the counter and alerted him right away. Definitely made a good impression as I know what it's like to lose a wallet. The only observation I wanted to point out is that the smell of marijuana was slightly present when I first arrived. The back door behind the deli seemed to be wide open so it could have traveled inside from nearby. It didn't bother me, it just surprised me that it was so potent in the market. read more

Wow! This little hole in the wall has some pretty BOMB sandwiches!! Let me tell you. Although the bread can use an upgrade. Switch out the processed spongy French bread to fresh baked French bread. Gotta hear that bread crackle. And maybe add some Evoo and Vinegar and Italian spices. Other then that, Pretty BOMB. Customer Service was great. Will definitely be back. read more

2 words. Turkey Avocado. Bread is always fresh and meats are always loaded up and also fresh. They take phone orders or you can order pick up visa DoorDash because around lunch they do get busy. Eat here Atleast every other week. read more

I really don't see what the hype was about got a turkey avocado and added bacon, sandwich is plain I asked for everything on it except Mayo they didn't put Mayo on it but they didn't put mustard on it either so this already dry sandwich is even more dry I'm not a big subway guy but I honestly would've preferred subway over this. read more

Great sandwiches and sides. Definitely worth checking out if you are near by. Otherwise it is comparable to a Jersey Mikes. The sandwiches are fresh the bread is nice and soft. The BLT had nice and crispy bacon. Also tried The Godfather. Both sandwiches were tasty. The side of macaroni was also good. Will definitely buy again if I'm in the area. read more

BOTH ladys making the sandwiches are VERy RUDE , especially the one who took the order.since the beginning her tone and attitude were like she hates her job.. i ordered 2 ham and turkey sandwiches one full size and the other a half size. When she gave them to me they were both HAM only and both full size. When i told her she had a attitude she was like "you said ham" .. no i said ham AND turkey !!! The produce and hot food have always been good, but the customer service is a different story. The employees often seem unhappy rude and uninterested, which makes the shopping experience unpleasant. On top of that, the new self-checkout machines are not my favorite. I understand they're trying to cut labor costs, but it doesn't make things easier for customers--especially when there's only one cashier available and you're basically forced to use self-checkout. Last week, I used the self-checkout, and when I scanned my bolillo, the machine kept stopping. The cashier came over and began inspecting my bag like I had done something wrong. I then said, "I know how to count," because I felt that frustrated. Honestly, I've never felt so disrespected while shopping. If you're going to have self-checkout machines, don't treat your customers like they're doing something wrong. It really takes away from the overall experience.

Because of how uncomfortable and unwelcome we felt, we decided to walk away without buying any chicken at all. I understand policies can change, but customer service and respectful communication still matter. What I truly did not appreciate was that as we were leaving the store, I noticed the elderly employee speaking to another worker while staring at us as we exited the market. The other employee then turned around and looked at us as well, making it very obvious we were being talked about. That was extremely rude and unprofessional, and it made the situation even more uncomfortable.

I've also noticed that she treats every customer with the same kindness, warmth, and genuine care. It's clear that making people feel welcome comes naturally to her. If he would have just told us right away we don't have key this is the situation it would have been fine but all the in between wasn't necessary when he knew all along they didn't have a key.

I wanted to come try a sandwich from here. I looked up sandwich shops near me and found this place pretty close to home. I assumed it was inside a liquor store and I thought that would make it pretty neat but I was wrong. I was immediately uncomfortable when I walked in I was just stared at by a creepy guy who just watched me as I picked out my chips and look at the menu and the ladies at the sandwich counter didn't even look at me. This place isn't friendly for new customers at all. I'm disappointed because I really wanted a good sandwich but not from a place like this.
