But almost $30 for the pizza (size is slightly bigger than a trader joes frozen pizza), we didn't think it was worth it. The flavor was fresh, light and fruity, with the bitterness of the coffee keeping it grounded and sophisticated. I even ate the orange slice at the end. The wait for my drink was probably about 7-10 minutes but knowing that in the future, I'm willing to plan around if the product is going to be this good. There are a lot of great pepperonis in the area. The doneness was great. It wasn't over- or undercooked. The flavor was good, but not, as some have said, amazing. In both cases, the crust was limp and soggy, NOT chewy and crispy. Not in the least. I don't mind if it's a little bit floppy, but not like this. An analogy I might give is to compare Tomatoes Apizza to Modern Apizza in actual New Haven is like comparing Jets Pizza to Loui's. Jet's is fine, but Loui's! (If you know, you know). To me, Modern in New Haven is at par, and not to be sacrilegious to our beloved Detroit Style, with Loui's or Palazzo Di Pizza, so it's not a style issue. My two experiences were both the same, so I don't know what to think. I'll give them one more try at some point.
