    Dinner crew was good tonight

Don't expect smiles and great customer service here, 5 stars for the food quality and took away 2 stars for really bad customer service. TIP: call in your order and don't waste your time ordering at the counter. Staff looks very angry, I give the benefit of the doubt so there could be a reason for that. Other than the staff attitude, they did their job, the pizza and crazy bread are REALLY GOOD. If you ask me, I'll call in and put up with the attitude for 2 minutes for the good food.

Little Caesar's is, well, Little Caesar's. It's cheap, convenient, open late and you can order online and pick it up from the pizza portal! Easy. This was actually the first time I ordered online. Did it to avoid personal contact really. It was easy. Paid and did everything online. It told me how long it would take to be ready and it told me when it was ready and sent me a QR code to scan when I got there. That was cool. Customer service at this location has never been above and beyond. It's honestly not even worth a mention. The food hasn't really ever disappointed though, and that matters. My favorite is the thin crust pepperoni extreme. Yummy! Don't let yourself eat the whole box! It's thin crust, so, you feel like it's not a lot. I also like wings with the pizza. Buffalo and then I put lemon pepper at home. Most of the time I do feel like I need to pop mine back in the oven though because I want my things HOT and if I eat as is, it's normally just warm. That's all.

Never thought the $5 hot and ready pizza would be so disgusting. You get what you pay for I guess. Very disappointed.Worst ever

Worst location I've ever been to. The cashier guy was nice but whoever makes the pizza needs to be fired. It was undercooked and looked disgusting. The location is a bit out of my way so it wasn't worth driving back to complain. But it's a $5 pizza that's been sitting there for hours, what can you expect.

So disgusted right now. I stopped in to grab a pizza for my daughter, and the guy was sitting on the counter. After looking to see where the next location was, It was obviously too far to drive. So I decided that I would go in and ask them to clean the front counter. She asked me "why?" In a very rude tone, and after explaining that they guys ass was on the counter when we pulled up she suggested that she NOT clean the counter, and she place the pizza on the other side of the cou ter where "he wasnt sitting" smh. That is disgusting. It just shows you how they dont care about being hygienic at all. Never coming back. Cant believe she would even question me about cleanliness of the store. Trust me Ill be calling in the AM!!!!

This place sucks. Every time I order pizza it's underdone, it's warm or even hot but looks like it's been sitting out for hours. Gross.

The first night I was greeted by a friendly host and sat at the bar, where Billy took great care of me. He recommended the Cotto e Salsiccia, and I'm so glad he did. It was easily one of the best pizzas I've had. While I was there, the cheesemaker let me try a bite of the fresh mozzarella they were making in-house. It was still warm and absolutely delicious. The next night I was feeling a little homesick after being away for work, and all I could think about was that pizza. I walked back in and the host greeted me by name. I sat at the bar again, where another bartender remembered me from the night before, and Billy came over just to say hi. It seems like such a small thing, but when you're traveling alone, being welcomed back like that can completely change your evening. What really impressed me was seeing that it wasn't just me. The guy next to me ordered two pizzas to go, and when the chef brought them out he smiled and said, "Oh, Jose! I thought this order looked familiar!" You can tell they actually know their regulars and genuinely enjoy what they do. The second night I ordered the Fontina e Salsiccia, and somehow it was just as good as the first pizza. Everything is cooked in the wood-fired oven--even the wings--and you can taste the difference. The crust has that perfect char, the ingredients are fresh, and it's the kind of authentic Neapolitan pizza that keeps you thinking about it long after you've left. I've eaten at a lot of good restaurants while traveling, but very few have made me feel as welcome as Dough did. Great food is one thing. Great people are what made me come back the very next day. I'll absolutely be back the next time I'm in San Antonio.

Dough Pizzeria Napoletana truly lives up to its commitment to authenticity. Our waiter was…read moreincredibly attentive and took the time to explain the restaurant's philosophy: as many ingredients as possible are imported directly from Italy, and anything that can't be imported is thoughtfully sourced from local producers. That attention to detail definitely comes through in the food. I ordered the arugula salad with chicken, and it was outstanding. The combination of candied pumpkin seeds, creamy goat cheese, roasted beets, and balsamic vinaigrette was perfectly balanced, with every bite offering great texture and flavor. My friends ordered the pepperoni pizza and couldn't stop talking about how delicious it was. Then came dessert... and I completely lost all self-control--in the best way possible. We ordered the affogato, tiramisu, torta di polenta, and the Nutella torta. Every single dessert was beautifully executed and absolutely delicious. If I had to pick favorites, the affogato and the Nutella torta were the standouts, but honestly, you can't go wrong with any of them. Excellent service, thoughtfully sourced ingredients, and food that delivers from start to finish. I'll definitely be back!

The food feels like the chefs were given good quality materials, but had no idea what to do with them. We ordered a funghi pizza to share then a cinghiale, a costine (short ribs), and a dentice (bass). Funghi pizza was the only dish that made coming worth it at all. It had a nice flavor, but if you're expecting the notes of an earthy mushroom flavor, don't. It's just a nicer version of a standard cheese pizza topped with some onions and mushroom. The cinghiale was just stunningly mediocre. The meat was flavorful, but the pasta itself was shockingly bland. It was just so... ok. The dentice was the best of the 3 individual dishes, but it is just what you would expect some average short ribs with random sauce to taste. The costine was just terrible. Salty on the outside, yet flavorless on the inside. Avoid at all costs. The service was passable, but they clearly overwork their servers as one server just handles an entire section and is too overwhelmed to be timely. I came to cheer myself up, but honestly it only made dinner comically worse. I seriously can't imagine what would cause someone to rate this as 5 stars. Maybe if they thought Olive Garden was 4.5, then I guess this would barely be a 5 in comparison? Either way, if you're looking for good food for your dinner, keep looking. You won't find it here.

Every dish feels thoughtfully curated with tried-and-true recipes rooted in Chef Luca and his family's Northern Italian traditions. This is the kind of place where quality takes priority over quantity. Our server, Gary, was fantastic. He was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and passionate about Italian food and wine. His recommendations were spot-on and his enthusiasm felt so genuine. We started with a bread basket accompanied by a little sampling of tapenade, which was savory, briny, and a perfect complement to the warm bread. Came in with a group of four, we kicked things off with the burrata starter--a surprisingly fun and shareable adventure of baked burrata, fresh crostini, roasted cauliflower, asparagus, sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, and basil cream. There was a lot happening on the plate, but it all worked beautifully together. For our entrées, we ordered the Tartufo, Cinghiale, Bolognese, and Carbonara. And let me just say, the Tartufo was a full-on dinner performance. Gary brought out steaming hot tagliatelle pasta and tossed it tableside inside a giant wheel of Parmesan. He then topped it with crab meat in brown butter before finishing it with a generous shaving of truffle. Every bite was like a perfectly timed symphony of flavors--rich, savory, buttery, and earthy, with nothing outshining the other. I'd put this dish up against anyone's nonna. I sampled the other three entrées as well, and every one was delicious. The gnocchi in the Cinghiale is an absolute must-try--pillowy, texturally delightful, and packed with flavor. Thank you, Nonna Osteria, for such an epic culinary experience. And a special shoutout to Gary for guiding us through the menu and making an already great dinner even better.
