The contracting and scheduling process was efficient and the team started on time and was courteous to neighbors. The team, led by Abraham, worked incredibly hard and carefully. We have underground electrical and irrigation lines as well plants in full bloom that they navigated with care. Abraham consulted with us whenever there was a choice to be made (ie: slope lines) and we took his advice each time - his recommendations produced a far better product than what we had initially requested. Abraham recommended and changed the orientation of our door so it would be more safe for our family. A true pro who was not just doing the job but ensuring the family behind the gates are better off in the long run. We had a fairly large project involving different fence types, four different gates, and also…read morelogistically difficult due to our hill and delicate plants. We worked with Jacob to make a plan and work out details and needs. Jacob assured us the plants would be avoided as best as possible, and went over what should be moved or tied back to help ensure they were protected. Inevitably a couple of plants were just too in the way, but overall the team took lots of care around them. There was a little delay with the posts we went with and Jacob communicated wonderfully about this, and worked to get us in immediately once the posts were finished with the fabricator. Cristian led the work crew and was an excellent communicator throughout. We ran into a couple of underground wires that were not properly marked by the marking company, he was extremely remorseful and one of the guys ran out to get parts immediately to put in a temporary fix. Again, this was not their fault, yet they took responsibility. The team worked hard for several days, always communicating what was happening. They were respectful, and not loud (except for power tools as needed). The project made a bit of a mess, I was a little worried about clean up, but Cristian assured me they would be doing a full clean up once the project concluded. They did such a great job cleaning up! So not happy with our fence & gate. I got multiple quotes & went with this company. I stated I…read morewanted the fence the same height as the old one - it was built considerably taller. Completed before I could check & counter - so I just went with it. Looking down from the top, post caps were put on askew & trellis rails not nailed down properly. After about a year, multiple posts warped. Those were fixed. Now my gate is completely off & unusable as the post has split. They refuse to fix. Lesson - the warranty doesn't really cover much. While it does state "5 year warranty on all posts" it also states that they won't cover "Swelling, sagging, shrinking, warping, cracking or splitting of wood". So what does the warranty cover? Our old fence stood for well over 15 years without issue.

They were willing to manage a lot more of the work than other companies at a similar price point, instead of me hiring a separate landscaper. Louis, Oscar and the others in the crew then came out and did the work. They were courteous and polite the entire time, including working with my neighbour and I on placement and other details. There were a few questions they had, due to the contours of the property, which I appreciate them confirming with me vs just doing what they felt was right. This wasn't something that could be noted in advance, as they had to blaze through bushes/trees first and led to an outcome we were pleased with. They appeared to have cleaned well and we're happy with the installation, gates and communication.

Update on August 6th here since I can't reply to the owner's response directly…read more Paulo's response is unfortunately utterly lies. 1) We have email and phone records showing you made one call to us during the project onsite, not "multiple efforts" as you mentioned. We had never "declined to engage with your team during the process". Your company, on the other hand, disengaged when asked to discuss the fence issues. Attached an email evidence show your crew failed to respond to our requests. 2) It was on a busy work day for us when your crew was onsite. We had zero expectation that we would be needed onsite, given that we had already laid out the expectations in the contract after the initial consultation. If anyone thinks about hiring this company, please look at Paulo's response to me, and prepare to take time off to make sure to supervise their crew for them. 3) Your attorney Olsen made it clear to us that he was not interested in further litigating for you on the case. At no point our attorney dis-engaged. Again there are also phone and email records. This is reaching even a lower point with plain lies to deceive future customers.
