Three customers came in after us and they even got their food. We finally got up and left. This place was one of my favorite go to restaurants for lunch since it is very close to work. I had an unfortunate repeat unpleasant experience when it came to the customer service of the wait staff. It was lunch time, but not super crowded, our party was sat down quickly by one waitress. After sitting for about 15 minutes we got the attention of a waitress to ask if we could order our drinks, she said she was super busy with other customers that came in before us. I said "ok" we won't order yet but can we get some chips and salsa and she snapped at us again. After a while we placed our drink orders and she brought us chips and salsa and was hurrying us along for our orders. After our meals were brought out she asked if we were "ok" and at the moment we were, but then I needed silverware and my friend called for a waitress that was nearby. That waitress said she was not our waitress and that we had to wait for her for help. When "our" waitress came back she made it very clear that she was our waitress and that we shouldn't be calling out for anyone else. She came back a couple of times asking us very sarcastically if we had everything we needed and to make sure we ask her the next time. Unbelievable! I would let this go, but it was pretty bad. I didn't ask to talk to a manager because we were there celebrating a birthday and didn't want to bring down the group. This place needs to work with its wait staff a lot. It seems they cannot work very well under slight pressure and talking to your customers that way like we are children and haven't understood the rules is unacceptable. I have frequented this establishment due to their delicious micheladas. Although the decor is extremely outdated, the food here is descent and they offer a large selection of Mexican food. My experience here was not good. I walked in and no one greeted me. When a waitress eventually saw me she had me sit in a table really close to the cash register, it was pretty uncomfortable with people looking over my shoulder as I ate. So I came here to order tostadas the ceviche the camarón. Every time I come here I order the red aguachile sauce. The girl that rung me up must've not listened properly to my request because when they were done, they were green. After the fact she decided to tell me that I was mistaken and I must've ordered the greens one by accident lol. I've been coming to this place for over 2 years ordering the same thing. I really think that people need to get properly educated on customer service skills and also on the Golden listening rule which is listen to others as you would like others to listen to you. Little Mexico is right next to a car wash, so I usually get my carne asada tacos while waiting for my car to wash. The food is pretty tasty, however, the carne asada, which is what I usually get, is often not good quality. It usually has a ton of fat lard on it, which I find very disgusting. Other than that, it's not a very nice place to enjoy lunch, but it's pretty tasty Mexican food (I overlook the fat lard because the tacos are still good). The price is within normal range for its type of food. Seating is sometimes limited and the seats/tables are often dirty. They also have very tasty sauces, but are stingy with it. read more

Credit Card Fraud!!! Do not use your card here. Everybody in our office has been hit for amounts ranging from $12 - $17 multiple times in the past month. Check your cards for activity if you have used your card here in the past 3-4 months. We regularly used the car wash and ate good food while we waited but this continuous fraudulent activity has forced us to go elsewhere. Please be on alert! The place is clean and very comfortable. The food is amazing all the way. The only reason why I am leaving a bad review was because the waiters are very rude. We were a party of 3 and only gave us 2 menus when I asked for another one she said oh okay and walked aways. She never brought me back that 3rd menu. When we finally ordered she brought us our drink and we waited for our food when our food arrived my husband asked for a cup of water and they brought is 20 minutes later. Came here with my family for lunch with my cousin, who works nearby. Place was busy, which is a good sign, usually. We ordered and it did take forever, partly our fault. The food, well in came out in batches. My mom got some yucky (to me) looking tostadas with shrimp (the yucky part). Those came out first. Then, like 10 minutes later, was my sisters fajitas... with no tortillas. Then like 10 minutes later, came my dad & my burritos. My sister still didn't have her tortillas. The waitress comes to explain she has asked for the other tostada and tortillas.. but the kitchen was slow. Ok, this would be fine... but it took us waving her down till she communicated this. My burrito, a wet Carne Asada burrito. Was ok. My cousin finally got her tostada and had to ask for it to go. Cause the service sucked. Nope, I won't ever come back.
