Life happened and they responded swiftly and for same day service. I was beyond grateful. My move was from a 650sqft apartment, 90% items boxed and ready, no heavy items except one cal long mattress, and o did ask for the closet l (very small) to be boxed with the wardrobe boxes they provided. The new location was 2.4 miles away. PROS: *Timely responses via Yelp * Reasonable price (especially if you pay cash $109/hr with 3hr minimum). *This price included two movers and they arrived promptly at 3 pm. *Brought their own moving truck and all the supplies * I was compensated for the mishandling of my expensive plants. CONS: * Prolonging the service to get more money. The movers had dollys and started only moving one box at a time. * Careless about your items. I had expensive plants that were smashed, ripped, and taken apart. * Moving boxes were not taped at the bottom causing items to fall out. I would have recommended the company had they tried to not gaslight me. I take great care and detail in moving as I've done it countless times. The movers changed around my boxes and then didn't tape them causing me to have items smashed and destroyed. The movers tried putting blame on me. I didn't appreciate that the intentionally went slower so that I would have to pay more for their services.

I was moving things from a 10x10 storage unit into a 1 bedroom apartment about an hour and a half away, with 1 stop to pick up a couch along the way. Total time took about 5.5 hours. On the other hand, things got weird when it was time to pay. I didn't appreciate feeling pressured when they tried to tell me that a 30% tip was the standard. I gave them 20%, which I felt was a good tip and standard for a good job. I was also pressured into writing both a Yelp and Google review, leaving them 5 stars as they hovered over me. The rate was also good based on other replies I received. What astounded me the most was the workers. They were SUPER fast packing, bringing the stuff to the truck, and unpacking. They didn't speak English and used a translator on the phone, but they were actually pretty good with reading the words in the box, such as master, living room, garage, etc. They had runners or whatever they're called on the stairs so they wouldn't damage the stairs. They're careful with walls and I didn't see any damage on the wall, too. I'm so so so impressed with them, how quick the movers were, and how respectful they were. I would definitely recommend!
