Negotiating the price was simple, and I appreciated working with Hamid Hassan. Final paperwork took about 20 minutes, and communication before the purchase was great. Unfortunately, communication after the sale has been very limited. Within two days of purchase, I noticed a braking issue where the car would shake at speeds around 25 mph, which raised safety concerns. I contacted the dealership less than a week after purchase and explained that the front brake rotors needed replacement. I was told I would need to speak with a manager regarding reimbursement, but that never happened. I replaced the front rotors myself within a week of owning the car @ a cost of $380 due to the safety concern. Despite multiple calls and emails over the past month, I have not received a response. The lack of follow-up on a safety-related issue has been disappointing. AP

The Ford recommended service was ~$150, they added on about $800 worth of completely unnecessary dealer service items. I asked them to keep the filters so I could inspect them, and as I suspected, they were very clean and didn't need replacing. There were a bunch of other such completely unnecessary work done. Will never be going back to Livermore Ford.

The repair cost $5,600k which we paid however 8 weeks later the check engine comes back on. Took it back and was told it was the 02 sensors nothing to do with the previous incident. Paid diagnostic fees again and was told it was another $6k repair but they could do for $4k. I was reassured that both issues were completely unrelated and whilst that may have been the case there was zero accountability nor customer service. We had just paid $5k how could something go wrong right after and be expected to pay $11k with 8weeks ? The least they could have done was wavier our diagnostic fees seeing we had just been there 8 weeks ago ??? For so many of us in the Bay Area are cars are crucial to our work commutes and lifestyle there was no care or intention about when the car would be repaired. No loaners no compassion just charge after charge. We used to drop the car on Thursdays and told no diesel mechanic till Monday which meant we were left without a car for a week on both occasions. As a result I had to finally release my beloved Jeep just couldn't keep putting money into it. To the dealership it is just another car however to me it was so dear and had so many memories of joy and adventure. I would never have got rid of it.

    An Unforgettable New Year's Blessing - Thank You, Livermore Toyota…read more New Year's Eve started off stressful when I got a huge mongoose nail in my tire at 11:30 PM. I called Toyota Roadside Assistance and was towed to a dealership, but unfortunately, the experience there did not go well at all. I went into New Year's Day feeling worried and discouraged. Then something incredible happened. On New Year's Day, I received a call from the General Manager of Livermore Toyota, Mr. Mark Hashimi. I was genuinely shocked, in the best way, that on a holiday he personally reached out to me and let me know that if I could bring my car to his dealership, he would have his team take care of it. That alone spoke volumes. I immediately had my car towed from Tracy Toyota to Livermore Toyota, since I wasn't able to get a response from Tracy. When I arrived, I met Mr. Hashimi in person, and from that moment on, I felt completely taken care of. He and his team assured me every step of the way that if anything went wrong, they would communicate immediately and do everything they could to fix it. I handed over my lavender keys, signed the drop-off envelope, and took the shuttle home. To my absolute amazement, one of their wonderful sales team members, Mr. Humza Loinab, personally drove me all the way to Tracy. That level of kindness and care is something you rarely see. They truly went above and beyond. Work on my 2026 Prius started promptly at 7:00 AM, I received text updates throughout the entire process, and they had everything handled in one single day. To top it off, they even sent a shuttle 20 miles to Tracy just to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership. An Uber would have cost me $45, but instead, they looked out for me without hesitation. The best part? They took care of my tire at no charge and even included a complimentary car wash. My service advisor, Jose Coyotzi, reassured me from the beginning that he would take care of everything and that I wouldn't have to pay a thing. That peace of mind meant more to me than I can express. As a young woman getting ready to start at Cal State, trying to get my bearings and figure everything out, this experience was truly a blessing. I have worked at dealerships myself, and I have never received service like this, not even close. The contrast between this experience and my experience in Tracy was night and day. Every single person I interacted with was memorable, respectful, and genuinely kind. I even stopped by the parts department, they had the cutest items, and once again, the staff was warm and welcoming. This team didn't just do their jobs, they looked out for me. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I cannot recommend Livermore Toyota enough. It's a bit hidden, just off the Altamont near McDonald's, but it is absolutely worth finding. 6200 North Front Road, Livermore, CA Starting the new year with this level of kindness, care, and generosity genuinely made me emotional in the best way. This situation could have been far worse and far more expensive, but instead, they made it smooth, convenient, and stress-free. This dealership is everything and more. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Livermore Toyota, for restoring my faith in true kindness and what a neighborhood dealership should be.

We spent several hours discussing and negotiating a deal on a Toyota bZ electric vehicle. He went back and forth multiple times, trying his best to make the numbers work and ensure everything aligned. We completed all the required documentation, and it really felt like we were about to finalize the purchase. Unfortunately, the experience took a disappointing turn at the sales desk. The manager, I believe his name was Cavin Tha, ultimately declined the deal over a $500 difference. After nearly five hours at the dealership, this was extremely frustrating and felt like a waste of everyone's time. It was especially disappointing considering how much effort Sohail had put in to try to make the deal happen. Sohail Ebadi deserves recognition for his professionalism and dedication, but the management decision overshadowed the entire experience. Spending almost five hours only to have the deal fall apart over such a small amount left a very negative impression. Overall, this visit felt like a significant waste of time. I would recommend confirming final pricing and management approval beforehand if you plan to visit, to avoid a similar situation.

I've purchased multiple new Porsches from this dealership & loyalty will get you nowhere with Porsche Livermore. The service department even managed to damage my brand new 911 during a PPF install. Leaving knife cuts directly in the paint across the entire front end. I had hoped things were improving under the new ownership group & gave them the benefit of the doubt... but nothing has changed. I continue to get the runaround, and I'm exhausted by the games the dealership will play with customers who genuinely care about the Porsche brand. I own aircooled 911s, and sadly the best era of Porsche feels long gone. What was once about engineering and passion now seems driven by shareholder value and squeezing every last dollar from customers. I strongly recommend taking your business to a more reputable Porsche dealership.
