WOW! What a great store and great experience. When i go to stores i always find something wrong, here their was nothing but help and fantastic customer services. I was greeted as soon as i walked through the door even though they were busy with customers. I browsed for a minute and a gentleman named Torey introduced himself and helped me until i knew for sure what i wanted. He sold me on the quality of the product with outstanding customer service. I really thought the prices would be outrageous, but they were great. Once i picked up everything went smoothly, one of the guys named Dave, loaded up everything with a smile. I went it to buy 1200 feet of flooring for my house. The first color and type I picked the were out of stock. The second they didn't have available at the time had to order. So I asked what do you have in the amount that I need. The showed me a sample. I decided to go with it even though it was more expensive and not exactly the color I wanted. I loaded 52 boxes in my truck and drove off. Two weeks later my installer had to stop more than half way through the install. The flooring did not match. Color was shades lighter even out of boxes all marked the same. I called the store they gave me the run around. Trying to do some type of sales techniques to make me think I was in the wrong. Giving me the runaround. The store said they make it all the same time it should be same. The printed labels on the boxes match but the stamped numbers on the the boxes do not. So they put me in contact with a customer specialist. He promptly went out of the office the next day with no correspondence and no help with our problem. I had to call him after several un answered emails. Then they tell me I have to wait tell the next shipment to see if they can find a match. Can't believe how I'm being treated. I spent thousands of dollars on hard wood and I feel like they are trying to stick me with flooring that isn't going to work. Now my house is a mess and I have to pay an installer for work that was done to a floor I'm going to rip up and start over. Unbelievable Shop around before going to this place. They don't care. The floor we purchased was beautiful at first. However, less than a year later the finishing started coming up in random spots. They refused to cover as they said it was not a manufacturing problem. They didn't know what caused it but said it was not normal where and tear. Having done NOTHING other than normal living on the floor it is clear that the overall quality of the product is horrible. Terrible customer service!!! Overpriced for the quality.

I have no complaints about the product. HOWEVER, the online ordering system terrible. Coroprate and the local stores need to get their system into the 21st century. We were watching a particular product for several weeks. It went down to a very desireable price, and we tried to order it online. Nope. Out of stock. A few days later, it seems to be available again. Great. Order it. Goes through no problem. In fact, the price is so good, we change the scope of our project (doubling our desired squre footage). Nervous, I call the customer service line the next day to make sure that it is in fact, available. No problem. Awesome. I get a call two days later. Oops, it's still available, but on backorder for 6 weeks and is that okay? No, that's not really okay, so the nice man helps me identify an alternate product that will meet our needs that is 'in the warehouse'. Two days after this, I get another call to confirm that the second product will not be available for 5 weeks. Are you kidding me? So, we switch back to the first product, which has since dropped in price again. I'm told now that delivery is confirmed at the original date. Three weeks pass. I've started demolition on the project. I've torn out floors. Now, first AND second product have been discontinued. Neither are available. But I can buy something else for nearly twice the cost. Manager is apologetic, but not willing to get me a comparable product at what I ordered it at. Replacement product is a much lower 'retail' price point, and I'm paying nearly twice the cost for it. And it took them 3 weeks to inform me of the problem. I'm stuck. I'm sure it was just a mistake. But it feels a whole lot like a scam. Pretty much like a classic bait and switch. I walked in planning to do 800 square feet and planned to spend about $2,000. I ORDERED (and paid for) 1600 square feet at $1400. At the end of the day, I ended up having to pay another $800 to get a product I didn't even want because I made the mistake of thinking they would deliver what I ordered (after three phone calls promising that the order was good). read more
