Descent service. I have had to call them back again after just being here a couple of times because the crickets were still here after their service. Some times scheduling can be tricky and take up to a week and a half to get someone out here. Other than that happy with their service. read more

My recent experience parallels other ratings of late. After being a quarterly client for the last five years, the service continues to decline as prices continue to rise. Pests are not controlled! Ants invade my house and my children don't want to play in the back yard due to bug bites. After numerous additional services between the quarterly service, pests are still active. Now, even after three requests, they won't even give me a two-day notice before they come out. This company has devolved into a bunch of hacks. Enough! Time to find someone competent (like they used to be). read more

He has always answered my many questions about dealing with pests and has provided advice on how to minimize incidents of infestation and costs of remediation. What a terrible, terrible company! We used Borite for years before this company took over. Borite was AWESOME. Lloyds is awful. I was contracted for quarterly service for the last several years and with my service guy, Andrew, it was always smooth. I received a text about a service that they had scheduled for CHRISTMAS EVE which is obviously not a good day for spraying your home. I asked three times via email and text to be rescheduled. By February I still hadn't heard from them so I called. I spoke with THREE different people who assured me that would have a manager get back to me. I received NO call back whatsoever. I called again to follow up and was told a manager "tried to leave me a message and then canceled my account". ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I'm literally begging to give you business at this point. So yeah see ya, Lloyds. Good luck with your apathetic business practices and customer service! How dumb can you be?? read more

We recently became aware of termite issues in our home. We interviewed various companies, and then selected Lloyd Pest Control, and dealt with Lewis Bomben. The initial strategy was to tent the entire home, but then upon further research, Lewis recommended against us doing that due to the sensitivity of our roof tiles. The secondary procedure was to heat the attic to a high temperature which is what we did and it has worked very very well. Lewis was extremely professional and made sure he put our best interest first, which enabled us to eliminate the termites without roof tile damage and to do so in a cost-effective manner. In particular, Steve Nemoseck did an excellent job; went above and beyond call of duty to ensure disruption was minimized, process went smoothly, our questions were answered. I contacted them after finding evidence of dry wood termites in my kitchen (gross!). They made taking care of the problem as easy as possible and their pricing is reasonable.
