So far so good! Their regular menu prices are a little high but so are the portion sizes. And, they just introduced a Value Menu with everything on it 6.99. I tried the Country Torta from the Value Menu, a recommendation from my waitress. It was huge and delicious. Eggs, hashbrowns and ham piled inside a large bolillo and then smothered in a slightly spicy blonde Spanish sauce. So filling. These value items are available all day Minday through Friday. Went in today for breakfast ordered red chilaquiles w/asada plate && and iced horchata latte. My husband got pancakes hash browns and eggs . The chilaquiles looked more orange than red and had no flavor very bland. The asada was good the beans were mid. The thing that let me down the most was the latte! It tasted so watered down didn't taste like horchata at all. Usually I'll complain but our server was super sweet and I was in a time crunch. But IF I ever go back definitely ordering something different and certainly not getting any lattes hot or Iced I'd rather not risk it . $75 for 2 adults and one child. Lol not worth it read more

I came here with my friend for our last restaurant dining out of 2019. I was craving waffles, so I got the strawberry/blueberry waffles. My friend got the turkey lovers combo and it came with a side of pancake. Our meals took awhile to come out, but the food was pretty decent. I didn't want to try it because I figured it was another dennys or ihop. Boy was I wrong. Everything was so good! From the waffles, to the burgers, to the fries and chicken strips... Today was the worst service I received at the loaded cafe. This is not the first time I have visited this place. I have visited this place for many years now, and it's my son favorite place to come and eat breakfast. But today, I asked for something in the menu, and I got something totally different, plus the food took long for it to come out. Then I asked the waitress if they could sing happy birthday to my son, and they took super long that I had to leave. I feel super bad because not once did a manager come up to us and apologize for the inconvenience. The waiter was the one who kept apologizing to us for the mix-up in the order when it was all false advertisement. I don't know if I am coming back to this place. read more

Wow, I was not expecting this place to be so good. The interior is so comfy and elegant looking. So much variety in their menu, it was insane! I enjoyed everything I ordered, and all the food arrived very fast. The waiter was really nice, and the restrooms were really clean. It was a great experience overall. I definitely recommend this place if you are nearby. Its kind of like an upscale Denny's, but I would choose this place 9/10 times. read more

I've been asked to post this review by my boyfriend because he was very disappointed in the chilaquiles here. I feel like I hear this from people all the time depending on the place. No one seems to get it right. He described the chilaquiles here as "cheese nacho sauce on tortilla chips." He ordered them Rojo and there was nothing red about them. Santa Ana of all places should make these right in my opinion. Unfortunately he also found a yucky hair in his food. Crepes were very good though. I ordered the Nutella with strawberry and banana. He ordered the dulce de leche. Also just saying...not sure why this happened but in the middle of the meal we got a very strong odor of pine sol? I'm hoping it was to clean the floor and not the tabletops? Very overwhelming smell. read more

Arrived around 1030am and it was a packed house already. The wait wasn't bad, we were seated within 5-10 minutes. The waiter/bus boy who seated us was really nice. We asked for some suggestions and he gave us some good ones, although most of his suggestions were for lunch when we came for breakfast :). We ended up ordering the loaded steak & eggs, supreme combo and a strawberry/banana crepe(free w/check in with a purchase of a drink). Everything was pretty standard. Pretty surprised the steak was really tender and well seasoned. A couple things to take note of: 1. Food takes a little longer than expected to come out 2. Pay attention to their extra plates and utensils, they may be dirty 3. It was hard to get the attention of our waitress Loaded Cafe was simply average. Nothing special, just a local joint. read more

Enjoy my time with mac this morning having breakfast at the Loaded Cafe. We have been to their other locations but were surprised to see this one and decided to try it out. We were met by Brisa who was a nice as could be. I ordered the chilaquiles special which was a smaller (normal) sized portion that came with hashbrowns. The food was hot and cooked perfectly. Also big shout out to the kitchen for not closing before the restaurant! They let us add our French toast about 20 mins before closing, which is really unheard of in the restaurant culture of "last calls" 30 minutes before. I loved this place!

This was not the event we had envisioned for the guest of honor who was 8 months pregnant. It was not only uncomfortable but also posed a health risk.The restaurant showed a lack of concern, care and accountability over the entire situation. I understand that the weather and the AC breaking were out of anyone's control but the handling of the situation and the aftermath was poor. We tried to give the restaurant opportunities to make this right but they failed at every opportunity. Because of the lack of communication, poor decision making and incompetency, I cannot recommend this restaurant for any events. I never eat inside any restaurant but I love all of the Loaded ones and out first time to this location. So we were looking for a Starbuck's for coffee when eagle eye mini me spotted this location. So we decided to try it out and have a small breakfast. Well our server was Brisa and she was very polite and attentive to all our needs.....this told me we were going to like it here. After we ordered our food Jesus the Manager stop by our table to greet and check on us. The people here are very family like they make you feel welcome and not like other places that give you the feeling of eat and leave already. So come to find out the Loaded Cafe's are family owned so now it makes sense. They are very consistent and the people working there are so nice and professional. I had such a great experience at Loaded Cafe! The latte was so good--I ended up drinking two because I just couldn't get enough. Definitely one of the best I've had in a while. The cheesecake crepes were amazing--perfectly thin, light, and cooked just right. You can really tell they know what they're doing with their crepes. Normally, I understand that policy but in this case, we have a 3-year-old who is a very picky eater, and the restaurant didn't appear to offer a kids menu when we checked beforehand. That's why we grabbed him something small from the food court so we could still dine there as a family. Instead of showing any understanding or offering a solution, the hostess simply told us we couldn't stay. Because of that, we had no choice but to leave we're not going to let our child go hungry or waste the food we already purchased. It was disappointing because we were fully planning to dine there and spend money, but the lack of customer service and flexibility cost them our business. I hope management takes this as feedback, because situations like this don't just affect one table they impact whether customers ever return.
