Parking was hit or miss. First of all they should get 5+star for Hospitality. They were very attentive. That's a Great business. So I stopped in immediately saw Chilquiles and Enchiladas..My first go to dish on the menu. Well they didn't have any red sauce..idk why it was the morning not a weekend/or evening?? Any way it seemed everything we wanted had red sauce...so we chose to try a typical dish that is made with red but we had green sauce as a substitute. So I asked the server she said was hot/spicy so I asked to be on the side. Well it was Not hot/spicy at all. Mild to be exact. Dish was Great. I will return to try with red. But Big Surprise they Serve MENUDO everyday!! Haven't tried it but will return. Thank you loaded cafe. Overall great experience. read more

Not happy with my visit. At times I wanted to request something from the waiters‍ and they did see me and walk around and avoiding to attend us. Then after when we received our check beside the plate prices are high as it is they charge a non cash fee so we pay there fee for them to have a business and that they charge the taxes that we do normally pay, I spoke with manager and she trying to convince us we save money umm no we don't lady we did our math and things not adding up but we still paid cause I don't like to argue. I really don't recommend this place unless u carry good about of cash u will be paying and exaggerated amount. read more

My boyfriend and I came to eat breakfast this morning, because I was craving waffles, and I found this place on yelp. The other waitresses who were standing at the front made eye contact but ignored me when I came in and stood there, but when the host came to the front, he smiled and greeted me with warmth, and put my name down on the waiting list to be seated, and told us that it would be about 15-20 minutes. I stepped outside to tell my boyfriend, and we walked around for maybe 5-10 minutes then came back inside. We chatted for a bit while waiting inside until one of the waitresses asked us how many in our party and then seated us. Our waiter, Juan, came and got our drinks, gave us time to decide what we wanted to order, then came back and took our order: I ordered the Strawberry and Nutella waffles combo with scrambled eggs, hash browns, and 2 sausages My boyfriend ordered the original French toast and the cheesy potato soup. It took quite a while for our food to come out, around 40 minutes. Juan came back to apologise for how long it was taking and to tell us it was almost ready. Also during that time, our host came and saw that we had been sat and said "oh there you are! I didn't know you had been sat, I went looking for you outside!" That was really sweet because not many places would go looking for you to make sure you got seated, they'd assume you left and move on to the next guests. When our food arrived, mine looked and tasted amazing, however the one complaint I have about mine is that they skimped on the sausage. The menu says it comes with two, but they took a patty and cut it in half. I looked at other photos that people have posted and everyone else got two patties cut in half, so four halves. Not okay. My boyfriend enjoyed his French toast, but said the cheesy potato soup tasted like baby food. I tried it, and had to agree. I didn't taste any cheese in there either. When our waiter came around to ask how our food was, my boyfriend asked if he could send it back, which he never does, because he didn't like it, and it was too watery. They even removed it from the bill. We could also hear one of the kitchen staff telling the other employees to stop standing around and get to work because they were busy. Maybe that's why our food took so long? Also they didn't have tapatio, or cholula, only Tabasco. Luckily I had some tapatio packets in my car to grab and use for my eggs. Just a heads up for you guys to bring your own! :) Service was five stars from the host and our waiter, however I had to dock two for the super long wait and the missing sausage. read more

This is the third time coming to this location with my son. Food is average, service is good. However I won't go again, after checking my bill today I noticed that they are charging $4.79 for a Diet Coke. Mind you this is from a fountain, so it maybe cost them $.30 cents if that. Came in this morning for breakfast before we headed back home. The wait was not bad at all for being really busy. The set up to this place is not the usual set up. Its all open and has no privacy or enough room. They have carpet which to me is unsanitary since the food falls on the floor and they are not able to mop it up. The prices are ridiculous 13.00 bucks for a simple plate of breakfast that you can get at Pops Cafe for a cheaper price and great service and Good quality of food. It was my 1st time and its over rated and over priced. The wait for our food was long and our waitress was nice but she never came back and offered us refills on water or coffee, we had to ask for them. read more

My husband found this joint through an Instagram foodie he follows -- Since we, plus our daughter love breakfast we decided to try something out of our regular spot. Let's talk about food! Nutella and Banana Crepes - My daughters meal was good. I mean, put Nutella and bananas on anything and you'll have a hit. Chilaquiles - Honestly, no ones chilaquiles are better than your families recipe. There are some that could compare, or very rarely, be better! These chilaquiles were bland, tasted like everything came out of a can -- beans and salsa. My husband requested over medium eggs with the white cooked through.. oh lord were they runny as he cut by the yolk. He set them to the side... Loaded Steak - It's pretty much steak with mushrooms and onions served with country potatoes. Steak was dry as hell probably from the night before. I enjoyed the mushroom and onions more. The country potatoes are sliced potatoes cut into quarters and are good if you like potatoes a little raw. Again... I requested over medium eggs with the white cooked through and they were runny by the yolk. I just placed it to the side.. the best part of my meal was the pancakes. FINALLY, something good. I'd like to point out to double check your receipt prior to paying, the menu lists a different price than what is on the actual receipt for some items. I thought this place was going to be good from seeing them on social media a lot, but in reality it was horrible. I knew we should have left just by seeing that there was only two waitresses and we had been waiting longer than what they said the wait would be, but we decided to stay and try it out. Big mistake. First of all my latte was cold when brought to me and it didn't even taste good and their horchata wasn't good either. The food was horrible, it had no taste. I have a thing about leaving a restaurant smelling like restaurant... so if you have somewhere nice to go after brunch, make sure you bring an extra shirt. We ordered the chorizo and eggs, strawberry nutella pancakes, and veggie & egg melt. Everything was good. Not out of this world ohmygodIcantwaittocomeback good though. The food was delicious! I asked the waitress about their enchilada plate and she recommended me the green salsa ones for a less spicier taste. I'm being honest I expected a canned sauce, I was wrong. They made their own salsa and it was delicious. I told the waitress thank you like 5 times lol. We also ordered a asada chilaquiles plate 10/10 as well. Amazing taste. The service was amazing. Waitress and manager were super patient and kind. I did have my 4 year old son and all the waitresses were very friendly with him. It is a small restaurant but very good vibes. I definitely recommend coming here, they have a big variety of food on their menu which took me by surprise. Much more to offer than just pancakes and eggs. read more

They are currently celebrating there one year anniversary. Located in a strip mall area with many spaces to park, Loaded Cafe gives a better decor and cleaner feel than your average breakfast joint which I love, especially adding the accent wall and two ceiling arches. The waiting area is super tight but we were seating right away for Sunday breakfast at 10:30am. Service was quick and prices are very reasonable for the portion. I ordered the little pig which came with 2 bacon, 1 sausage patty, 1 ham, 2 eggs, and hash brown with 2 pancakes. We also ordered the egg and chorizo with rice and beans and tortilla flour, we added French toast. I love the cleanliness and service. read more

First off I want to say that this place has been my top five star to come with my family and enjoy an amazing meal. I have been to the spot for three or four times in this month and the service here is wonderful, their food tastes amazing. Also I want to thank genesis for her amazing customer service, she made me and my friend feel like at home. She has an awesome personality she's a person on task that you can see that she really reflects what she loves to do at this place make people feel comfort and that was us. I really think genesis deserves a raise on her job not only because the way she attended us but also I just focused on to see how she attended other tables, When we entered the restaurant there was another cashier that greeted us to go to the table and when we asked her that we wanted a different table because we had a stroller she just said you can grab your stuff and go wherever you want and I thought that literally that was the rudest thing to do because she just walked away and when Genesis came to us and greeted us with the most kindest respectful service I literally thought this person is incredibly amazing for whoever comes here and gets attended by her I love her I'll be back for her whenever I come with my family and friends. Genesis you rock keep it up always with your smile on your face thank you for making us feel special and thank you all the people that prepped our food it was incredibly delicious. I give this spot a 10 star everything looked really clean yeah comfortable and very well on time with the food we didn't even have to wait 20 minutes we ordered right away and our food came out that was awesome thank you so much I'll be back again soon this is better than IHOPs Denny's norms this spot hits it really good the only thing I would just add as a change would be for refills because they don't do refills on the soft drinks only the coffee but it's still amazing read more

I came here with my family and honestly the food was great, everything was going well. The food didn't take to long to arrive. Although the thing that kinda ruined it was that Giselle our server wasn't being as attentive and it was such great customer service. Aside from that, we enjoyed sitting outside bird watching in the "bird sanctuary" . They also provide nice water cups outside for you to refill. Parking is plenty right outside.

No other place does it like they do because they use actual slices of real cheesecake inside instead of just a cream cheese/cheesecake spread. As long as they keep that the same, I'll be a customer for life. My only 'complaint' (or more so just a wish) is that I really miss the late-night street stand days. Now that they've focused on the 4th St Market shop, the hours are a bit shorter, which makes it harder to stop by after work. I feel like late night is when the cravings hit. May 31, 2019 Well today was a first in many months, I actually came and sat down with mini me for breakfast after my medical appointment. I never eat inside any restaurant but I love all of the Loaded ones and out first time to this location. So we were looking for a Starbuck's for coffee when eagle eye mini me spotted this location. So we decided to try it out and have a small breakfast. Well our server was Brisa and she was very polite and attentive to all our needs.....this told me we were going to like it here. After we ordered our food Jesus the Manager stop by our table to greet and check on us. The people here are very family like they make you feel welcome and not like other places that give you the feeling of eat and leave already. So come to find out the Loaded Cafe's are family owned so now it makes sense. They are very consistent and the people working there are so nice and professional. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of with a smile. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers. I had such a great experience at Loaded Cafe! The latte was so good--I ended up drinking two because I just couldn't get enough. Definitely one of the best I've had in a while. The cheesecake crepes were amazing--perfectly thin, light, and cooked just right. You can really tell they know what they're doing with their crepes. This place is always full and has horrible service. Not only that but they are lousy liars, the manager with glasses kept saying the waiting time was 20 minutes every 20 minutes.
