I've been coming here since they opened. I wrote a review back then as I was not at all happy with the service then. Since then service has improved and for the most part food is great. I loved my chilaquiles, burgers are great as well. The juices the offer are also great as are the milkshakes. So why only a 2 star? The portions to the grilled chicken dish are ridiculous. The cooks response was they are weighed and all portions are the same. This isn't the first time we noticed an issue with the decreasing size but this time it was really ridiculous. I ordered a side piece of grilled chicken and portions are definitely not the same. I questioned it and all the waitress could say I'm sorry it's what my cook is telling me. So if your trying to eat healthy and wants a kids portion dish order the grilled chicken. If your really hungry order a side piece of chicken or order something else. We came here after the gym looking for a good protein filled breakfast. You can get a coffee or soda with a check in oj yelp, but i ended up geting a lemonade! My fiance and I ordered a country fried steak and country biscuit. It took maybe 10 or 15 minutes for the food to come out. I really liked the country fried steak but did not like the biscuit that much. The hash browns were a pretty disappointment too because a lot of people commented on it, but it wasn't crispy all around. It was just alright. Customer service was okay too, it took a while for the bill to come out as well. I would come back to this place again if my fiance wanted to come back, but I don't care for it much. read more

I had a Groupon that was about to expire so went for breakfast on a Friday morning to try them out. Service was friendly and the food was very good. I had one of their Stacker dishes and it was delicious. Parking is good, food is ok, OJ is over priced for the size of serving. Place is clean, restroom and dining area. Server was ok, could have been a bit nicer, but not bad. Had to download yelp just to review since my review got deleted from their Instagram page I have to say I given loaded cafe 3 tries when they open I understand they were under staff and even to get coffee with only 4 tables it took for ever to get service and the food took for ever the next two times the same thing horrible customer service. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. Came in and it took them 20 minutes to seat us and another hour just to bring us our food. They also served other parties that came before us. This place is super disorganized and the service is really bad (we had 4 different girls wait for us which probably led to dysfunctional service). This establishment was rated pretty high, but did not live up to that . Adam and I are vegans and we both love to eat ...it also becomes difficult at times since we are so limited as to what we can eat . The servers are nice, but the portion of giving syrup for pancakes sucks . They serve it in the little to go ketchup containers and it's watered down. You have to ask for butter also which they will give you a slab, but man the have many options for hot sauce in 3 types , peron Habanero, green habanero and red habanero. Omg!!! But we have to ask for extras of pancake syrup . The ambiance is pretty cool , up until this parent continued to allow for their toddler to piercingly cry throughout our mealtime and this was a lil after 11am. My wife and I went for the first time it was a little busy our waiter was trying her best coffee was a little late our tray with milkshake shots was dirty they got the order wrong but when I got the bill was crazy beacuse they charge u a 4% for paying with a credit card that's crazy when I asked why I do i have to pay 4% more all the owner said was that for every transaction they had to pay a fee that's crazy transaction fee are no more then $0.55 per transaction I paid over 200% mark up for it the sad part is that if you pay cash u get discount of not paying the 4% to avoid them paying taxes on cash payments that's crazy can be leave how they take advantage of the people beleave me I support alot of small business specially Mexican small businesses but will not recommend this place till they figure out there transaction for paying with a credit card if you need help with transaction so u don't have ripe people off with 4% of the bill I can gladly recommend someone that has been in thet business and give u a way better rate on your transaction for paying with a credit card read more

I am literally in a food coma as we speak. Just finished the most DELICIOUS crepes ever! Breakfast for dinner, because that's how hubby and I roll. I had the dulce de leche crepes combo and hubby had the enchi-omelette (basically a combo between enchiladas and an omelette...so cool I know!) and the honey lemon crepe. My crepes were fantastic and so were his. Everything about this meal was exceptional. Fresh and great quality food. Also, the restaurant is clean! Service was magnificent. If i could give zero stars i would. I didn't even get to taste the food. I went January 2nd while my car was getting an oil change with my family. I had my 5 month old in a carseat on the stroller. When we were going to be seated i asked the hostess if i can leave just the bottom stoller part near the check in desk to avoid it disrupting someone else or being in the way they said yes. A few minutes later the manager asks one of the servers or hostess if i can move it i asked if i can put it in between where we were sitting they said it would disrupt the other table there were 2 tables empty next to us i told her i didnt have my car it was getting serviced. We waited about 15 minutes and didnt get served at all the didn't ask if we wanted something to drink or anything so we eventually left we were there for about an hour. 25 minutes to be seated and the rest on this fiasco. I felt so embarrassed and frustrated due to the stroller they made us feel horrible. Then i called to talk to Ashely a supervisor never answered left a voicemail didn't get a call back. We were out in Orange for an event and were a bit early, we figured we would find somewhere not to far from where we needed to be. There weren't very many options since it was 7am, but Loaded Cafe was open so we thought we would give it ago. Not too busy this early in the morning so we greeted and seated promptly. We got our orders in fairly quickly and hung out for a bit. We had both ordered Omelets, with home potatoes and a side of fruit for myself and wheat toast for my husband. Our order came out in about thirty minutes, which was a bit to wait but I am assuming they didn't have a full staff at that hour. We both enjoyed our Omelets, though the potatoes weren't good at all (Trust me I am an expert). I am going with 3 Stars just because of the pricing. We had a pretty basic breakfast, coffee, two omelets (Added Avocado) and with tip our bill came to $50.00. Seems pretty steep for something so basic. All hype and one of the few times yelp steered me wrong with a suggestion. This place looked like my usual type of dining and had breakfast lunch or dinner options. I decided to try the ranchero omelette and the lemonade (which wasn't refillable) had I been told that or made aware via the menu I would've chosen a different option. The lemonade was ok and the service was decent. The omelette was a wet mess and did not go well with my stomach(this was all I ate that day) and wasn't something I enjoyed digging into once I was served. It took way too long to take my order when it was obvious I was ready and bored by then. The food took forever to come to the table also and it was a bigger slap in the face that the food quality was FAR from worth the wait. At least I go into dennys expecting Denny's quality. Let me start by saying that my family and I come here often. The service is usually ok, the food is good too. BUT.....The manager on duty this morning was horrible. Lulu the manager, is not professional AT ALL. We walked in and were told wait would be about 5-10mins. The house was pretty full but there were available tables. Time passed and then we were told the kitchen is slammed with orders and we would be waiting an additional 10-15 mins to be even SEATED. My husband asked the manager if we could at least sit at a booth and wait. She said No. I asked why and she repeated to say it's because the kitchen is full. We weren't even ordering, we just wanted to be seated. I felt bad because there was an elderly couple who asked to be seated at a booth that had been empty. They too were denied. Sad to say we left. tl;dr- Bougie version of Denny's, take your money elsewhere. My girlfriend was craving some breakfasty foods, namely, hash browns. The only other option in the area is Denny's so we decided to give Loaded Cafe a try. I decided to call in the order so that I didn't have to wait in the store. Crepe Combo -comes with 2 eggs, hash browns, 2 sausage and 2 crepes of your choice (Nutella Banana) Sirloin Steak Breakfast -comes with 2 eggs, hash browns and 2 pancakes 15 minutes pass and I decided to make my way over. When I entered the restaurant and told them that I had placed a phone order, they started off by confirming my order, in which I was thinking, great, did you even start it yet? They told me that it would be another 10-15 mins so I decided to go to Walmart to run another errand. After I get back, they informed me that my order is still another 10-15 mins away from being ready, for a total of 45 minutes to prepare a phone order, quite ridiculous. On top of that, they don't have proper take-out boxes so in the end, we got 7 tiny boxes to eat out of. I finally make it back, an hour later, and by then I'm starving so I'm hoping the food tastes great, but unfortunately, it's not. The steak was dry and cut up into tiny pieces, my over-easy eggs were well-done, and the hash browns were soggy. The one positive is that the pancakes and crepes were good, but I can't imagine how you can possibly mess those up. Quite disappointed, although I'll admit, you get a lot of food, but it's quite pricey for being very typical brunch/breakfast food. Amazing! I went with my mom, she got a veggie egg melt and I got some French toast which were just amazing! I also tried the caramel ice cream shake and it was so good that I got a second one to go. We were quickly seated, ordered quickly,m and received our food quickly! The service was amazing and they had such a nice array of food. Wasn't even purposely looking for this place, just decided to try something new. The atmosphere was just amazing! You felt comfortable and cozy, like you are at home and that made the entire experience even better! Will definitely be going again! This place had the best French toast I have ever had! I had great breakfast here in this morning. The server Sara was very professional and nice. She was friendly and attentive, and made me wanna come back here! Since I was starving, I ordered clam chowder and veggie plate that comes with pancakes. Those were good portions, especially the plate was humongous enough for the price, and I eventually boxed it up. Pancakes weren't good as they tasted like nothing. I don't know if it's because of the syrup, butter or ingredients they used for the pancakes, but i don't like their pancakes anyways. I think I should've ordered toasts instead.
