After multiple tries, I will no longer be ordering from here. Every time there is something wrong with my order but this time was the worst. Ordered a pancake combo with hash browns, sausage and bacon. The hash browns were BURNT! The bacon was hard and the sausage was cold. My over hard eggs were runny. My mom's combo was the same except she had ham instead of sausage. The slice of ham she got was such a joke. It was smaller than my sausage link. My husband got a machaca burrito and there was no meat in it. On to of that everything was cold! My husband arrived to pick up the order when he got the notification that it was ready and when he asked for it they said it wasn't ready yet. They finally gave him the order after it sat on the counter for over 10 minutes. Horrible food. Horrible experience. Not worth the almost $70 we paid.

Great place and delicious food. Karina and Nery were great servers. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We had a very short time frame in which to eat and we let them know and we were served quickly and with a friendly attitude. We would come back here again. Thank you for the great service!

As soon as we walked in, we were seated right away. Instead of the usual chips and salsa, they brought out two warm Conchitas--a small but thoughtful touch, and absolutely delicious. I ordered the Menudo, and it was so good. It had the exact pieces I love--the chewier cuts (not sure which part of the animal they are, but they're my favorite). My husband ordered taquitos along with a breakfast combo, and everything was delicious. He cleaned his plate completely. The atmosphere is very family-oriented--warm, welcoming, and comfortable. It honestly feels like a Latino version of Denny's, in the best way. On top of the excellent management, we had about four different waiters check on us to make sure everything was good. That level of attentiveness is such a great detail and something you don't find in most restaurants these days. Rafael was our waiter - very quick, efficient and friendly.

Friendly service as we walked in. Vanessa B our server was friendly and helpful. She came to check on us multiple times despite the restaurant was busy. The food was delicious and flavorful, highly recommend the menudo!! Will definitely back to taste other dishes on the menu!!

Parking is great, the interior is spacious, and the food is decent. I had the chicken enchilada plate along with the horchata agua fresca on an empty stomach and it was enough to fill me up. There was nothing too special about it, but it got the job done. I might order something else next time, though. We thought they stopped serving Conchas, so I asked the server about it. It turns out they weren't able to serve them to us because it got really busy. The server kindly gave them to us at the end. The booths surrounding us were a bit untidy and had a scraps of food on the ground. Otherwise an all right place.

**2nd time here** 1st time was last year in 2018 Parking: Small space that looks like it's for the restaurant, but if that fills up it's in a huge plaza so theres plenty. Wait to be seated: Didnt really have to wait more than 10 minutes each visit Service: Good wait staff. I did feel a weird vibe because I spoke English back to the waitress who spoke Spanish to me. (I'm Samoan, but my fiance is Mexican) I could only assume she thought I was some sort of Hispanic because it was a weird tention when I would respond back in English. Wait for food: Waited about 45min for 3 plates to get to us. 1st visit was average wait time. Food: Good food selection, but depending on what you get will determine how you like it. Omelettes and crepes were good for us, but not the tortas. Price: Not too overpriced to complain. I thought prices were fair (avg. $7-15) Overall: 3 stars. I did like the Manager and how tentative he was to customers waiting and those already seated. He had great customer service skills. He didnt have a badge on so I cant say a name but he was bald with a beard and glasses lol. Good job. read more

I really like this place. Had passed by it a couple of times and decided to check it out with my husband. He had the banana, strawberry toast and I had the strawberry, banana, Nutella waffles. They were both delicious! The restaurant was really clean, and our waitress was super friendly and nice. Had such a good experience the first time, I decided to take my mom and toddler. And again, I was not disappointed. My mom got a hamburger, my munchkin had the pancake breakfast plate, and I had my Nutella waffles again. We all really enjoyed our food and the service, as our waiter was very attentive and nice. As someone who works in the Customer Service Industry, good customer service is key with me in deciding if I'll be a returning customer or not. Came here for lunch with a friend and we had the worst service ever. The waiter took over 10 min to greet us after we were seated and the lady cleaning the tables told them that we were ready to order 2 times and still nothing, 2 guys came in 10 min after that and the waiter went and help them right away. I dug in as soon as I received my food because it looked sooooo good and it was DELICIOUS! the serving size is more than generous. The service is amazing! My waiter Ernesto was very attentive. I ordered the chicken enchilada omelette which is cheesey and the sauce compliments both the egg and the chicken so well, it comes with a stack of pancakes and I ordered extra side of hash. My husband ordered the Asada chilaquiles and I could not resist and stole a bite off his plate. (They were worth the dirty look he gave me.) Very crunchy and sauced with green sauce beans tasted home made not canned and the asada was tender and well seasoned. I came on their first year anniversary, I hope they stay here for many more years to come. read more

Was displeased with the policy they have in place. I was kicked out of the waiting area because that area is for pick up only. The entire time I waited nobody came in to pick up food. Also there's no chairs outside for us to use. Management needs to change this policy. First come first serve would be best. read more

Sunday afternoon, was told 20 min wait waited for 45 mins , I do not understand the manager setup here, 4(four) staff members to write name on wait list , two servers and one person bussing tables, while waiting to be seated I noticed that the four staff members just stand there without helping clean tables or take orders. A few tables were available but no one was being seated Even the Togo orders were taking 35 mins that incredible food was great good portions for the price but owner MUST re-train staff to be better efficient and multi tasking to make this place hum, the current setup is losing money for the owner. We have breakfast here this morning. I ordered the chilaquiles plate, but was dissapointed to see that they were more like nachos. I mentioned this to our server and she told me that this was their chilaquiles version. I had it exchange for something else. Then the chicken strips that my son ordered were not fully cooked, so we sent them back. Although our server was great, we didnt enjoy our time there. The reviews of this place caught my eye. Came in and was greeted by a friendly employee. We got seated and got our menus. To start off, there's a large selection of food. No getting bored there. I ended up ordering the chicken fried steak, my favorite. All I can say, BEST CHICKEN FRIED STEAK IN TOWN! I highly recommend this place. I ordered a sirloin omelette with hash browns, buttermilk pancakes, and a side of honey lemon drizzle crepes. The omelette was standard and the steak was rather overcooked and tough. Moving onto the honey lemon drizzle crepes though!! That was a winner for me. :) If you like hot honey lemon tea it's like that but flavored in a crepe! The tart lemon taste followed by the sweet honey was delicious! Overall, this is a standard breakfast place like any Denny's or ihop. The crepes dish was the only thing that stood out. Visit their website and sign up for the 'loaded club.' They will send you special deals and coupons thru email. I got the crepe for free just by signing up and showing them the coupon when I dined in. read more

They were open during thanksgiving day, greeted within five seconds of entering and our waiter was accommodating when asked if can be seated away from the crowd, they had the World Cup on their TVs, tortilla chips with salsa and beans were served while waiting for food that was ordered. Tried this place again. The food was delicious once again. The only thing that sucked was the manager. She treats the workers like crap. And constantly yells at them. I really hated her attitude. Aside from that, we enjoyed sitting outside bird watching in the "bird sanctuary" . They also provide nice water cups outside for you to refill. Parking is plenty right outside.

Now that they've focused on the 4th St Market shop, the hours are a bit shorter, which makes it harder to stop by after work. I feel like late night is when the cravings hit. I never eat inside any restaurant but I love all of the Loaded ones and out first time to this location. So we were looking for a Starbuck's for coffee when eagle eye mini me spotted this location. So we decided to try it out and have a small breakfast. Well our server was Brisa and she was very polite and attentive to all our needs.....this told me we were going to like it here. After we ordered our food Jesus the Manager stop by our table to greet and check on us. The people here are very family like they make you feel welcome and not like other places that give you the feeling of eat and leave already. So come to find out the Loaded Cafe's are family owned so now it makes sense. They are very consistent and the people working there are so nice and professional. The cheesecake crepes were amazing--perfectly thin, light, and cooked just right. You can really tell they know what they're doing with their crepes. This place is always full and has horrible service. Not only that but they are lousy liars, the manager with glasses kept saying the waiting time was 20 minutes every 20 minutes. About 5 minutes later, something looking like how I want a Big Mac to look like arrives on my table only it's decidedly larger than the modern day Big Mac. I pick it up and just feel happy: this thing has WEIGHT. It also smells good. My first bite through the perfectly toasted sesame bun confirms that this is a really good burger. The patties are thick and well cooked, lightly seasoned, with crunchy lettuce layered with care, a large encompassing fresh tomato, and it all has the distinctive taste of having been cooked atop a flaming char grill. Just F-ing Yum! While I eat I get the pleasure of watching a couple of women who work there as they tidy up the place. It all impresses me that this is a diner where everyone has their part to play and they all seem to take pride in delivering quality down home dishes to their customers. Either the cashier doesn't understand much English or the speaker box is terrible or both? It just gets extremely frustrating when you're saying "no cilantro" and they keep saying "no tomatoes?" ‍ I just give up after some time. 8 times out of 10, unless you're okay with everything they add in a burrito, they will get your order wrong. For example, if you dont want hot sauce in your burrito, chances are you still may get some‍ And fyi, have no salsa verde.

A drive-thru should not require mountain climbing skills, Olympic stretching, or a worker putting half their body outside the window. Please fix the drive-thru before the next combo meal comes with a workers' comp claim.

Because of that, we had no choice but to leave we're not going to let our child go hungry or waste the food we already purchased. It was disappointing because we were fully planning to dine there and spend money, but the lack of customer service and flexibility cost them our business. I hope management takes this as feedback, because situations like this don't just affect one table they impact whether customers ever return.

They have an open kitchen, but frankly I'm not trying to see the behind the scenes of a spot like this, where at one point they used an ice cream scooper to get "butter" out of a multi gallon tub that was sitting in a sink. They also microwaved the syrup, which I assume other spots do, but not tryna see it. Will be back, but to the Irvine location.
