Out and about running errands and stumbled upon this place in the summerlin area. Place is really colorful, playful and inviting. We were in for the coffee and thought they had it. True enough, they do have coffee, and more was to be explored. The place definitely boasts of Spanish food. Can't say enough good words with our server Jesus. He is such a vibrant and pleasing personality. He served us very well, attentive and the food service did not take that long. They also offered us samples. The manager very accommodating. So, I ordered the pineapple chicken with mango sauce. I was told the sauce is also blended with pomegranate. It immediately is my favorite empanada. An order normally comes in two empanadas. Partner ordered the Philly. This empanada is inspired by the classic Philly cheesesteak; this empanada is a must-try. Both empanadas were not greasy, very crunchy, filled enough for the yumminess. We also tried the churros, oh my, the caramel dip and chocolate dip is astounding! you must try this too. We had leftover churros; I air fried it and good as new for tomorrow's snack. Our waitress Ana from Brazil was so helpful in explaining their various dishes and selections. The Empanadas were a good size and the food inside them were exceptionally well cooked. I finally went to try Loaded Empanadas after driving past several times a week. There is an excellent selection of various empanadas and side dishes. You can get them either baked or fried. I ordered baked veggie empanadas with the tomato soup. They were delicious, especially when dipped in the chimichurri sauce. I need to try the mushroom empanadas next time. The service was good, and the restaurant was rather quiet as I went when few people were there. The most challenging part of the experience was the parking. I stopped in here when they first opened, but had already ate next door so I just checked it out. I definitely bookmarked it and was excited to return. Fast forward I met my fellow Yelper and friend Joanna V. for brunch on a late Saturday morning. They had just opened and we were greeted with warmth and friendliness from the staff. The interior is decorated with such a flair. They have seating both down and upstairs. Due to visiting during the holidays, the restaurant looked very festive which made our experience that much better. We took a few minutes viewing the menu and I asked for recommendations from the staff on what their favorites might be. They serve a variety of empanadas along with tapas, soups, salads, and some interesting sides like Magic Beans...hmmmm I must try these in the future. These empanadas provide flavors from Spain, Cuba, Argentina and Brazil along with a unique Sangria Bar. I decided to try The Philly (a recommendation) which consisted of Beef Short Rib, shallots, mushroom and cheese with a spicy tomatillo sauce and I also was able to try one of my friends Magic Mushroom. Both of these empanadas were so tasty, but I truly loved The Philly. Flavors were so on point. We also tried the roasted cauiflower featured cauliflower, garlic, paprika and chimichurri sauce. Parking can be a challenge as they are located in the busy Boca Park Fashion Village. Service was excellent and we were checked on several times. The crust was flakey and flavorful I could eat it on its own but the filling was even better, I tried the veggie, chicken, philly & cheese empanadas and you can't go wrong with any of them but my two favorites were the philly & veggie! The veggie empanada filling almost reminded me of a veggie pot pie it was so hearty and filling. Philly was made with short rib and so tender and flavorful it was like no other empanada I've ever tasted. First time trying this beautiful restaurant. Upon entering we were greeted with elegant salutations. By the woman from the counter. She was extremely knowledgeable with the menu. As my wife and I decided a sample of one of their empanadas, we've decided with the Veggie bomb. Just like this lovely presentation, it was an explosion of flavors on my palate. Then to add the Chimichurri sauce, was the icing on the cake!! Perfect pairing for those lovely empanadas.. Wow...loved the food! You can get empanadas baked, fried, or gluten free (+$3). We got tha classic baked and gluten free. I thought the baked ones were terrific, but then I tried the gluten free--out of this world! The empanadas are from what I take Argentinian and Brazilian inspirations. We got droolsome mushroom and Philly with an app of flavorful cauliflower. As before, the atmosphere was exceptional. The music was rhythmic lulling you into a sense of calm, relaxation and just "great vibes." The meal ROCKED this evening just like it did the last time I visited. "ROCK ON" loaded empanadas. I believe that the cost was completely justified and reasonable for the meal that we ate.
