Happy to see a variety of DF flavors. I loved the Key Lime DF. Just the perfect amount of flavor with some possibly shortbread pieces which is an added bonus. I look forward to coming again since there was more than enough DF flavors to keep me interested. I would give it a five star but I had concerns about how the employees handle nut allergy customers. My daughter loves her ice cream but gets hives from any food with nuts. We're good about mentioning about nut allergy in hope there would be clean ice cream scoops available. We first heard about this shop after seeing our city of Wylie page post about them adding a location near us. So I of course wanted to try the OG before it came our way. We ended up going on Sunday afternoon thinking it would be a little slower with customers, not to mention being in the middle of February, but we were wrong. (In a good way. They were busy). Great vibe in the store, plenty of seating, and as someone who has children with dye related allergies, they use all natural colorings in all of their flavors. BIG WIN. They have some unique flavors mixed with some classics. I can't speak on all them since we didn't sample all of them, but the Brookie, Chocolate Strawberry and Mint Chocolate Chip were our choices and they all were absolutely AMAZING. You can tell they hadn't been sitting out for days and days getting freezer burned. Nice and soft, creamy and honestly just a damn good ice cream. Something that will almost get you an automatic 2 stars from me is good customer service. The young lady who was helping my family was a ROCKSTAR. Not to mention was by herself and was knocking out orders left and right. Friendly. Giving us recommendations. Not Pushy. Made our experience that much better. What a cute little ice cream place. So easy to miss because it is in the back of the this little outdoor shopping strip. But Im glad that we came here with friends. Once you enter the store you will be welcomed by a wonderful smell of freshly waffle cones! It smells so good!!! They have a variety of seating that can accommodate small and large groups and they also have some outdoor tables as well. I also appreciate their shelf of board games. Definitely a fun place to hang out! They also have a great selection of ice cream flavor. I usually don't like ice cream but I really wanted to try their banana pudding as I was curious if it will taset like banana pudding. And I have say.. YES IT DOES! So good! Their ice cream is creamy, smooth and not overly sweet. You can enjoy your ice cream without feeling you consumed way too many calories (which probably is true). We go here very often and it's a local Plano favorite. They have a rotating menu that changes each month. It's fun to see what the new flavors are, they are typically creative and coordinate with holidays of that month. The ice cream is creamy and some of the best I've had. My favorite is the cookies and cream, it is different than others I've had. Their cones are made fresh and make any ice cream taste even better. The service is good typically a high school student. There is seating inside and outside, it is typically busy on most weekends and summer nights. There is also games you can play. We did their Valentines taste test and it was creative and fun and I hope they bring it back next year. read more

4.5 stars!!!! It's that good!! My wife and I are touring the Plano area and came across this ice cream shop! Upon entering the first thing that hit us was the smell! Waffle cones, brownies, cookies, and more fill the entire store with a heavenly scent! Secondly- The store was CLEAN! It's got a very open layout with a cool front lounge area with games, the middle of the store is your traditional ice cream shop with a freezer for take home ice cream, and there's even a back sitting outside area! I'd love to see this place packed out! The staff was also beyond friendly! The owner really made us feel welcomed and you could tell by his "secret flavor" that he really enjoys what he does! My wife and I each sampled 3-4 flavors before we both chose "Cookie Monster" and man was it good! I can't even figure out the flavor, other than describing it as a cookie 2 step from Blue Bell with way more flavor and cream! The only reason I can't rate it 5 stars is because the gal handling the brownies was not wearing gloves. Now I was in the military and will eat just about anything so I wasn't bothered in the slightest, but my wife pointed it out (which then made it my problem lol). Now to be fair, the guy making my sandwich did have a glove on for scooping ice cream and moving my sandwich. So maybe just double down on cleanliness protocols and ensure everyone is gloved! So I went in here today with my daughter's & my 3yr old grandson we are in line and my kids are being kids excited because they are getting ice cream so then a lady in front of us turns around and tells my kids to shut up loud so I tell her don't talk to my kids like that she keep going back and forth with me then the owner of the shop tells us to leave like we were the ones that started a problem.
