Classic roadside diner with super friendly staff (actually the owner) and great tasting food. Had the Klamath Burger and onion rings, wife had the French dip, and kids had the Philly. This spot is so cute and was perfectly located on our road trip. The waitress/owner (possibly) was beyond courteous and kind. We stopped at this quiet gem after a morning at Trees of Mystery. It was perfect we something different for everyone in our party. Plus they were still serving breakfast at 1:30pm. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They even made a crustless grilled cheese sandwich for my 4 year old. I had a chorizo and egg burrito. Others had pancakes, club sandwich, quesadilla, and grilled cheese. It was simple food made well. Sherry is superwoman. I felt like a guest in her home. Food is great. EAT THE BREAKFAST BURRITO! Sherry's homemade salsa is so delicious. Restaurant and bathroom is very clean. Stopped in on the way from the Redwoods, just looking for a bite to eat since everywhere else was closed. I got the 2 eggs, 2 pancakes and Hash Browns. Fantastic meal. Eggs were cooked perfectly like I asked(over medium) and the hash browns were the perfect crunch and softness in the middle. My mom got the burrito with sausage and egg, the Salsa was the best I would say I've ever had. The absolute perfect amount of heat, just enough to tingle your tongue and not leave you red faced. I would definitely go back if I ever go on vacation around here again. They even gave us coffee and a cup of lemonade to go! The bathrooms were also immaculate. Stayed at the Holiday Inn in Klamath and love diner hopping at local restaurants. This is a charmer, a little diner right across from a Drive-Thru tree. I had excellent service! The waitress was nice, polite and welcoming! She even let us feed the emu outside what a fun experience for my kids! Thank you! Seriously.... Seriously. I've had a lot of pancakes in my life, a lot! This is one of the top 5! :-P Get the buttermilk pancakes, they were not chewy, they were light and fluffy, sweet and had that grill top char of burnt sugar that you can only get with griddle tops. Omelette was good too. The rest was average. I would recommend a better coffee and orange juice tasted from a can most importantly PLEASE get REAL maple syrup! We are staying in Klamath for the week and stopped at the Log Cabin Diner for breakfast on Sunday. We got there right when it opened at 8am and within a couple of minutes it was quite busy! The food was GREAT - I had an omelette and my husband had bacon and eggs. The hash browns were perfect. The service was really good too - the one waitress was quite busy but made sure everyone had coffee refills and all they wanted in a fast manner. This is a great local place to eat! Definitely visit when you're in Klamath! read more

My two daughters and husband and I had traveled to Klamath for some hiking. Initially we were skeptical to eat at an unfamiliar spot (as I am quite particular about cleanliness, and one daughter is a picky eater), but we were SO GLAD we did! The restaurant was clean, fantastic food AND amazing service. Do NOT hesitate to try this place! I hardly ever write reviews, but the excellent service inspired me. Everybody in our retiree RVing groups are buzz about this place because they been fighting with the local indians who are tryin to close them down for seating folks in there restorant during this China Virus nonsense so me an Emma decided to stop and eat in here. We had high hopes because people all said they was good people and struggling in there business and we wanted to help them out and show support for the small busines community. I do not want to tale tales but there food was pretty bad. I can eat almost any kind of biscits and gravy but greasy and burned is not my idea of a good meal. Emma had the french toast and they was hard as rocks. I am sorry to say that if the tribe dont put them out of busines there food sure will. Things like that. The eggs, toast, and potatoes, and oatmeal were good. The coffee they were so proud of was not really that good. My husband and I are staying in town at Camper Corral RV Campground so we decided to give this diner a try. First thoughts... The decor was a bit dated but I guess it gave the place character, the staff was very friendly, and the menu had a lot of yummy choices. The prices were a little funny, $9 for a BLT (seems high) and $9 for a burger (seems fair), but it's a tourist town so higher prices were expected. Our server was awesome, very friendly and attentive, and the food was amazing!!! My husband had the grilled cheese on sourdough and I had a bacon cheeseburger with fries. They were both great! The burger was so tender and seasoned perfectly, the fries were AMAZING, and the bacon was thick and crispy! We'll definitely be stopping back in before we leave the area. read more

I've only eaten there a couple of times over the last couple of years, but both times have just been thoroughly blah. For example, the last time we went one meal was underdone, the french fries were clearly just out of a bag of frozen fries, and there was nothing spectacular about the remaining food. I don't typically bother with poor reviews; I just don't go back. But with this place I also have some serious concerns about their capacity to follow health and sanitation laws, from the last time I went by. Skip it.
