This will be our last visit. We ordered steak and hamburgers. My steak was good but my daughters corn had a black hair in it. They took it away with no apology. I did ask to talk to the mgr and he comped the meal because after she saw the hair she couldn't eat anything. My husbands hamburger was terrible. I ordered a margarita and it took about 20 min to get it. She said the bartender got busy but there were only about 6 tables full in the restaurant. I had to ask a second server for it. Just not a good experience and I wish we hadn't wasted our $$ read more

The table was ready immediately and the staff was friendly. However- it took 3 hours for our party of 14 to get in an out. An hour and 15 minutes to get our food and another hour to sort our checks. There 4 checks total. read more

I tried to take my parents there today. We were told we had to wait for a table to be clean even though we could see over half the tables and booths in the restaurant clean and empty and socially distanced. She then tried to seat us at at table in the bar area at a high table and chair. My parents have a bad back that was unacceptable. I asked for a booth. We were told none were available. Again we could see them. I asked a 2nd hostess for a booth and was told she didn't think there was one. I guess they were full of ghost. We told them they could seat the group behind us at that table we wanted a booth. They then took the group behind us and set them at a booth. Upset my father to ME AND MY MOM this is rediculios lets go. A third hostess got the story and said if we stayed she could seat us in a booth. (The ghost must have left ). The manager then came out and we told him what happened and how they seated the group behind us in a booth and that you don't treat customers that way. He then said you also don't yell at the staff. (Mind you no one had yelled at the staff we requested many time nicly a booth and then my dad talked to my mom and me) My dad then said he didn't appreciate being accused of yelling at the staff(my dad ran a hotel for years) the manager then back peddled and said oh no I wasn't implying that. Obviously he was. We got up and left. Red Robin ended up seating us in a booth and serving us. read more

I went to Logan's for a dinner with my family and was very displeased with the service and quality of food. We had to ask for drink refills often, I ordered the surf and turf to share with my mother in law which included rice, a sirloin, and shrimp. This meal was $15.99 so we expected enough to feed at least one of us. We were served a tasteless steak that was slightly larger than a golf ball, one serving of rice, and 5 shrimp. I have never experienced such poor quality at a steak house. read more

I really enjoyed my stop at Logan's tonight. Food was extremely good, service was outstanding, and they still have the best rolls and sweet tea around. Last time we visit this place. Burgers were burnt the bacon was over cooked bits, not even bacon. We sent the burgers back. Got there 7:10 and it took over 15 minutes for water. We left at 8:44 and the most we got for dinner was rolls and peanuts. Do not come here awful service and poor management. We have had issues before with poor service in the past as well. read more

I am writing this for my in-laws who try to get out at least once a week for a nice dinner. They live in Skiatook and pretty much go to the same few places over and over again. They are very polite and since they failed to tell anyone of their experience, I wanted to see if I can help the management get things back in line. My father in law's description of his ribeye was that they had used salt to cover up the foulness of the meat. I am trying to be somewhat neutral here but the wait staff should have noticed that a big guy left most of his steak. They probably just need a little more oversight and possibly some training for meals gone bad. They seemed to have to send something out no matter the quality. I will update this if they decide to go back, but I don't think Logan's is on their list any longer. read more

This place is a joke! Called ahead and got reservations for 12, asked twice if this was ok and they said it was all fine. Then when we show up they had the tables put together for us and then pulled them apart when we were being sat. I understand COVID rules for places of business but don't tell us it was allowed then change your minds when we arrive!!! Waste of our time! read more

My son ordered a sandwich and fries. The fries came out room temperature and he ordered no tomato add ranch. It came with a tomato and no ranch. When we asked for fresh fries and a side of ranch she went back to the grill area and got the ranch and set it aside while she waited for the fries. After I realized she wasn't coming right back with the ranch I got up and walked back there and said, "The ranch would be good now". She was taken aback that I said that but brought it to the table. Within Another 30 seconds she brought the fries. Sandwich was good otherwise. Hot fries were good. Rolls are always good. One other thing that kind of bothers be. When you are done with your uneaten peanuts they throw them back in the barrel to reuse. I find that pretty gross as who knows what could have happened to the peanuts at the table. A kid could have spit in there or sneezed all over the bucket. There policy needs to change on the reusing peanuts. IMO. read more

Service was good, atmosphere was good but the food was not good. Ordered filets and they were way over cooked and dry(it's hard to mess up filets that bad). My wife's filet was so overdone it was gray and smelled like it was just burned. Ordered the shrimp skewer on the side and it was way over done. The mashed potatoes were not good, again hard to mess that up. Wife ordered a baked potato as her side and when they brought the food she was informed they didn't have any more baked potatoes after we waited a good 30 minutes for our entrees. Also just before we left we heard someone order a baked potato and the waitress took the order like they had them so.....idk. But seriously....how do you run out of potatoes at a steak house... I have avoided going to this place for several years. The previous 4 visits were all awful. Negative stars if I could have. My daughter had been begging to go here for a couple of months and we gave in and said we would go because she wanted to. We ate on a Thursday night and the place was about 1/4th busy. We were seated after a couple of mins of standing around. Once seated our waiter arrived and was friendly and helpful. He was a little young so he wasnt able to answer some questions we had about their drink specials. I ordered a steak as this is a roadhouse and what better way to gauge how they do than ordering a steak. My salad didn't come out before the meal, or even with it and I had to remind him that my order came with one. Once the salad arrived it was fine. Nothing special. The steak that I got was a Logan's special. It was cooked nearly perfect. No complaints. The seasoning was just right and it was a great cut of meat. My wife and daughter liked their dinners as well. I will be coming back again as this is the best steak house option in Owasso as far as I am concerned. read more

Disappointed. .... ordered a steak and shrimp plate and tilapia from the health but menu. Steak was very rare and should have been medium. Tast was ok. Mac n cheese was good. Shrimp had a few sprinklings of seasoning and didnt look or taste grillled at all, very bland. Pretty sad. The fish wasnt much better. It Had no seasoning at all. Dinners have always been great. Good food and fast service. However, we did a birthday lunch there and was very disappointed. It took 40 minutes to get steak and food to our table, and only because we told the waitress that we needed to get back to work. The food was cold, the meat was over cooked, and original waitress disappeared. When we asked about a dessert for the birthday girl, we were told that they "don't do any of that stuff at lunch". The last few times my wife and I have been to Logan's, we have been seated in the corner of the lost and forgotten! The food was not horrible, although that could also be from being so hungry after waiting over an hour for the food to come out. When the food finally got there they had messed up the order and I had gotten the wrong thing, I told the manager I would just eat it anyways. Our waitress never came and told us what was going on, it seemed like she was afraid to check on us. They took my meal off the ticket. And we weren't mad. It just seemed to happen way to often. Went to Logan's tonight with the family to celebrate my dad's birthday. The food was excellent! Between the 5 of us, we had a 12 oz steak, chicken, & two pork chops. All the meats were incredibly moist and cooked very, very well. I was impressed. It was a pleasant experience, pleasant environment, and satisfying food. read more

Second time to eat at the Logans in Owasso and will be the last. Went in the evening around 6 pm. The worst chicken fried steak I have ever had. Was a pre-made frozen chicken fry, with a freezer burn taste. I ordered the gravy on the side, was in a condiment size bowl. But that was okay, gravy was real salty. Not what I expected from a "steak house". Small amount of fries but that was okay as some of the fries must have been leftover from lunch time. First time I have ever left over half my supper on the plat. The first time there, about three weeks ago I tried a ribeye. It was good, potato was small. My wife had shrimp which was overcooked. Thought that time maybe it was a bad night. Guess not. An employee in a red shirt asked how things were and I told him. He said sorry about that and offered to get me some of the chicken. I really wanted to like this place but they are really struggling with their steaks. Ordered a medium rare 12oz Ribeye and the first one came out well done. They were very apologetic and ordered me a second one right away. However the second one came out almost raw. This hands down was the worst place I've ever been to. I've never been here before, and it was a terrible first impression. First of all, the food was not good. My steak was undercook, burger was hard as a rock, and chicken was dry. The best thing was the peanuts in my opinion. Second, the service was unbelievable (not in a good way). The manager and a few employees had to come over and fix the orders like 3-4 times. I had to remind our waitress that my order includes one side, not two. Plus, all the workers seemed to be on drugs, and I'm not kidding when I say that. Our waitress seemed high and so did our manager. So bad that our waitress was practically on someone that was sitting at our table. Someone at my table asked for a water before we sat down and never got it until we left. My husband and I sat at a small two seat booth and we could not hear each other! And we could not sit next to each other because there wasn't enough room. i have never in my life, waited for a table, for 40 minutes, that i COULD SEE WAS OPEN THE ENTIRE TIME. They had multiple tables open and made us wait 40 minutes to sit where? iN THE CORNER. then, we finally were sat. she took our drink order. first she took my fathers, then she went to my mom, however, my mom didn't know what she wanted yet, so she awkwardly stared at my mom, so i chipped in and asked "could i get a coke please?" so she could continue on, like i do at all other restaurants, but instead of saying "yeah of course" she ignored me. she then stared at my brother and asked for his order, and then went to my sister in law and asked for her drink order and my sister in law said "oh she wanted a coke" and pointed to me because i was pissed off. the waitress then said "yeah. i heard her." and continued staring at my sister in law. my sister in law ordered, and then she looked at me. i didn't even get to say anything, she just said "coke." and continued on. my family has never been so disrespected. we left before getting anything. first time at logan's roadhouse in cedarpark, and it's CERTAINLY our last. read more

Kori Cr was our waitress and was absolutely excellent. I would give her 10 stars. As far as ambience Logans is just Logans. Now for the lousy part. When you pay $40 for 2 steaks and you ask for them to be medium rare and they come out of the kitchen nearly burned it stinks. Their cooks need for someone to teach them how to cook steaks. To make matters worse the steak that was supposed to be a fillet was as tough as a boot. Definitely did not warrant $22. Absolutely the poorest meal we have ever eaten there. read more

The food here is good if you can overlook the poor service. They are constantly short staffed and the hostess when there is one can't make a decision. Worst meal I have had at any Logan's. Our salads came out just second behind our appetizer, which was just minutes after our drinks. We asked both the food runner and our waitress for plates for the appetizers (we were a party of 5) and it took about 5 minutes to get them. The appetizer's were cold. All but one of our entrees came out again took asking the waitress and about 5 minutes before the last person in our group got his meal, by that time the barely warm overcooked food was cold. Oh, and the extra basket of rolls never did show up. My husband and I generally have a few drinks with dinner and this time we only had one. We were asked if we wanted desert before we were even half way done with the less than decent food. I have been to this Logan's several times in the past and it was always great. Not sure what has happened. I also would like to mention that during all of our waiting there was always several employees bs'ing at the hostess stand. Wish I could leave negative stars. read more

I ate there on Tuesday evening, 8/13/13. I had the "Route 66 Burger", salad and ice tea. The burger was bland and didn't taste quite right, but I was hungry and I ate it anyway. Later that evening I got sick to my stomach and I am certain it was from the meal at Logan's. $15 for my burger meal - $18 with the tip I left. So pretty expensive meals and my experience was not at all a good one. Logan's is permanently off my list of places to eat. read more
