Stopped in for an early dinner. Staff was friendly, restaurant gave old country vibes and tables felt a bit sticky. The food is of the normal steakhouse food nothing too extravagant. I've been here many times because my grandparents like this place. On my most recent visit our server was 10/10. The check said server MorganW/S but I don't know if that's his name. Server was guy was tats and piercings and was very helpful as I have Celiac disease and must eat gluten free. We had a party of 9 on 5/16/2022 at 7 PM. Food came out fairly fast but was pretty mediocre. My mom didn't like her food and I didn't know that my "loaded" sweet potato just meant that it has a sprinkling of untoasted mini marshmallows on top. Was surprised that with 9 adults and my dad ordering like 4 or 5 appetizers (none are gluten free) that the bill came out to under $200. (4 of us got the $11.99 baby steaks so I guess that's why.) Visited Friday night, it was kinda early like 4:30 pm, they were pretty busy but we had no wait. Wasent long and they were covered up as usual! They have plenty of wait staff and they don't mess around. Shout out to Molly , she was pretty Awsome and on the go! Our food was really good as always and spot on. Every roadhouse Ive ever been to is just the same , they're always busy beyond belief and always handle it and keep food quality good! Theirs not a place on earth that's 100% 100% of the time. This location needs to learn how to cook steaks , 2 of our 4 steaks were not properly cooked and still were not cooked correctly after we returned them....but we ate them anyway. I ordered the NY strip cooked medium rare (it should have been red inside, my first steak was well done...not even any pink at all, my 2nd steak (replacement was just barely medium because there was very little pink), my husband ordered the 12 oz sirloin medium, his too was well done at first, and just barely medium when he got the replacement steak. Our server (who could not have been nicer) re ordered our steaks and was visibly frustrated at the state of our steaks, letting us know this had been an issue lately. While our waiter was very nice, and cannot be blamed at all, the cooks should know the difference between a well cooked steak and a medium rare steak by feel. Someone is not tending the steaks properly and they are sending them out of the kitchen improperly cooked anyway. I'll go elsewhere for a properly cooked steak...like Texas Roadhouse. I had smoked chicken breast with a Salad and loaded mashed potatoes (the star of the show, and the only reason the taste received a 2 and not a 1 belly rub!) The smoked chicken was small and dry. I literally broke it in two with my hand and it snapped. The mashed potatoes i had were delicious and the only thing other than the salad that i would order again! The Chicken fried steak tasted like it had been frozen for too long, and she said the gravy tasted mealy or gritty. The Mac and Cheese was terrible. 1 bite is all she took and spit it out in her napkin. It was box mac and cheese that had set all day and then was reheated up (my thoughts) So, this fat boy was disappointed to say the least. Food was great but the staff made several mistakes. Drinks weren't brought to table that were ordered. Waters weren't filled for awhile. Then food we got was incorrect. I want to start off and say, I have never dined in at this location and frankly I was really surprised looking at the reviews here and on Google because I'd like to share my experience getting takeout/Doordash from this Logan's. Let me tell you, the food at this location is EXCELLENT. Even after being delivered. The meats are always well prepared and not dry. I love the pork chop plate which is easy to mess up. The salads are fresh and cold and who doesn't love a good dinner roll. Whoever is in the kitchen is cooking up some great food and I'd like to say thanks for the great dinners when I'm too tired to cook. I saw another couple reviews mentioning the family meals and I know they'd be great, too. This was definatly an experience to forget. We started with an appetizer of spinach & artichoke dip w/ tortilla chips, which was room temperature on arrival. I ordered the fried cheese & bacon burger w/ fries which was great except for the half dirty plate it was served on. My wife ordered the country-style buttermilk chicken w/ mac and cheese & mashed potatoes. The chicken was cooked excellant but the mac & cheese was dried out. The staff needs some leadership also, there was a 45 min wait on this particular saturday night and yet tables were getting cleaned and being left empty for 15+ min. Their complaints are mostly staffing issues and, yes, that's been a problem everywhere for the last two COVID years if they hadn't noticed. Yes, I was surprised when we showed up to a half empty restaurant at 5pm on a Friday and had to wait 20 minutes for a table. Yet, after being seated we had terrific attention from our young server. Meals delivered in a reasonable time, were correct, and met expectations. Bread bowls and drink glasses were refilled when necessary.The restaurant GM stopped by mid-meal for a quick check-up. My observation was other nearby diners were also satisfied. While the overall experience wasn't the "wow" that gets a 5-star review, I have no complaints for our outing to this family-oriented steak spot. read more

I ordered Fall Off The Bone Ribs with loaded baked potato and Caesar salad. The Caesar dressing was just ok--it was more on the Mayo/ranch style side than a good tart Caesar should be. The loaded baked potato was so disappointing. The foil had been cut but little pieces of the foil edge were cut too so I had to pick those out of the sour cream before I could eat it. That means more of the sour cream was all over the foil and not my potato. For those of you watching your salt, nothing to fear, there is no salt or any kind of oil on the skin of the potato to crisp it up or give it any kind of flavor whatsoever. I couldn't get enough salt on it. The first rib I ate was juicy, tender, full of meat/fat, flavorful, and just wonderful! But it's like the rest of the ribs came off the dry end. At least they gave me one nice rib. They smother their ribs in sauce. I forgot to ask for that to be on the side. They use a nice dry rub. It would have been better to taste that instead of the sauce. But the sauce at least made the dry ribs edible. My nephews got the salmon and I wish I had. My mom enjoyed her steak, and she really wanted to eat there, so I'm glad she had a great meal. read more
