Yes, I was surprised when we showed up to a half empty restaurant at 5pm on a Friday and had to wait 20 minutes for a table. Yet, after being seated we had terrific attention from our young server. Meals delivered in a reasonable time, were correct, and met expectations. Bread bowls and drink glasses were refilled when necessary.The restaurant GM stopped by mid-meal for a quick check-up. My observation was other nearby diners were also satisfied. Took the family to the Owasso Logan's tonight, and finally settled on the half rack babyback ribs. I should've gone with a salad. These were the third worst ribs I've ever eaten, second only to Chili's and some fleabag joint in Kansas I stopped into on a road trip. Dry, bland, tough, no smokey flavor at all. A thin schmear of sauce on top (not that THAT would've made any difference). Had I not been seriously hungry I would've sent them back. I ordered curbside. I had sent the text saying "here" like I was told to do. I had sat and waited for about 15 minutes before I called, to which it took two seconds to bring it out. Yes I could've called sooner but I had assumed that maybe the food wasn't entirely ready considering I had followed instructions on how to notify staff of my being there. Maybe need to change that system. My food was alright. Cold obviously. I got no BBQ sauce on my BBQ sliders. I got no ranch or sour cream with my potato skins. We visited while in town for a soccer tournament. The food was good. You can't go wrong with the rolls and my son loved the ribs. My steak was good and the broccoli was perfectly cooked. The best part about our visit was our waitress, Chey. Give her a raise and the EOY award. Chey is the model by which all servers should operate. She was sweet, kind, attentive, and fast. It's either a hit or a miss at this joint. I always just come for the Prime Rib as it is the only location that serves Prime Rib in Owasso. The prime rib today was very salty but still good. The two stars is for the prime rib. However, service today was horrible. The server had the nerve to give me an attitude after I told her I had a coupon offer from my email. Hello if it's that much of a hassle, don't offer it. I was pretty nice throughout the encounter but I noticed I was treated differently amongst those she served. First off I was never given rolls and had to ask the food runner for rolls(a couple that came in got rolls straight away as I waited 10min to find someone to ask for them). Secondly, she never asked how my food was and hurriedly walked away every time I had a simple request like "can I have a to go box". Lastly, when she grabbed the check from me with my 20, I ask if they have just horseradish and she looked at me and shook her head no and walked away then she came back and gave me my change and she didn't tell me to have a nice day but she went to the next table and told them thank you for coming in and for them to have a great day then gave them their check back. That's some shade thrown if you ask me LOL Maybe it's because I ate alone or there was something in the air but it was not a pleasant experience. I am a great tipper even if the service is bad but the best believe I only gave her 10% which is still way too high in my opinion. That is the lowest I've ever tipped. To start off, I'm still questioning whether our bartender Taylor actually added vodka to my bloody mary. I couldn't tast any type of liquor in my drink. When my husband's steak came out, the middle was cooked perfect. When he cut into the sides, it was still raw. He sent it back and returned it to him without the his side of okra. The entire time we ate, the bartender refilled everyone's drinks multiple times but didn't ask us if we needed anything once. My drink had been empty for the entire hour we sat there. Food was timely and overall quality was ok, but I got quite a shock when I looked at my bill. They had tacked on quite a hefty "carryout " fee. In fact, my total was about 25% above the listed prices on their menu. When I questioned this amount, I was informed that the price increase was new company policy. I paid without further question, but will not return in the future, as a matter of my conviction that a price advertised is what you should be charged. Okay, so the rolls are of course delicious... if they actually bring them to your table. But they are so short staffed and the kitchen staff doesn't seem to be trained properly at all. The teen boys wanted Logan's for the rolls and steak. Specifically. In that order. As we placed our order I asked for a basket of rolls for each of the 2 teens and one for the 2 adults to share. She brought 2 baskets with 3 rolls in each. They devoured instantly. When she came back around and asked if we wanted more we said yes please. She brought 2 baskets this time with 2 rolls in each. I'm not sure why they were rationing us when the table next to us would get baskets of 5 rolls. She would have saved herself some steps. Our glasses had been empty for some time so she topped them off with more ice. Great. We sucked on ice. Our steaks came out before our salads. I had to ask them about those. They mixed up and gave us a loaded potato instead of loaded mashed potatoes but charged us for a loaded potato. They brought the correction and our salads a few minutes later. I never got the extra dressing I had requested when we originally ordered. She never came back to check on us. The food was good. Service wasn't. We usually tip a minimum of 15% but this time only gave 10%. I honestly felt a little bad but with all the mistakes it was appropriate. Started with a super friendly waitress and seated after waiting approx. 5-7 minutes. We order right away, drinks slow coming to the table, then food seemed to take a while too. After food came still haven't seen waitress since she dropped off drinks, I waited for some time when I saw another wait staff and asked for steak sauce. I noticed half way through my water it had floaters, sat it at the edge of table and when we were nearly finished she came to check on us, I asked for a new water, waited a while (she dropped a salad off at one table, went to the back came back with a ramikin for other table), she came by the table and apologized that they didn't have clean glasses that she couldn't bring me a fresh glass of water. I was taken aback by this and asked if I had options or literally could not have another glass of water, her reply was she would bring me a drink in a to-go cup. Well, I had my first and last visit to Logan's. Eight of us went there for dinner last Friday night. We all had a variety of food. Two of us had our steaks come out well done after ordering them medium rare. And, they both had the medium rare stick in them. My steak was supposed to have the blue cheese and bacon topping and I pointed that out to the server upon sending it back due to being overcooked. Then, who appeared to be the manager (or maybe kitchen manager) brought me a new steak after the mess up. This one again, did not have the toppings, so it once again had to go back for a 3rd time. By the time I got my steak most everyone at the table had finished. What is more is that our two kids ordered the chicken fingers and refused to eat them because they were too salty and tasted bad. What kids refuse chicken fingers???? It was a first for our kids! Not that I am one who needs freebies, but with my steak mess up and the other one at the table, you would think maybe a free beer or dessert would have been offered. This will be our last visit. We ordered steak and hamburgers. My steak was good but my daughters corn had a black hair in it. They took it away with no apology. I did ask to talk to the mgr and he comped the meal because after she saw the hair she couldn't eat anything. My husbands hamburger was terrible.
