The ambiance and the service was good but, in my opinion the food was not good at all the best part of the meal was the roll. I ordered a medium rare steak and it came out cooked and chard on the outside but on the inside it was still raw and I ordered a baked potato with cheese and butter and bacon, but that came out warm. Not even very hot it seems like the potato was still raw too. I would suggest going down the street to Longhorns or cheddar. read more

Didn't take long to get seated that is probably the only good thing about this place. the tables were sticky and felt unclean. we watched a server at another table clear the dishes but never wiped the table and a few minutes later sat another family at that table that was not wiped down. Gross! everything from the s&p shakers to the menus felt sticky and gross. Waitress was not on top of getting us served in a timely manner - she would disappear and we would have to ask another employee if they could find her. Now onto the food - my husband ordered a ribeye with a shrimp skewer - he said the ribeye tasted like one of those you get out of the back of a truck that they would inject water in - no flavor at all and he said very chewy like it was old. I got the steak Alfredo - nothing Alfredo about it. it was probably the nastiest thing I have ever got from a restaurant- the noodles seemed like they were cooked in a beef broth - not cheesy at all like Alfredo should be. The steak chunks on top tasted old and stale and not even close to medium rare like I had asked for - more like well done. the mushrooms were slimy. I only ate about 3 bites because the overall dish was just so disgusting. later in the night upon arriving home I began to feel queasy and yep - out came the bit of food I ate - possibly food poisoning - maybe should contact health inspector next. for $105 we expected better but instead we got garbage. Me and a party of 4 went there last night, August 25. We all ordered the ribeye steaks My steak had quite alot of fat and grillsel and my wife steak was tough as an old shoe. I showed the manager all my fat and grillsel. He looked at me and said that all ribeye steaks have fat. I have eaten ribeye's for quite a while at other establishments and never had any problems. Have given this place many tries and every time it has been a disappointment. Ate there on Friday with my family after a long week back at work. Son ordered a steak. Came out well done. I ordered a burger that had brewski onions. They served my burger with brewski onions that still had the paper of the onion around it. On top of it, I asked for the BBQ sauce on the side. We had to order the peach iced teas when we got there because there isn't that option online. The waitress already seemed overwhelmed and that just added to the confusion but she was very nice and apologetic. I was disappointed in the chicken fried steak. It was way too salty and the taste and texture was not that good; it was just a pre-breaded and frozen piece of meat. The loaded mashed potatoes were tasty, although they were just instant potatoes with pepper. The chicken strips were miniscule and sad. The burger and fries were decent; a little on the dry side but still respectable. The mac and cheese tasted like Au Gratin potatoes. If you like that kind of food, then it would have been fine I guess, but I think it's disgusting. The cinnamon apples were really good, so were the rolls like always. The buttermilk chicken was on point again.. tasty, juicy, delicious. I'm not sure which was my favorite.. the nachos or the margarita cheesecake. Tried Logan's yesterday for lunch as I was nearby getting a haircut. The decor is what you'd expect in this type of place. Wood everywhere, peanuts on the floor type place. Logan's was very clean and the atmosphere was pretty chill because it was lunch. I sat at the bar, which is nice, but it didn't look like they had many selections in the beer department. I ordered the Fried cheese bacon burger. Service was great and my server was exceedingly pleasant. The burger and fries were about $10 which I expected. The idea of a fried cheese burger was amazing and I couldn't wait to try it. I gotta say that burger itself didn't really live up to my expectation. First, all the ingredients were very fresh so no complaints at all with that. My problem is the fried cheese. While a good concept it didn't work for me in reality. It was a " fake-ish" type of cheese and it was a little messy. It wasn't bad it just didn't add to the burger. I'd have been better off with just a slice of cheese. That and the fact that the bun outshined the burger in regards to flavor was a bit of a bummer. No complaints with Logan's at all. Next time I'll just try something different read more

Walked in & immediately saw someone complaining to the manager, so should have just turned around right then. We decided to give it a try as it has been a few years. It was so so hot in here it was so uncomfortable and I felt bad for the workers having to run around in that environment. The shrimp scampi, is not shrimp scampi in any way, it's shrimp alfredo lol. The kids burger is not even a slider sized burger.. Our waitress was amazing, which is the only reason they get one star. Definitely won't be making this mistake again. read more

The manager refused to do anything stating the temperature wouldn't go any lower without the ac freezing up. Definitely won't be back to this establishment. So the service was a little slow but to the girls defense she did have two 9 tops that were sat 10 minutes apart if that. That in mind the service was a little slow. There were three manager types that stopped by to check on us near our bill time and I was kinda amazed they didn't help get the bar stuff out quicker.. We may have drank more... The girl did a good job, brought us everything we asked for... I tried something new and I am hoping the one at home is just as good. I was a bit amazed at their prime rib... Went here for a quick bite to eat with friends. We were quickly seated. The place was busy (went on Saturday evening) but we were quickly attended to by our waitress. Peanuts are at every table for guests to snack on before their meal is provided. They also bring out hot yeast rolls after ordering. I tried the Nashville hot chicks which was listed as a new item on the menu. It came with a side of fries. The sauce was good but the chicken was tiny! The fries were nothing special. My favorite part of this dinner was the rolls. One thing I did like was the variety of food they offer. Multiple cravings could be easily satisfied here. The atmosphere does feel slightly dirty due to all of the peanut shells on the ground. Definitely more of a casual place. read more

What a terrible experience. My husband ordered the burger with popcorn shrimp. The patty tasted like it was frozen and not made out of real meat and the shrimp were not clean. They still had that "poop vein" in them. I ordered the meatloaf and when it arrived, it smelled terrible, the gravy was gelatinous and tasted worse than it smelled. I ordered the filet instead and asked for medium cook. It came out bloody. When I told the server, who had been very nice all evening, she got stoic and sent it back. The manager brought out my replacement steak and the inside was perfect, but outside was charred. When my husband sent back his burger and asked for it to be removed from the check, the once cheery server, again went cold. No apologies from her whatsoever. The manager came back out and apologized and removed the burger, but not my disgusting steak. The mashed potatoes, for lack of a better word, are just weird. Stopped in after work because the Chinese place I wanted to go to was closed. It was my first time at a Logan's and it was an overall good experience. Amy S. was a phenomenal server, in fact the service overall was the highlight. She made a substitution for me that wasn't on the menu and got me a side of "zucchini fries," which were a bit greasy, but good on her for making the accommodation. My only real complaint was the butter on my broccoli and level grease overall, but I should have expected that. Trust the low ratings. Let me start by saying our server was super sweet. She attended to all of our dinning needs. The rolls are amazing & very fresh. Unfortunately after the rolls everything went downhill. The Cesar Salad was drenched in dressing which made it very sour. Our food took close to 45 mins to arrive. It was Mother's Day so not a big deal but still annoying by the time our food came out we were filled with peanuts & bread. The steak was bland & tasted like they put it on the grill & forgot to season it. The mashed potatoes & gravy (both the brown & white gravy) were tasteless. The texture was to squishy. Tasted like instant mash & being honest I would of preferred to eat the mash potatoes they served in high school. The ribs were also not very good. They didn't have that smokey taste that ribs usually have & they needed to be cooked for a bit longer. They barely had any sauce on them. We had to add a lot of salt & pepper to all of our dishes.
