    Menu: Burgers, Sandwiches, Wraps

An eclectic menu done right! LongDoggers is one of those rare places with an eclectic menu where everything we've tried actually works. We've all been to restaurants with big menus that only execute one category well--or where the American food is solid but anything outside of that completely misses the mark. That hasn't been our experience here. This was our second visit. Two years ago, we happened upon LongDoggers while traveling to the drive-thru Bethlehem at Lakewood Park Church (which is phenomenal and highly recommended). Heading down again for the same event, we considered trying somewhere new, but the good memories of LongDoggers brought us right back. The atmosphere is casual with a bit of a sports-bar vibe, and the food is genuinely good. No photos this time because we were way too hungry to wait the extra five seconds , but I did grab pictures of the menu. Our table ordered the Blackened Shrimp Lettuce Tacos, a Banzai Shrimp Bowl, the Cool Ranch Chicken Sandwich, and a Buffalo Chicken Wrap. Every item was a hit. Entrées were $15 and up, especially with upgrades, and meals come with kettle chips. Service was another plus. Our waitress was friendly and attentive without hovering--prompt but not overbearing--and she shared the specials and offered recommendations. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. We stopped in around 1:00 pm on a Saturday and were seated right away inside at a booth-style table. By the time we left, there was a clear line and a wait. If you're passing through or looking for a casual spot with a varied menu that's executed well, LongDoggers is absolutely worth the stop.

With my first visit to Rockledge I thought Long Doggers was. A must visit place. The dining area is great. It's patio slash tiki atmosphere is really appealing. All of the servers buzzing around so busy we're all super Florida friendly and very attentive. I got a hot dog with chili and sautéed onions. The dog was great, it had a good bite and was nice and meaty. The bun was substantial to hold up to the ample toppings. I wasn't a big fan of the chili, it was too sweet. The onions didn't stand out either. I got onion garlic french fries and they were F'ing fold. C'mon long doggers cold French fries how can you drop the ball on French fries? That said it's a fun place and the actual hot dog (sausage) has potential so I'd say go try it for yourself.

It's been a while since I've been here, and gain, it did not disappoint. There were two of us, and we enjoyed a lunch and had plenty of leftovers for a light second meal. Service was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious.

Great sit down hot dog/ American casual food joint. Hot dogs were great with a really solid Happy Hour especially for local beer specials. Servers were very attentive when we go there around 3 on a week day despite how busy it was but place cleared out by the time the meal was finished.

We love this local gem! This casual beachy, sports bar has something for everyone and really interesting hotdogs! The elote hotdog was fantastic & even better than it looks in the photo. The wings are always crispy & delicious, as well as reasonably priced. They have a full bar with brews on tap & Non-alcoholic options as well. The service is always friendly & fast but never rushed. We've made it a habit when visiting Melbourne!

I reviewed this place already but it was the Palm Bay location. I made sure to try something different... so I had the mahi fish tacos blackened. It comes with two decent side tacos and a side of black beans and rice. It was very good and would definitely order it again. I'll be back!!

Super friendly service and amazing food! Came in and sat on the heated patio, which was lovely as the weather gets a little cooler. Had Steff has our main waitress who did a great job checking in and making sure everything was okay! I appreciate they have the staff's name at each table - makes it a little more personal (or at least you can remember their name for reviews like this one!) Ordered: - loaded chips 10/10! I was skeptical, but the sauce they add was soooo good! The extra meat was definitely work it too. - breakfast burger also 10/10! The Kaiser roll brought a slight sweetness that I loved, and it made for re-heating leftovers less soggy than normal burgers - fries 9/10. Delicious fries, but adding them to the burger to make a meal was ~$4 more and I didn't feel like we got that many for that price. - extra coleslaw 6/10. It was as expected For a group of 3 that all got entrees, a shared app, and 6 beers, the total was $95 before tip which is very reasonable! Will definitely be back!

I don't love everything here but I really like that they have a good happy hour with $2.50 beers and $5 and $6 appetizers. Monday wing day is my favorite. Lots of sauce options, great wings, and the choice of boneless or traditional. Also always good, friendly staff.

My review is on take out only, I will update this review once I dine in. The service was great at the drive thru window. The food was nicely packaged. Very taste, although my Ahi Tuna bowl was too spicy for me but it was tasty. The loaded kettle chips were tasty and filling. My husband enjoyed the tico pico bowl with pulled chicken, maduros and Rice, he did ask not to add the spicy sauce. Overall a good 2nd pickup experience.

Great food and great atmosphere! I had a fussy toddler and I just let him walk around the whole restaurant and it was safe for him and in the end they gave him a popsicle

Normally I get the Beach Bum Meal with teriyaki shrimp. The meal normally comes with rice, a side, and orange slices. So my family and I placed an order for pick up through phone call for dinner tonight. I again wanted the Beach Bum Meal. My dad called to make the order and when he came home with the food all I got was teriyaki shrimp. Very disappointed that all I got, when it wasn't exactly what I ordered.

The food is so fresh, but the staff is what really makes me comeback everytime. The waitresses are so kind, sweet and just amazing. The ambiance is perfect! I love this place.

We started with the New England Clam Chowder, and it was rich, creamy, and full of flavor -- the kind that instantly transports you straight to the coast. The raw oyster selection was amazing--delicious, meaty, sweet, and not gritty at all. But the star of the meal was the Connecticut Lobster Roll: warm, buttery lobster piled high and paired with a refreshing tropical slaw that balanced everything beautifully. Absolute perfection. I don't know how else to explain, but you can tell when proteins haven't been "washed". There is a raw, gamey like taste that was present in the chicken wings, then again in the fish. It was to the point I could not eat it and my wife had to share her shrimp and grits. The grits were well attended to, stirred occasionally, seasoned well and very creamy. The shrimp was flavorful and it all paired well. The sauce on what I believe was called "miami" flavored, was good, but the chicken was not edible unless you would bite a chicken in the wild. We enjoyed all kinds of aerial acrobatics, two baby dolphins cruising around, but the real star was the food. I had a mahi-mahi Caribbean bowl that was simply outrageously flavored, it was definitely on the sweeter side, but I have no complaints. The Miami wings were a knockout, even though they were an entrée we had them as an appetizer. It was the perfect amount for two to share. I can only say that everything else on the menu at our table had fresh fish and was awesome. I definitely recommend this place for the vibe, which is sort of upscale beachy, and the best coastal dining menu without the prices of high rent locations in the city limits. I had the tomato mozzarella which I expected to be steakhouse tomato and mozzarella sliced, but was mozzarella balls and halved cherry tomatoes with a balsamic dressing. I didn't read the description so that may be my bad. It was fine. For entrees, my husband had a New York prepared medium, which came out to temp appropriately. I had the Delmonico medium rare, and mine was to temp also, which I was very pleased since so often my steak has been overdone at so many places I have tried here in Brevard. Both steaks were served with green beans, and my husband ordered a Bearnaise on the side, and my steak was prepared with a balsamic reduction which was balanced nicely with the seasoning. We were carb heavy on sides because we were with another couple so we tried the garlic mashed, the au gratin potatoes and the lobster mac and cheese. All were delicious and my husband said the lobster mac was excellent with huge chunks of lobster. We were all too full for dessert, and all went home with leftovers. The service was attentive and pacing was on point. The ambience was great, with soft lighting and a wine cellar decor. The open kitchen design gives great confidence that your food is prepared in a clean, professional kitchen. There is even an overhead camera that is playing on a tv screen so you can see the dishes freshly prepared. The only negative was as the dining room filled with more bodies, it did get a little warm inside, but I never brought it to anyone's attention, so I can't deduct for something I never gave them a chance to remedy. Not to mention it's July in Florida. I would probably ask for a table in the bar room or east room if you run hot like me and my middle age body.
