I wish I had a great experience with this company but I would never recommend them. Talking to the booker, we settled on 1 truck, 2 workers, 3 hours. Their truck was plenty big enough for my apartment. First they arrive 20 minutes late. Great! Before they start i ask if they can safely transport my TVs and they insist they can, I can put it in my car but the TVs be perfectly fine if the movers just take care of everything. I'm excited that they appeared to have little tricks to move things along. They ask me if I'm taking the shoe rack near the front door. Yeah. I don't realize he grabs the pair of shoes I wore to meet him outside, throws it on the rack. I don't notice until later but it's fine, I found a pair of slides to wear for the rest of the day. Eventually I start to cover the TV that I was watching up until they arrival with some protective covering. He stops me, pulls the TV off the stand, covers it with their blue cloth covering, throws it over his head and puts it against the wall on its side, then bottom, then side. They struggle with the sectional but get both parts out. All in all, it takes 2 hours and head out to the new apartment. Thought it'd be faster as everything was already wrapped and together and accessing the new apartment was much easier than the old one. Was confused when they told me it was a 4.5 hour project, including failing to get half of my small sectional in, forcing me to ask them to toss it (not necessarily their fault), bringing in my tv's with a hand truck dolly, and putting them on each side again, forgetting to even unwrap my second tv, then pushing me to sign. I rush back to the old spot to finish up my 1 day move. The next morning I found the damage to the TV, new flooring, and new paint. I immediately inform the booker and she tells me the movers said they didn't do anything wrong and stopped responding to me. I wasn't asking for anything other than to cover the damage to the new TV in the living room. Absolutely a nightmare. I would never recommend. read more

Some feedback after the moved If you are planning to move the heavy furniture on the hardwood floor. make sure to remind them to put a towel or mat to protect the floor before unloading the furniture from a straight angle to sideway like a sofa. because they unload my two sofas this way, my sofas feet hit the floor and cause damage to the floor and maybe the feet of the sofas too. When they entered my bedroom to unload a mattress and a desk, they didn't put the shoe disposable protect cover before they enter the carpet room. It left dirty shoe prints on my carpet. I cleaned it up after. For the damage. A visible scratch on the floor is long and obvious. When they unloaded one of my sofas, it hit the wall, made a small dent. One of the movers was removed the mask halfway to his chin one-time entry my apt. I guess maybe too hot..but.. this is my first time to hire a moving company. Although they had sent a reminder a day before the move to ask to check everything before the movers leave on a moving day. I totally forgot to check. Everything was so fast. After I noticed it, it was too late. I learned my lesson. I will need to be more careful about that. In the end, I missed a chance to claim the insurance from them. I guess my apt manager will charge for that scratch when I move out... Overall, a reasonable good price. fast movers, and helpful reply. but you need to give some guidelines to them when they move your stuff. and make sure you check out everything before they leave. However, on close inspection of my furniture after the move I found deep, long scratches on my 55 inch television, two cracked shelves on a bookshelf that had no previous damage, and on the leg of a desk. The owner didn't want to take any responsibility for the damage. These are professional movers. I specifically requested for a morning move and they arrived on time at 7:30am. It was a five hour move with 3 movers for a 2B 2Bath apartment.
